Their quality of service is great and they are very professional and well trained.

Sergei came to give us an estimate just when we'd planned. He was efficient and helpful. The workers came right on time, as well, and were finished with the entire project in one day. They picked up after themselves very well. In fact, the only way I knew they'd been there was that I had a new furnace in my basement and AC in my yard.

They did the work efficiently, quietly, and timely. The service was excellent, and they cleaned up after they were done. They respected my wishes and went to the edge of the road to smoke.

We had to call the President of the company to come out to repair damages that we didn't find out about until after the company had left. We found out that they damaged the drywall near the electrical box and also didn't connect all of the air ducts properly. When the president saw what happened he refunded us $400 and they did fix the ducts so that the air was distributed evenly. We had to have another company come out to repair the damage they did to the drywall.

Overall they did a good job. We had used them in the past. I'll use them again if needed in the future.

Sergei arrived on time and was very friendly/professional. He gave suggestions on our duct work to improve air flow which was part of our issue. Gave us an estimate on furnace replacement and suggested not updating the AC unit since it was not very old. Felt very comfortable with presentation and he talked through the differences in some units. Unfortunately, his price was about $1000 over 2 other competitors for a lesser unit than what they offered. Did not follow-up with Sergei to discuss price as we went with another contractor.

The tech arrived on time and worked efficiently. He did some extra work, but did not charge me additional labor costs. I had planned on replacing the thermostat, but he advised me that it was not necessary. He could have replaced it and made more money on the service call, but saved me the additional cost by not doing unnecessary work.

We were without AC and they installed the unit the next day after the quote. They did a nice job. While installing the humidifier, they broke a line going to the water heater and they repaired that with out cost to me. They were very responsible with taking care of the water heater damage.

Sergei, the President, came out to give me a quote himself and it was very competitive. He did a very good job giving the quote and helping me understand the Bryant system.

They were excellent. I signed up for a maintenance care package for both homes.

Frank was our technician. A very nice and genuine guy. He was prompt, honest, professional, and took the time to educate me. Bolls is lucky to have Frank as an employee. It turned out our circuit breaker had been tripped and that was why the air conditioning wasn't working. He cleaned debris out of the unit and replaced our filter. He only charged us for the $79.00 diagnostic fee. It was well worth what we paid. Also, the lady who answered their phone was very nice, friendly, and helpful. We were so relieved that we didn't have to replace or repair our very, very old air conditioning unit.

Overall, they were very prompt and professional. Outstanding customer service skills. They were very good at addressing my concerns about various attributes of the installation. I did not observe any shortcuts in the work. I felt very comfortable with this company from start to finish. I would highly recommend their services to anyone considering furnace or duct work.

They are always very professional and helpful too. The tech this time was a young man named Steve. He made a point of checking that I knew how my system worked and changes needed in the humidifier settings with the switching from heating to cooling. He cleared areas around the A/C unit to increase air flow and efficiency. We originally bought this furnace from Bolls and have always found their service on this new equipment and all the older equipment already in place to be excellent.

Overall, the work was good, but they did not follow up nor finish the tile that they had removed in the work area.

They informed me that the blower was just shoved in place, was put in backwards, and that the fan wasn't even set to a different speed, which they informed me is basic knowledge to have done when installed. The fan was set to high, which lessens the efficiency of the heating. They then fixed it so everything works great.

They're always very responsive. They answer calls quickly and are professional.

I waited until late fall to have my furnace serviced. I called to schedule an appointment around mid-November and the earliest time they had available for a preventative visit was late December. I suppose that makes sense due to the need to keep maximum availability for emergency repairs. The office staff was very courteous and well-organized. They were very helpful with scheduling and even called a few days in advance to remind me of the upcoming appointment. John was extremely professional and courteous and did an outstanding job in the service. He checked and cleaned the furnace and spent a few minutes to explain how things worked so that I could do some basic maintenance and troubleshooting myself.

It was just wonderful. We got three names and ended up going with them, the owner Mike Kiel was very professional and did not fill us full of a lot of this and that. They filled us in on the product and from that we picked them and it was wonderful.

They were great. The technician was on time, neat, and got the service done quickly.

Another placed I called increased price for a holiday. (I can't remember name). Reasonable price - was a holiday. Fixed problem that day. Polite serviceman. Serviceman showed me how to correct problem.

They were very efficient, cleaned up afterwords, and were polite. The furnace works and their price was reasonable. They answered all my questions.

Less than 18 hours after Bolls checked the furnace, we had no heat. We called Bolls back (Saturday) but they said the company did not have anyone available. We called another company and they sent someone out right away. The soot had burned up the heat exchanger and we had to replace the furnace. We have left numerous messages for Bolls with little or no response. We were without heat for 10 days. After 2 weeks Bolls said they would send out someone to look at the furnace, too late. Had the initial repair been done correctly or had the tech inspected the furnace on the return call we would not have had to install a new furnace at a cost of over $3200.00.

Service repairman was very knowledgeable, courtesy and efficient. He inspected furnace and thermostat and determine immediately what the problem was. He inspected our outside unit also to ensure that it was working properly. He reprogrammed the electric component at the basement.
