Bowman's Carpet Care

He's wonderful. We have 5 kids and 4 animals and when he left the carpet looked brand new. Our carpet is 14 years old and it looked great. He is due to come back out soon so we will continue to use him in the future to clean our carpets.

David and Mike called a half hour before they came. They were polite and professional. They took the time to listen to what my needs were and got right to work. They were able to get the carpets clean and stains out. We have used some of their other competitors before, and they beat them based on price and quality. There were very efficient and trustworthy.

I contacted Bowman's for carpet cleaning - the two rooms plus a hallway deal. Mike and his brother arrived right on time and were very professional and personable. I actually added another room and stairs to the job while they were here. I was very pleased with the work and will definitely use them again! I highly recommend Bowman's if you need your carpets cleaned!

I am very disappointed in them. They refused to clean my oriental rugs even though I asked them to. They maybe cleaned a total of ten feet. They did not pick up the edge of the rug to see if they need to be cleaned up underneath.

He worked for about 5 1/2 hours non-stop, and did a very good job. Old pet stains did not come up (we did not expect them to). He was a pleasure to work with.

Mr. Bowman and one of his employees called and came early to our scheduled appointment. Mr. Bowman toured the house to see exactly where my trouble spots with the stains, they immediately got to work, were very detailed oriented and took pictures of the before and after stain to show it had disappeared. It took almost 2hours to complete the job since the house was so big. They were pleasant, professional and used Eco-Friendly products since I have a cat. I am very happy with the job and will be calling them in the future to complete a tile/grout cleaning job. Thank you again Mr. Bowman! Great Job!

We were very satisfied with their services. They were very good, very professional, timely, and they did a very nice job. We have a brand new home and we wanted the carpets cleaned after having the movers move everything in.

Everything went very well. Mike showed up on time and was very professional. He did an excellent job and I am going to use his services again!

One of the few uncontroversial experiences that we have had with a contractor. He was punctual/courteous/professional. Did what he was supposed to, which is clean the carpets as well as possible. While we did move most things off the floor in his preparation, he moved the furniture around by himself. We appreciated that.

I spent about $100 for their services. They did give us an estimate first. I think we contacted them through Groupon. They stuck with their estimate, but it was for some square feet. We used them for more than what the Groupon or the Living Social was. They quoted a very fair price and did the whole job. They were on time and did what they said they were going to do. They got all the stains off our carpet. It has held up and the stains haven’t come back. I would give them very high marks and I would highly recommend them. I would definitely use their services in the future too.

We’ve used them in the past as well. The owner’s name is Robb Melson. The service that he performed was pretty well professionally done. His price was very reasonable. I would absolutely recommend him to everyone. We will absolutely use his services again in the future.

bought an Angies list coupon for tile and grout cleaning for 200sq ft. Robb arrived timely and explained the process.He spent about half an hour cleaning and packed up.I told him I wasn't happy. All around the room all the edges were dirty he said he used an edger but it sure didn't work he said that's the best he could do. He offered a refund but I beleve he did some work and should get paid. I just don't think his equipment can't clean grout properly .

They were pretty booked up, but Rob made a special trip and worked late to get me in. I purchased a Groupon initially, and then asked to add on a couple more rooms, since I wanted the entire house cleaned. I feel like he gave me a great deal. They were fast, friendly, and were careful around my birds. I like that Rob was concerned about the chemicals and that they might bother my birds and made sure to help me take the proper precautions with them. They did a great job and I plan on using them again in the future. I highly recommend them.

Robb called 4 times to let me know they were running late, due to an earlier appointment. The arrive a little over an hour later than scheduled, but this was not a problem for me. They were professional, courteous, and worked efficiently. I had two closets, a small bathroom and hallway that I wanted to add onto the scheduled cleaning. They offered to do these rooms at no extra charge because they were late. I would have happily paid for the work. They treated all stains ahead of time and shampooed all areas. The carpets were 13 years old, mostly off white, and hadn't been cleaned in 5 years. They look great. Almost all stains are gone. I would definitely hire Carpet Robbers again.

He did a very good job. He even threw in an extra room for free for me because I have such a small home. I was very pleased.

We got the Groupon for carpet cleaning and deodorizing. We had TONS of doggy stains and odor. The technicians spent extra time and care getting out all the odors and stains, which for the odors I honestly didn't think would be possible... They made it possible for us to keep rather than replace our carpet and went way above and beyond what I would have expected, especially since it was a Groupon deal. I would definitely recommend them!!

A thorough cleaning job as done on two rooms and the stairs. There were stains still in one room but when reported, they came back the next day and fixed the problem and added one more room for free.

I called to schedule the carpet cleaning and was able to schedule the appointment within the next two weeks. The service man called the day before and was able to get an earlier time for me. This was very helpful to me, because I had all appointments that day. He arrived on time and got right to work. He was professional and helpful. He completed the work in a timely manner. He cleaned up any mess. Good job!
