We were very pleased from start to finish working with Booher . Every employee was professional and friendly and they all worked together to ensure our bathroom remodel went smoothly and timely. We are very happy with the quality of the work as well.

We used Booher the summer of 2015 to have a new shower installed. They were great. So we used them again for our complete kitchen remodel. The experience was a complete opposite. We would have thought it was a different company, except the owner and crew chief were the same .I would not use them again for anything related to cabinets or flooring. The drywall work in 2015 wasn't stellar, but it was adequate. In 2016 it was awful. The poor workmanship seemed related to the fact the crews received constant cell phone calls. The crews complained constantly about having to come to the east side of Marion county. They complained about having too many other jobs going at the same time. The kitchen work was completed in September of 2016. I waited until January of 2017 to add this review, hoping that the experience would seem less awful with time. I'm adding it now with the hope that it spares someone else needless unpleasantness. We continue to find problems with the work done (plumbing problems, floor issues, tile already missing grout). The only bright spots in the experience were the electrician and HVAC contractors Booher supplied. They did excellent, professional work.

Booher was fantastic. This was a huge project.

Project manager kept whole crew on time and working on task. Subcontractors provided goods & services that we had purchased. Booher worked with subcontractors to install all items all staff from Booher & subcontractors spent time doing the detail work so the job looked professional. All staff from Booher and sub contractor were friendly and answered our questions. A good granule of details seen too. Caulking top of cabinets was done to be here cabinet tops matchet up to calling.

They did a great job. It's obviously disruptive to lose access to your kitchen for several weeks, but they did all they could to minimize the hassle. They were good about explaining options and made excellent suggestions. All of the tradespeople were timely and cleaned up after themselves. The transformation of our 40 year old kitchen is amazing!

Ultimately they did a good job. But we were very unhappy with the process. They just didn't seem to have all their p's & q's put together. They were constantly passing us off between different people in the beginning. The cost, both the quote and the actual cost, were extremely high we thought. We purchased all the product prior. And the fact that they really didn't have workers of their own, they used contractors, and they weren't really dependable as far as coming and going. It took them a couple months to complete the job and there were days were nothing was getting done. Ultimately, it turned out well. It looks nice. This is going to take a long, long time to complete and you have to stay on top of them all the time as to what they were going to do. Especially over the price. They overcharged for many parts of it.

Seem to always be on time. Enjoyed talking to them and helping. Tile man mode tune he did what I want, all pleasant.

Everyone was very professional, accommodating & did excellent work. Every time I go into either bathroom I am over whelmed with beauty of their work.

Happy with end result. Took a little longer than was originally told . They have came out a couple of times and fixed some issues but they have stood behind their work.

Rob Booher came to measure kitchen and gives an estimate everyone with Booher was very professional, on-time and did quality work. I kept in contact with project manager every day. Job went very smoothly and we are very satisfied with our new kitchen. Would highly recommend Booher for any remodel job.

Fabulous start to finish! I needed access to a walk-in shower on our 1st floor, due to upcoming double knee replacement surgery. Our existing 1st floor bathroom had a fiberglass tub/shower, which meant stepping over the side of the shower... not an option. Upon relaying my needs and timeframe to Booher Remodeling, their team took action. Everyone from my first contact to the designer and job foreman, were on board, even giving recommendations for replacing the existing toilet, as a last minute addition. The project was completed within the quoted price and on time. Quality is impeccable. I would highly recommend Booher!
