Did a great job. Very professional, nice, and efficient.

Bowman did an excellent job cleaning our carpets, even removing some stains that previous carpet cleanings had not been able to remove. They were on time, professional, and courteous. My only complaints are very minor: 1) they did not call me before arriving as I had asked, and 2) there was some "phone tag" before we were able to schedule the cleaning. But these minor points were completely outweighed by the quality of the service. I was very happy with their work.

Ordered this service through Angie's List Big Deal. Got 3 rooms and one hallway of carpet cleaned for less than $200. They were very good and were able to remove stains I thought would never come out.

Not pleased with the professionalism of the company. They tried to avoid moving furniture and moving the rug even though we specifically asked them to clean under both. We would not hire this company again.

I switched to these guys from my normal carpet cleaning company thinking that I would be getting good service and a good price. The showed up late, did a decent job of cleaning, but unfortunately due to wicking (stain under the carpet) the pet stains in my office came back a day ater. I called and asked them to come out and had to spend 30 minutes on the phone with the owner about how it's not his fault that the stain came back and that he'd try and get out there a week later, but due to the Angie's list deal he was losing money and couldn't expect his guys to drive up to Fishers to fix my problem until they were in my area again because it was going to cost him too much in gas. Then when he was scheduled to come up, he changed it again because of the storm whichI then had to move my schedule to accomodate them. Frankly I felt like I was treated ridiculously and putting them out having to argue having them come out and fix a 3x5 area that I'd already paid for and just wanted clean. I will never use them again and the coupon isn't worth it if you have to have them out again and aren't on the SW side of town.

I emailed the company immediately after signing up for an "Angie's Big Deal" to ask them to call me at a different number since I was traveling on business. I received an reply almost immediately on a Sunday so I was impressed with the responsiveness. I called during the week and scheduled the work for 12/14. They were running just a few minutes late and called to let me know (again impressed with responsiveness). The Big Deal was for 3 rooms up to 750 square feet of carpet. My three rooms were just slightly over 750 (755 sq ft) but I wasn't having them move the desk or bookcases in the office taking that space down to about 50 sq ft from 144 nor moving any of the furniture in the bedroom taking that space down to about 100 sq ft from 290 sq ft. I was informed the living room would count as 2 rooms because it was over 250 sq ft. They kept the Big Deal when I argued about the sq ft. being about 480 instead of 750. I wanted to do the stairs, the traffic pattern in the bonus room and one spot each in two upstairs bedrooms. The total square footage was approximately 220 sq ft plus the stairs. There are still stains in the carpet and the traffic areas look as if they were barely done. I know it's cleaner than when they started, but I've gotten it cleaner with my Kirby or a Rug Doctor. The Big Deal said they would move light furniture. In the living room I told them they didn't need to move the entertainment center and they said they didn't move furniture at all. My husband and I moved the sofa, chairs and tables from the living room and then put it back after they left. The crew was nice but I don't think they did everything they were supposed to do. Kind of disappointing.

We had pets who were older and had become accident prone in their age and failing health. The company quickly responded to the purchase to schedule a convenient time when we would be home. The owner, Robb Melson and an assistant showed up exactly on time and quickly got to work. We had moved most of the furniture to give them access to the biggest portion of the floorspace, but they were happy to help move things around so that they could get all areas. Robb took the time to describe the equipment, and how it worked, the shampoo they use, and other details. They were efficient, respectful of our time and our home and best of all - they did a great job!

Overall it was great. Robb met us at our new offices on 12/18 and had the estimate to us that same day. The price was so good that we scheduled him for his next available opening. We were scheduled for the following afternoon when Robb showed up on time and was completed with the entire job in 2 hours. The flooring in our new offices was brought back to its like new finish. We cannot thank Robb enough and will definitely use him in the future.

I was very impressed with them from the start. They were exactly on time (rather than a 3 hour window of time). They thoroughly inspected the carpet and noticed stains I had not seen. They took their time and cleaned the carpet slowly going over it several times to smooth it out as much as possible. THEY COMPLETELY REMOVED 3 YEAR OLD STAINS! They knew the problems with the areas that were more uneven and gave me more help in how to get rid of the problem the cleaning could not solve because of our poor storage. They were very knowledgeable about carpeting and even gave me information on my leather sofa and how they would clean it. I found them to be quite professional and personable. I will definitely use them again and I highly recommend them. They definitely know their business. Their price is really reasonable. They were one of the only companies that would come to our house for under $100.

He arrived on time, was professional and friendly....he asked questions as to what area I wanted to be cleaned...and then set about to do just that...he gave some helpful suggestions and was aware and careful not to upset my dog..he cleaned up and was gone in no time!/

Took a while to schedule the appointment as they were swamped with folks who took advantage of the Big Deal. Carpet looked good initially, removed the pet stains. Big problem though was that they didn't bother to use elevating blocks on several pieces of furniture. Thus the furniture was set back down on the wet carpet. All of these areas mildewed and ruined the carpet. We didn't discover the problem until a few months had past when we went to rearrange the basement. I will never use Dirt Robber again. And I thing the Angie's List Big Deals are a Big Joke. They always end up costing me more than if I hadn't used them in the first place. For instance like having to replace the carpet in my basement.

He did a great job! He worked very h****** some difficult, discolored areas to get some stains up.

Couldn't be happier! Mike Bowman and his tech arrived on time and were very professional. They worked hard and cleaned our carpet til it almost looked like new! We have 2 dogs and Mike and his crew managed to clean and remove spots that another carpet cleaning company had not been able to clean previously. I would definitely refer others to their company and will use them again! They took pride in their work and made sure that we were happy before they left. I even asked while they were here if they could/would additionally clean our 16 step carpeted stairway and for a very reasonable charge they included them in their service and the carpet looks like new. I couldn't be happier! Oh, and I loved their little Santa hats they had on when they arrived. Great company & service!!!

We would not hesitate to use them again, it was a good experience! He even came back and did a little extra cleaning for us on some stains that didn't come out the first time.

Arrived on time, was polite and immediately got to work. All rooms were prepped as I have pet stain spots everywhere. Carpet looked nice, some stains he was able to remove and some were only lightened and doubt they can be removed. Carpet looked nice. don

This was the second time I used them. They were very friendly and there exactly when they said they would be there both times.

They were able to fit me in earlier than expected which was great. They were running a little behind but called to let me know, which was no problem. When he arrived I told him that we had some pet stains from a puppy that we had and was hoping he could them out. He advised me that he would tried but pet stains can be a problem. He then went to work on the carpet. He was there approximately an hour and a half and we had to let the carpet dry to see if they stains came out. The carpet was dry in couple of hours and it looked beautiful! The living room is a high traffic area of our house and it looked great! I will definitely be using them in the future and highly recommend!

They arrived promptly, and were really nice. They cleaned the areas I wanted, and did my stairs for free since I didn't have a full 2 rooms and a hallway (what I purchased) that I needed cleaned. I already recommended them to a friend!
