Very well. We have used Boll's many times in the past and we have always been able to rely on them for a professional job. They have always been able to come out to help us and we will continue to use them.
Description of Work: Due to a bad thermostat, Bolls put in a new programmable thermostat and also replaced the motor, capacitor and bearings as our heater was no longer working.

They always come without my having to calling them. They call me to ask when a convenient time for them to come is. If I have a problem they come right away, but it has been very rare that I have had a problem. At one point when I did have an issue, I called them and they came that day and fixed it within 15 minutes.
Description of Work: They come twice a year to service the air conditioner, water softener, air filter, humidifier and the furnace.

They do not over sell you things that you don't need. They make good diagnoses. We have used them for several years and the level of service is maintained. I think that they are reasonably priced.

The bad parts described above were replaced very quickly and all is running normally now.
Description of Work: My furnace would heat but the fan wouldn't come on. Also my A/C would start but the furnace fan would not come on. However, with heating and A/C off the fan would run manually. I have a service contract with Bolls, and have had for several years. I called them and they sent a technician, Curt, right away. He spent less than 30 minutes before telling me that a circuit board was bad and would have to be replaced. He did not have one on his truck but would stop by the Lennox store and pick one up that evening. He also found a potentially hazardous condition. A plastic part in the exhaust side of the furnace had been crimped and could possibly leak carbon monoxide into the air flow system. He discovered this by listening to the furnace run. On the next day, Curt arrived, with the replacement parts and installed them. Everything is working perfectly now. Curt, like other Bolls technicians, was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous.

I have used them in the past on an older furnace and so I used them again. I will continued to use them again. I took advantage of a discount they had at that point. They are professional and show up on time.

They were pretty good, they worked in pretty tight quarters and ended up breaking a pipe, but they were good to come back and repair that. And I felt that their prices were competitive.

I called the office and spoke with a young lady and she advised they would get back with me, which they did. When they arrived, they charged me a trip charge and a repair charge. The only thing wrong was a cracked wire and they wanted to charge $74.00. After I complained, they lowered it to $50.00. I feel I should have only been charge a minimum trip charge. The guy that came out was very nice and knowledgeable, but the experience left a bad taste in my mouth.

I had three or four people come look at it, but they explained what was needed to be done. Everybody else said we needed to replace our unit, when he said that wasn't necessary. He gave us an estimate. We bought one that was more energy resourceful. I could tell the difference in his knowledge of how everything worked. We have noticed a changing in our bill because of the unit he suggested. He brought over a different unit that we thought we were getting. The one that we wanted was more expensive but he gave it to us at the price he quoted for the other unit. I told him he didn't have to do that but he gave it to us at that price anyway. I would recommend him and use him again in the future.

They are an excellent company; they are very good! They'll come out in a moments notice, which is very important to me if something goes wrong. They are just good people to work with and send out qualified workers. I will continue to use them for future service and have recommended them to others. The approximate cost listed is what I pay for the year.
