Exceptional! I highly recommend Bowman- I sent a request via Angie's list, received a phone call within 12 hours - on a SUNDAY! Followed up on Monday to schedule- performed services within a week, called to say they were going to be 20 minutes late, called after service was performed, emailed me the receipt- the carpets look great. This was a rental property and the person had really damaged the carpets- thought I was going to need to replace them but Bowman did a great job. Mike was professional, prompt, reasonable price, and did a great job.

It all went well and it was reasonably priced.

The service was excellent. I called early this morning and asked for the earliest appointment that was available. They were here within hours. Our carpets have never looked better. We would definitely use their services again and plan to refer people to them often.

I did not expect miracles because the carpet was badly soiled in one room. I was in awe of how clean all of the rooms turned out. In one room in particular, the carpet was returned to its nearly white state. Rob also cleaned two rugs that I had in the rooms that were cleaned. The rugs looked amazing. I was impressed by how quickly the whole process went, especially given how nice the rooms looked when finished. I'm definitely having him come out again before the end of the year. I would highly recommend their services!

Called to schedule service, found a convenient time and booked it. Arrived on time, did the work professionally and thoroughly and cleaned up and was done.

These guys are great to work with. Scheduling was very easy, they are very prompt and professional. They did an excellent job for a great price. I would not hesitate to use them again. Very detail oriented and go the extra mile to get the job done.

on-time, nice guys, great work. carpets are lighter colored, and they gave us a realistic idea ahead of time how clean light carpets can actually get - they didn't over promise, which I think was very professional of them. we purchased a three-room deal, and they were nice enough to count a 1.5 story staircase as a "room" for purposes of the deal. Some places charge extra for stairs and won't let you do stairs as part of a package deal. will surely use them again in the future. nice work!

We had a great experience with this carpet cleaning company. They showed up on time and got right to work. We had a tough stain on the stairs which was awkward to deal with regarding all of the equipment but he stayed there until the stain was taken care of. Overall, when they left, we felt they went over and beyond our expectations to make us happy. Which seems to be a rare gem these days.

The guys were great - very nice and I really liked them and wanted to love their carpet cleaning service- but when they left my rugs were very wet - I put 2 fans on and ran my ceiling fans for 24 hours -to dry the carpets, and now 3 weeks later the spots I thought were gone are reappearing. I also added stairs to the job and felt the cost to do them was very pricey for the time it took them to do the job (about 1/2 hour).

I had spots from a pet that had control issues due to being older. I also had a coffee stain and they were able to clean it. However, after awhile the stains all came back and the coffee stain got worse. They came back and looked at it and explained why they were getting worse and recleaned the stains. Every time I called the father answered. He said he'd come back one more time and I didn't really care . I tried to clean it myself with a product I had purchased and now the coffee stain is almost gone. I decided I'm not going to deal with them anymore. I explained to them the wear and age of the carpet and that I wasn't expecting a lot but I did expect more than what I got. He did offer to come back another time but I just wanted to deal with it myself.

Everything was fine with them. The carpet is super old so what they did was acceptable.

Robb was here on time, he was professional and friendly. He did a great job as we'd been in the house almost 4 years and had a few problem high-traffic areas. When he left everything was clean, fresh smelling and the carpet bounced back so nicely the next day and looked and felt new! Our Dogs liked him too!

Was given Robb's business card by friend, who highly recommended him, and gave him a call to set-up a service call. Set an appt. and upon arriving, Robb did a walk-thru with me locating the areas of concern. Once that was completed, Robb went about setting-up the area for cleaning, taking care to protect wall corners and hardwood floors before bringing in his equipment. I'd taken the time to move furniture from those areas so that he could spend as much time pre-treating and cleaning the rooms. Upon his completion, Robb took me thru the rooms one more time showing me where he'd spent the most time and making certain that I was pleased with his work. I highly recommend Robb and his Dirt Robbers service.

I was very happy with the service. He helped me out on what I could use at home. Very helpful and knowledgable.

They called ahead of time to confirm the appointment time and then called again to let me know they were running about 20 min. late. There were 2 workers, both very professional and courteous. One spot treated and explained their cleaning method while the other operated the machine. They were done in less than an hour and the carpets look great. I was very pleased and will definitely call them again when needed.

Mike Sr. took my call and was very responsive and understanding of my needs. I was working within a limited time constraint and he was able to fit me into his schedule. On the actual day he and his son called me ahead of time to let me know when they would be at my house. They gave me a very fair and honest appraisal of what they could or could not do with the carpets and did a great job of cleaning the carpets and removing stains. I would definitely use them again.

I called the company to made me an appointment. They were able to set me up with a date that was convenient to me. The day of, they called to let us know they were on their way. Once they arrived they looked over the areas that needed cleaning. In a matter of minutes they set the hose up and started the work. They made my old carpet look new again.

Promptly scheduled the appointment. Arrived on time and completed the work with high quality. Very pleased with results.

They did a great job. It was very thorough. They even made lines within the carpet where I could see that all surface area had been covered. I was very happy with the service and would hire them again.

I had never had my carpets professionally cleaned before so I wasn't quite sure what to expect. Mike and Dave arrived a little bit later than I had anticipated. But, the person who scheduled me warned me that they might be late since my appointment was late in the day, so I didn't mind. They got right to work and did a thorough, great job. They finished very quickly. The carpet looks brand new again, and I am so glad that I decided to get this done! I have no complaints about their work, and would absolutely use them again in the future and recommend their services.
