We bought the Angie's List big deal for this company. We had never used them before. They returned my call promptly for scheduling. They showed up on time (in fact, they called early and were willing to arrive early if I had been available). They were very professional, friendly and did a great job. A couple of the rooms I had them clean have 10 year old carpet which is really at the end of its life. They made it look GREAT! I am very pleased with their service and will be using them again. In fact, I think I may have them back to do a couple of other bedrooms since they did such a great job on the aging cream colored carpet!

When I called for an appointment, Mike Bowman was very professional and was able to accomodate my schedule without issue. Mike arrived on time, ensured what my expectations were and performed the assigned job very timely. Carpets look great. I will use this company again! Thanks, Mike! (L. Wilson)

They got right to work upon arrival. They were fast and courteous--answered all my questions, including pricing so that I could determine which rooms to clean. In the end, I even asked them to do additional rugs. They were fairly priced and DID A GREAT JOB. My carpets have not looked better.

Arrived on time and were completely done within 45 minutes. Very kind and did a nice job working to remove the pee stains from dogs.

As noted, everything was done well and in a timely manner.

They were easy to deal with in setting up an appointment. When the day came Andrew called and asked if they could come an hour early since he was running ahead of schedule. He was very polite, explained that some areas between rooms that were not carpeted might have a bit of spray on them and could be slippery, and he was even nice to my rambunctious dog! He got right to work and was done in about an hour. I would use this company again.

I bought two 3-room packages through Living Social - I checked for their Angies List rating beforehand. I didn't try to schedule the carpet cleaning until several months later and the soonest Dirt Robber could come out was two days after my Living Social packages expired. However, they said they would honor my purchase. When they came out for my scheduled cleaning, they were punctual and very efficient, which I appreciated because I had to go back to work as soon as they left my house. When they left, my carpets looked great. I would definitely call Dirt Robber again.

Excellent work performed. They came ahead of scheduled time. Were very organized and completed cleaning of carpets in three rooms in one hour. Would hire again for carpet cleaning.

They arrived on time and did an excellent job. There were a couple of areas that were quite dirty but now they look clean. I was thinking about replacing the carpet but feel that can wait now that the carpet has been cleaned.

Highly reccomend them. Guys were polite, on time, got in and got the job done and out quickly. They did well with ALL my pet stains too, and my carpet looks great.

We purchased the Angie's List Big Deal and had a great experience working with Robb. We were able to schedule our appointment quickly. On the day of our appointment Robb contacted us to ask to come earlier than planned due to last minute cancellations. Luckily we had removed all of the furniture from the rooms early in the day. They arrived promptly, performed a quick but thorough review of the rooms to be cleaned, and began their work. The carpets were cleaned and a coffee stain was removed from the carpet in the den. Upon completion we were told that the carpets would need to dry 4-6 hours before putting all of the furniture back in place. We placed several fans in the rooms to speed up the process and the carpets were dry in a little over 2 hours. They did quality work, were very professional and friendly. We will definitely use them again.

My carpets had not been cleaned for 3-4 years, I think, so parts were quite soiled. Dirt Robbers pretreated the carpets and carefully laid their hoses and tubes around the place, including corner protectors to ensure that no hoses would scratch any woodwork. They cleaned thoroughly all carpet parts and retreated and recleaned wherever they could see there was still some dirt. When they left they said that they were unable to get everything, but I believe that they got everything that they could. I give them high grades because I feel that they did as well as could be done. Most areas look completely clean00 only some heavily used paths still show some old spots.

I bought the Angie's list big deal. I have never purchased a Big Deal from Angie's list in the past, and somewhat regret the purchase. We have been wanting to get our carpets cleaned for a couple years. In our home, we don't wear shoes, and we vacuum frequently. So, needless to say, our carpet was pretty clean. However, our carpet started wearing in a particular spot, and the manufacture stated that their warantee states you have to have receipts of professional carpet cleaners annually. With all that said, we thought our carpets could use ''professionally cleaned'' instead of us renting the steam cleaner at our local hardware and doing it ourself, hoping it would bring back a couple stops that seemed a little worn down. So, I was pretty excited to see the deal from Angie's list on my email, so I bought it immediately, based on price and Angie's LIst promoting the company. Well, my purchase was not only impulsive, but one that I somewhat regret. Typically, when I want a service, I research it through Angie's List. I bought this, due to the great price offered, and that it was a Big Deal from Angie's list. I made the mistake that I thought it was a highly recommended company from Angie's list. Well, after making my purchase, I looked at previous reports, and at the time, there were only a couple. So, again, I purchased the 3-4 rooms for around $100. A couple months went by, and we were ready for our carpets to be cleaned. I sent him an email through the Angie's list website, and never heard anything. A couple weeks went by, and I called the guy. He said, ''sorry, I thought it was spam from Angie's list, and didn't read the emails that come from them.'' After agreeing on a time and date, we set a time for the afternoon. The day came, and while I was out of town, my wife got a call and he said he had a couple cancellations and wanted to see if he could move us to the morning. My wife said no, that she was out, and would not be home until the time we scheduled. He was annoyed, and asked if she could either give him the code to the garage, or leave a door unlocked. No way were we going to let someone in our home, without us being home. He ended up coming at the scheduled time. He came into the home, and said our carpets were ''a joke.'' I asked why, and he said they were so clean, compared to other homes. The other part that upset me was, as I mentioned we don't wear shoes in our home. Guess who wore shoes? The two workers wore shoes. They didn't even put anything on the shoes to cover them. He did mention they put down the two circles to step on, but seriously, from a carpet cleaner, you would think they would either wear shoe covers or take them off. I also asked if they move any furniture. He said they would move some small furniture. They moved nothing, and I mean nothing. If I would have known that, I would have moved more furniture, more than I had already moved. Needless to say, I've learned a lot. #1, They did clean the carpet, and it looked fine. #2, Do the research on the company, if buying an Angie's List Big Deal, don't assume that the company is already established. #3, Would I use them again, NO.

my original scheduled date was too late for the open house we were having and the company re-scheduled to meet our schedule. They were prompt and quickly completed the job in an hour and half. Took care of some nasty stains and the carpet looks great. Moved some extra furniture around at my request. Non-intrusive service except for the noise ...but it was music to my ears because my carpet looks so much better!

Used a Big Deal coupon from Angie's list and called to schedule an appointment and had to wait about two weeks due to their heavy volume. On day of service Robb called at noon and said could they come earlier than scheduled appointment and then called to tell me they were about 10 min. away so they arrived an hour earlier than scheduled which was great. The two men arrived very neatly dressed and took a few minutes to look at areas to be cleaned. They began work immediately spraying the carpet then began cleaning. The process took about an hour but carpet looks great, better than it had with other cleaners. I will definitely use them again.

They were very responsive. I called in May and wanted to get the carpets cleaned ASAP and he got me in. I recommend them highly.

We previously had very odorous carpet due to our dog's. There is now no odor at all, and this saved me from replacing the carpet. This was my last hope, and everything turned out wonderful. It is now very clean and we are very impressed.

Mike arrived right on time and was friendly right from the beginning. He took a look at the areas of interest and said it would take less than an hour. When he was done, our carpets looked great! He worked up quite a sweat and did a very meticulous job. We were so impressed that we are planning to have him come back to do the hall and bedrooms upstairs! We used a different company in the past, and Mike was much more personable and did a better job. His equipment cleaned very well and made perfect lines in the carpet. His "rake" brought the heavy traffic areas back to life! I think we can put off replacing our carpet for a while now!

This is the second time I have had Dirt Robber come to my house and once again he did an amazing job! I have 5 children and 3 animals in a 1,900sq.ft. house, so the carpets get pretty nasty. I am not joking when I say they looked brand new when he was done! I have a Bissell ProHeat 2x and it doesn't even compare to the job he can do. He arrived on time and went right to work. Thank you Dirt Robber! I will never use anyone else.

I purchased 5 rooms and 2 halls via Groupon in March. I called in the beginning of April to schedule for 5/18. They showed up on time (2 minutes early, actually.) Employee #1 came in while I was finishing vacuuming in my room. I showed him the rooms that were to be done. He continued to tell me that their regular service would not do much for our carpets (180 degree steam vacumming.) And that he recommends having the roto-service done. He explained to me what it involved - and told me that it would be an upcharge. When I asked him how much, he went back to his truck to speak with his manager (who is also the owner, Robb A. Melson). He came back with an estimate of $150 more ($180 was already paid to them in March). Then the owner walked up our walkway and didn't even walk up to the porch and told me that he couldn't do the work because he would get sick from the smell. (note: our carpets are soiled, we have 3 hounds... but I take care of accidents with a Hoover Carpet Vac). He said he was "sensitive" and would be "Sick all day". His employee would have to do the entire job. I told him that I paid him to do a job, he either needs to perform services rendered and paid for, or return the paid amount. They drove away. I called 3 times, and no answer. I left a message stating that I was to receive my $180 back by the end of business. About 2 hours later, Employee #1 did return with a check ~ I don't know if it's cleared yet or not.

The service was great and very professional. The discount coupon was a great way for me to be introduced to this company. I will definitely use them again.

The technician, Andrew, did an excellent job. Prompt, efficient, professional. Good communication. We will use the company again in the future.

Overall it was a very good experience having Dirt Robber come out to clean my carpeting.

I think they did a very good job. I purchased a Big Deal for this company. I was a little concerned that my rooms may have been over the square footage listed on their coupon, but they cleaned everything without any complaints. They are very good at stain removal, and I'd recommend them to others.
