Bill Reneau Painting

The project went very well. Bill is a conscientious and very skilled painter. He discussed questions and issues as they were identified and was very responsive. The project lasted about 2 and 1/2 weeks and was completed before the estimated completion date. The project was also completed within the low end of the the estimated cost. I will use his services again.

Bill was prompt and worked in a timely manner with a smile on his face daily. I felt like he was a friend I was having over daily.

Mr. Reneau showed true professionalism, he was punctual and did excellent work in a timely manner. He came back after the work was finished to complete something that he did not think was done perfectly. I would have him do all my interior painting. I was very satisfied with his work and his character.

Bill is a great guy, did excellent work, including some light drywall repair on a skylight opening. He moved furniture, cleaned up daily, and was very punctual. Will definitely call him again for interior painting!

Our living room ceiling needed extensive repair on an immediate basis. I called Bill as the plasterers were beginning and Bill came right over to assess the situation. He fit us in on short notice and ended up having to repaint the whole room due to marring of the walls from the ceiling work. He is very particular about his work and careful about leaving everything in good order. I will call him again.

He was very good. It is a small operation so timeliness is a bit of an issue but he was upfront about it. The price actually surprised us because it was as reasonable as it was. He was stripping the wallpapers, doing painting and things like that so we expected it to be more which was not the case so we were very happy with that. He was also meticulous about his work.

Bill is an extreme perfectionist! He is delightful to work with. He is patient and is meticulous in the details. He makes the original "nice" paint job look atrocious! This is the 2nd house we have used him in, and he continues to take on challenges like covering old paint smears on ceilings and "flattening out" 3D murals. We'll be calling him again.

He's had to come several times for short trips since he's patching the walls and he's very accommodating and flexible about coming when it's convenient for me--which shows that he truly cares about his customers!

This is the third time I have used Bill, and as in the past, I was very happy with the results. He gives you good advice, keeps to schedule, and the parts I like best are that unlike other contractors I have used, Bill takes the time to properly prep a surface. Others like to give you immediate results by just painiting, then you wonder why the surface starts peeling 6 months later. The best part for me is that I can trust Bill with a key to my house. He is the sole practitioner in his company-typically one meets with contractors, and once you agree on price, a crew of strangers shows up, and the guy you met with isn't even among them. You will only deal with Bill, and it's so nice not to have to worry about misssing work to watch over things. Bill doesn't leave until you are happy with the results, and I have been every time.

Previously, we?ve always painted ourselves. We hired Bill to paint/repair our 5 ceilings to help us along in our extensive painting plans. Our feeling was we could then tackle the walls. While he was there, we asked him for a price to paint the kitchen trim and baseboards. It was agreeable, and it was nice to have a professional?s touch for a change. In the end, we added on Bill painting the kitchen walls. As he was finishing the walls up we requested a price for the living room and hall walls. It seemed a bit high, and one of the reasons was the need to remove old glue from the hall walls were we removed wallpaper earlier. He reduced the quote if we washed the walls. He also said that if it took him less time to complete the job, he?s charge us less. To save time we also removed the outlet covers and had all the furniture moved in places where Bill could come in and start paining immediately. Before he left, he checked all his work and touched up a few areas without being asked. His final charge for the last job was less than quoted! It?s nice to have that professional touch, and I highly recommend Bill.

I had a great experience working with Bill. He was very professional, kind and accommodating throughout the project. He came out and did excellent work. There was a lot of prep work that had to be done and they knew exactly how to take care of everything. The got all of the work done when he said that he would.

He has always been good and reasonable. He provides fair estimates and attends to details. He is honest and I can leave him in the house when I go out. He is courteous and does a good job. He is very conscientious and pleasant to have around.

Mr. Reneau always does a very neat and careful job. He is very particular about matching colors and making sure that his work is good. He even came back without being scheduled to address a crack that appeared because it bothered him that it wasn't correct. He is also very good about clean up. We will use Mr. Reneau again.

Mr. Reneau was very friendly and even liked putting up with our dog following him around! Mr. Reneau is not fast, but he completed everything on time & extremely neatly!

His estimate was very competitive and accurate. He arrived exactly when promised and worked quickly(finishing early on the second day). His work is FLAWLESS! I won't use another painter until he retires! Once, he called me upstairs to show me where he'd made a tiny spot on my accordion blind, but had already cleaned it completely. He emphatically told me that if the spot bothered me, he'd replace the blind.

It went great. Bill is always very punctual and does great work very efficiently.
