Bowman's Carpet Care

In some soiled areas the carfpet was still visibly soiled....but over-all we were pleased. The majority of the spaces were just fine.

Overall the job was good. All carpets came out very clean except for the living room which I was not completely happy with. It looked very good upon completion in the daylight but at night with the overhead light on, I noticed alot of scattered spots that did not come clean. They were not noticeable in the daylight so I dont completely blame Bowman. I will be calling them to see if they are willing to come back and try to do a better job on the living room carpet.

We had purchased a Special Package through Angie's List where we paid Bowmans Carpet Care $79 for cleaning three rooms and a hallway. We scheduled this to be done, then found we had to reschedule so the cleaning would be at the end of all the painting and other work we were having done. Then I became ill and we had to reschedule again. Bowman's was very pleasant and flexible in working with us to get the work done. Mike Bowman showed up as scheduled. We arranged for him to clean one additional small room for $20. We asked for a quote for cleaning our furnishings and accepted the offer. We spent approximately $200 for all the additional work and they were able to perform it during this visit.. Bowman's work was excellent. The white loveseat looked so good when they were done. I couldn't believe how clean it looked. The lounger looked renewed in color, as well as feeling so clean. The sectional also looked and felt so good after they were done. We have a 15 lb.short haired dog. Bowman's was able to remove all pet odor as well as clean the furniture. We were very happy wth the results of their work. There was no chemical smell after they were done. Everything dried within 2--3 hours. We received an estimate for cleaning all the tile in our home. We plan on scheduling Bowman's back to do this work iin a month or so. We would not hesitate to recommend them to friends, family and neighbors.

Everything went well. I was sure to remove all of the furniture for the areas just to be sure they were able to clean the carpet thoroughly. It looked great when they were finished.

They were really good. There was an extra fee for spot removal, but I was happy with the way the cleaning went. He arrived early and called to make sure that was ok. He did a very good job and I would recommend them to anyone.

The price was right for what we needed.

I got a special from Angie's List. My wife handled them. The work was good. I didn't think they delivered the job as they could. They missed a couple of spots. I didn't think they cleaned enough, but they did clean it. The carpet didn't look dirty and it was all right. I felt that they could have been better. The price was good. I got a good deal, so I bought that. They did pretty good. I never had any thought of asking them questions when they were here. They were on time. They were very professional. If the price is right then I might use them again.

The crew that came were very professional and easy to deal with. They were very accommodative of the areas that I wanted them to focus on, even though I thought I might be stretching the coupon's areas a bit far. They were also very dedicated to the work. I had many old stains from pets and parties that I couldn't get completely up by myself. They all disappeared. One of the guys also apologized for one area he couldn't get looking perfect. It had been where a rolling desk chair had worn down the carpet in a small area. I was surprised he even tried so h****** it. I never expected it to be fixed. Another area that also had a chair was left looking almost perfect despite the damage done to the carpet by the chair.

I was very pleased. They did a nice job cleaning the 3 rooms and hall that the coupon covered, as well as an area rug, stairs and one additional room that I also wanted cleaned. I have not always had good luck with carpet cleaners so I'm definitely saving these guys to my phone list to use next time as well. Once the work was completed, Mike talked with me about some additional services that they perform and let me know if I was interested to contact them. I appreciated this approach rather than experiences I've had in the past where I felt like businesses were trying to upsell me before they even began the current job.

Everything went great from start to finish. A new puppy in the house provoked our purchase of the Big Deal coupon offer however would use this provider in the future with or without the great offer. Carpets look great!

Bowman's called before they came and arrived on time, did the job quickly and effeciently and were top notch.

Great experience. Professional, clean, kind, timely, and beautifully cleaned carpets. Every spot came out. They even cleaned our foyer area rug at no extra charge! We had three rooms a hallway and two sets of stairs done.

The cleaners were prompt, polite and professional and the work was good.

Followed up with verification of service to be performed, called to confirm arrival time, arrived on time & performed the work as contracted.

The service provided went well overall. They came. They cleaned. I scheduled an appointment to get my basement carpet cleaned for April, and then they went.

Work was completed swiftly and well done by exceptionally pleasant gentlemen. We were unaware that they did not move anything over 100 pounds (we had nothing that was that heavy, but they would not move it anyway) or handle any electronics. This should have been discussed up front when I asked if anything special had to be done and was told just to remove breakables.

The gentleman was very friendly on the phone. I told him I thought I better get new carpeting. He gave me some suggestions.

I received a quick response to my initial phone call and was scheduled at a mutually convenient time. The service was excellent and the servicemen were professional, pleasant and well informed.

They did the work as promised, and I have no complaints about the service.
