Bolls Heating & Cooling

Very happy with Bolls response time. Our AC went down on a Saturday afternoon when temperatures were over 90. We called Bolls at they were at our house in under 90 minutes. The serviceman was courteous and professisonal. Since he took the time to listen to some information I shared, the problem was identified very quickly and fixed in under 30 minutes.

Came home on 8.5.2010, AC broke down middle of night. Bolls came next day to replace two small parts. 8.16.2010.....condensor and plug overflowed, casing leak downstairs. Diagonis provided by Bell Plumbing, and I contacted Bolls as they were my service plan. Bolls cleaned up the mess, and fixed the AC. So far my neighbors are satisfied!

They were punctual and had quality workmanship. They did an excellent job.

They are very prompt when they are to be here. They are neat when they come into the home, they cover their shoes with the booties.

Service technician arrived on time and performed the work efficiently and professionally. This is our first time using Bolles and we were very satisfied with the experience.

They really care about the customer. They are always on time and very professional. I can always trust what they are doing.

I initially called late in the afternoon and left a message on the emergency line. A man (didn't get his name) called me back in about 15 minutes. He asked me several questions in an effort to diagnose the problem, and I clumsily tried to supply the answers while taking off the front panel of the furnace and peering into its innards. (I don't know very much about furnaces!) He then told me that he would call his technician to find out where he was with his jobs (it was a busy weekend for the heating and cooling industry because of the severe cold). He called back about 15 minutes later and told me unfortunately because of the backup of jobs that his tech would not be able to get to me that night. He assured me that Bolls would be able to come out first thing in the morning. Luckily, I had a backup, but I really appreciated Bolls trying to help me and their genuine concern for my situation.

They did a complicated and large job. There was one initial problem and they came out and replaced the entire condensor. Sergei is very knowledgable and very responsive.

They did good job. They knew what they were doing, not everybody knows how to work on gas fired boilers. They were prompt and the prices were more reasonable than ones that I have had work on it before.

I picked Bolls because they had a high rating and a lot of success stories. It was one man who came out. He said my air conditioner was fine. He adjusted the pilot light and cleaned my heater. My house is for sale and he gave me invoices to that affect for documentation. I thought they were priced a little high.

The job was completed in a timely fashion and they loaned us space heaters while the work was in progress.

Sergei was very prompt and courteous. He gave me a quote on a new furnace; however, he quoted the same furnace as one of his competitors who is also ranked "A" on Angie's List. His quote was ~20% higher than the competitor's after taking into account all of the federal and state tax credits and Vectren rebate. Therefore, I chose not to go with Bolls.

We have signed up for a maintenance program with them. I liked the fact that they came out whenever we called and continued to try to get to the bottom of the problem.

I have been using them for 3 or 4 years. They are very good. I purchase a service plan from them, then if I need any service they come out and fix it. They call in advance to say that they are coming. I will be using them in the future.

They do a fine job and we would use them again.

We have a maintenance contract with them, and we have used them faithfully. They are reputable, efficient, and have done a good job for us.

Things were good with their service.

I haven't hired him, I wanted to look on Angie's List.

They were great- professional and responsive- a top notch company. The owner is always accessible, which we really appreciate. I would definitely recommend them to others. They get an A+.

Notice in the eveing that aircon was not working. Call vendor in moring....and they had someone out by 4:00pm. The technicial diagnosed and quickly idenfied a failed part and replaced (capacitor). The problem was solved within 20 minutes. Technician was polite, informative & well spoken.

Everything turned out beautifully. I now have a smaller carbon footprint because it is so efficient. I now have a yearly service agreement with them. They are very prompt and show up when they say they will.

They arrived promptly and completed the installation of the furnace in about 6 hours so, even though the temperatures were cold, we had heat the same day. On the second day, they finished the installation of the heat pump and thermostat. Because of the location of the furnace the installation was not easy but the technicians were very professional and competent and completed the work as per the estimate provided by their sales person. During the installation they took special care to protect the home environment and left the installation area clean.

Overall he did a good job. Will use Bolls Heating from now on.

It was very pleasant. They were very professional and timely. They gave me the best price and I was completely pleased with it.

From start to finish, I felt this company was upfront, honest, and helpful. Mr Traycoff was patient and did a very thorough job in explaining the different products as well as services his company offers. The installers arrived on time; were nice; and treated me and my property with respect. After working with other Heating & Cooling companies, I felt I had finally found a company that still believes in quality service and products. And wow...I love my new Heat Pump and Air Handler!
