I purchased a Yakama bicycle roof rack for my new car. They had all but one part. They received the part by the next week and called to set up installation. The tech who set up the rack was quick and did a good job explaining how to take the rack on and off of the car. He also explained in detail how to put the bikes on the rack. Very good experience.

The carrier I purchased is fine. However, I had trouble getting help in the store. I was ignored by sales people and when I asked for help, I was told that someone would be with me right away, and I still waited ten minutes. I would have left except that they had the product I wanted on sale.

The staff was nice and somewhat knowledgeable. The service department is great bikes come with a free 30-day check up. Decent selection.

We were approached right away and they fixed the tire right away and had him on his way. We were very impressed.

My 4 year old was insisting on getting a kick stand on his 12 inch bike that did not come with kick stand. I was concerned about spending too much money on a kick stand for the bike he would out grow very quickly. However, the Bicyle Garage of Indy was very helpfull. They installed it quickly and at a reasonable price.

Visited the store twice. Sales staff was friendly and accommodating. Bike was not in stock except for floor model. Ordered a new bike from warehouse with a four day turn-around. Received call next day that the bike was available for pick-up. Confirmed make/model and went to pick it up. Wrong bike was ready. No one knew why we were incorrectly notified. Two days later received notification bike was ready. Spent time to insure correct bike was available and the female employee seemed irritated she needed to verify the right item was there. Sales person spent whatever time we needed to adjust the bike. The overall experience was positive except for confusion ordering from their warehouse and the snippy girl on the phone. The bike price was a little higher than comparable models elsewhere but they had it available from stock vs factory order. I would purchase from the store again because they have a large on-floor inventory of most items and helpful sales staff.

They are not the best bike shop I town, however, they do have the best selection I would have to say in gear. They are more bells and whistles than nuts and bolts and I think they are a bit more pricey.

Excellent. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Very eager to please. Work was done correctly and quickly.

They did a good job. My bicycle is at least 45 years old, but the chrome is almost as good as new.

THE STAFF IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL. JAMES ASSISTED US ON THE FIRST VISIT AND WAS VERY PLEASANT AND HELPFUL. BILL HELPED THE SECOND DAY AND HAD ALL THE SPECIFICS AND DETAILS WE NEEDED. WE APPRECIATE THAT THE STAFF DOES NOT WORK ON COMMISSION, SO THERE IS NO PRESSURE OR ''CUT-THROAT'' SELLING. DUE TO THE AMOUNT OF THE SALE, WE WERE EVEN OFFERED A DISCOUNT, A VERY NICE BONUS. I RECEIVED AN EMAIL THE VERY EVENING AFTER THE PURCHASE, WITH COUPONS FOR FUTURE USE. THIS PROMPT RESPONSE WAS ALSO VERY IMPRESSIVE.

THE SALES ASSOCIATES AND STAFF WERE ALL VERY HELPFUL. THEY KNEW THEIR PRODUCTS AND PROVIDED INFORMATION IN A LOW-PRESSURE STYLE THAT I APPRECIATED VERY MUCH. THEY LISTENED TO MY DESIRES AND HELPED ME FIND A BIKE THAT FIT MY NEEDS.

EVEN THOUGH IT WAS A SIMPLE JOB, OTHER BIKE SHOPS I CONTACTED ABOUT REPLACING MY SPOKE DID NOT SEEM INTERESTED SINCE IT IS AN UNCOMMON LENGTH. THE BGI FOLKS DUG AROUND A LITTLE and CAME UP WITH A SUITABLE SPOKE THEY JUST HAD TO SHORTEN and RE-THREAD. SHOPPING IN GENERAL THERE IS NOT AS PLEASANT, AS I FEEL HOUNDED and PRESSURED BY SALESMEN AT TIMES. THAT'S WHAT I BASE MY PROFESSIONALISM RATING ON.

WE HAD GREAT, PROMPT, HELPFUL SERVICE AND ARE VERY PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS.

TALK TO BILL, HE KNOWS BIKES. THEY LET YOU TEST RIDE THE BIKES OUT ON THEIR TRAILS AND IN THE PARKING LOT. THEY GIVE YOU THE BEST PRICE POSSIBLE. THEY ALSO TAKE A TON OF TIME FITTING YOU WITH A BIKE. THEY ARE REALLY GOOD WITH KIDS. MY LITTLE BOY WAS NERVOUS ABOUT MOVING UP TO A BIGGER BIKE AND THEY SPENT PLENTY OF TIME WITH HIM TO MAKE HIM MORE COMFORTABLE.

STAFF WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND TOOK THE TIME TO PROPERLY FIT ME FOR A BIKE, GIVE ME A CHANCE TO TEST RIDE THE BIKE, AND SPECIAL ORDER FOR A COLOR NOT IN STOCK.

BILL MOSKOVITZ WAS VERY HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE CONCERNING THEIR FITNESS EQUIPMENT. THE SERVICE GENTLEMEN WERE PROMPT, COURTEOUS AND CAREFUL. THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH ASSEMBLY WITH ONE PIECE OF EQUIPMENT, BUT THIS WAS EASILY RESOLVED IN A TIMELY FASHION. I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THE EQUIPMENT AND WOULD RECOMMEND THAT ANYONE INTERESTED IN PURCHASING FITNESS EQUIPMENT EVALUATE THEIR PRODUCTS.

OUR BIKE HAD A FAULTY GEAR,. THEY REFUSED TO TRY TO STRAIGHTEN THE FORK. THEY SAID IT WOULD COST ABOUT $30 TO REPLACE IT. AND SAID MY BIKE WAS TOO CHEAP TO INVEST IN. VERY RUDE! ANOTHER COMPANY WAS MORE THAN HAPPY TO FIX OUR BIKE, FOR $20. I'LL SEND IN A REPORT ON THAT COMPANY WHEN THE WORK IS COMPLETE.

I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM FOR ANY FITNESS EQUIPMENT PURCHASES IN THE FUTURE. BGI FITNESS IS RUN BY THE SAME COMPANY THAT RUNS BICYCLE GARAGE INDY.

I USED EMAIL TO INITIALLY CONTACT THIS STORE, AND RECEIVED SUCH A NICE REPLY I WENT TO THE STORE AND WORKED WITH THIS SALESMAN. A LUCKY BREAK, IN THAT THE BIKE I CHOSE WENT ON SALE A FEW DAYS LATER.

THIS WASN'T REALLY A NEGATIVE SAID MEMBER, HE TOOK HIS EXERCISE BIKE FOR REPAIR ON THURS, WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE READY THE FOLLOWING WED., WHEN HE ARRIVED THEY COULDN'T FIND A TICKET, DID FIND THE BIKE AND NOTHING DONE, VERY APOLOGETIC, DID WORK ASAP.
