A little late, but a job well done

They were easy to work with and did a pretty thorough job. We had them do some extra work and the added costs were not unreasonable. The price was fair and the actual owner came out with a partner to do the work. It was nice having the owner of the company there actually taking care of the business.

To say that my carpet was dirty is a huge understatement. Between damage from a wheelchair rolling over it for 5 years and a very furry, shedding, elderly dog, I didn't have much hope that the carpet could be salvaged, especially in one room. Somehow, he managed to more out of the carpet than I could have possibly imagined, and it only took an hour. I was amazed by how much cleaner it was...and I think he was a little surprised too! I will definitely use this company again!

They were prompt and attentive but we did have to ask them to move couches and chairs to clean edge of stain areas. I would have liked them to show a little more patience and effort in treating some stubborn stains. I felt like I had to watch to make sure they actually did the area.

This deal worked out very well. He is a very nice man to work with. He actually showed me how to clean my sofa upholstery myself. Everything looked great.

We had carpets done last year and the service spent way more time, and the stains stayed out longer. The guy this time was professional, but the stains came back faster, and it wasnt as good of a job as the service previously done.

Great job at responding quickly to my last minute needs. Cleaned hallway, steps, bedrooms in a very timely fashion. On time and efficient. Will definitely work with Bowman again

I hired the company to clean the carpet in 3 rooms and a hallway. They did this and were very professional. The carpets looked great when they had finished, and I would definitely hire them again.

I had them come out and do the tile cleaning. They showed up on time. The worker who came out informed me that I do not have tile, but linoleum that looks like tile. If they cleaned it, it would ruin the floor. I appreciate their honesty and professionalism.

They were very polite and professional. Did a good job on the carpets. Hoping that the carpets would be restored to "like new" condition but we could still see the traffic pattern of discoloration. Not sure if anyone could get the rugs back to new condition. First cleaning in 4 years. Overall a good experience and we would use them again.

I was very happy with the service. Everything was explained as they did it, and they let me substitute an upholstery cleaning for one of the rooms (with me paying the difference). Highly recommend.

They did a reasonably good job. The carpet stayed wet for a while but when it dried out everything looked fine. The workers were nice guys who did the job they were supposed to.

It was good, but my wife did not think it was anything outstanding, and was not as excited about the service. I don’t think we felt it was professional quality cleaning.

The technicians did a great job, they arrived on time, worked very effiecietly, and quite personable. They did a full steam cleaning, and the carpets even dried quickly. I would highly recommened them.

Used coupon that came up from Angies List.com. Coupon was $79.99 for 3 rooms with deoderizer. Nowhere on coupon did it stipulate an restrictions for travel. We live near geist in Fortville, IN. Called to schedule the cleaning and was rudely told that they dont service my area and I would not be able to use the $80 cleaning I had already paid for. Not sure how this is possible but some how I paid $80 for a service that had NO fine print and no stipulations but yet im being refused service..

It turned out okay; everything was average.

Worked efficiently and the results were very good. There is one area in front of the sofa in the family room that is particularly soiled due to shoes. Other companies with various cleaning methods have attempted to clean this area with limited results and Dirt Robber had similar results.
