Description of Work: Master bath remodel. Took a little longer than expected. We were told 4 weeks. It took about 6 weeks. Overall we are happy with the quality and booger was very responsive when we brought up concerns. The booher staff was nice to work and most of the subcontractors were polite. The exception was Matt, the tile guy. Most of his workers spoke little to no English so it was hard to communicate with them. Matt did not spend enough time on-site and there were miscommunication about the tiling. Would not have him on a job again. | |

Description of Work: Rob gave us advice and ball park pricing for an addition to our house.

Description of Work: We paid for design and quote from Booher, but ultimately chose another contractor for the project. But the $50 for design met our expectations.

Description of Work: Provide design renderings and quotes for m-bath remodel. The renderings were poor quality generated on what appeared to be sub-standard software. One design what not what we asked for even though we showed them pictures of the design we wanted. The quote included hollow-core doors where we clearly have solid wood doors (and the installation was not included in the quote!). Very high costs i.e. $225 to labor to switch a toilet! The list can go on but I think you get the idea.

Description of Work: We had our kitchen remodeled. New granite countertop installed, kitchen cabinets painted, new sink and faucet. Under-the-cabinet lighting was installed (which we love), along with new light fixtures above the island, sink and kitchen table. They also put crown molding on the top of our cabinets to give them a better look. Wallpaper was removed and walls were painted. Tile backsplash was installed along two partial walls. The also painted our 1/2 bath and installed a new light fixture in the 1/2 bath.

Description of Work: They really were outgoing and very good information. Great personalities and were great to work with. I will always ask them first if I need their products. Wish you guys the best in your new company.

Description of Work: We used them for an estimate. The estimate was presented very professionally but was beyond our budget.

Description of Work: Big Deal - Kitchen Design Consultation with 3D rendering. |Sabrina from Booher came out and had a consultation with us. She took our information back to the office and another designer created a 3D rendering of our kitchen. The 1st rendering did not have some of concepts that were discussed. They completed another rendering, taking into account my ideas. The renderings were fine, but I was looking for some design around my ideas. I was able to discuss this with Booher, and they offered to do another rendering, at no charge, to add in some creativity. Although we ultimately decided to go with another company, Booher was prompt and responsive and worked VERY hard to come up with a design idea that would work. Their initial estimate was very reasonable. We are not using them for this project, but I will definitely keep them in mind for future projects or to refer them to friends.
