Description of Work: Two weeks ago we consulted with a specialist, Rhys Edwards, in regards to a treadmill. He spent a lot of time with us, was very helpful and answered all questions. He helped us pick the right model. He said we could get it delivered and set up in 10 days. The installation went very smoothly.

Description of Work: Set up treadmill and advised in the care and maintenance of the equipment. Also removed old very heavy treadmill, there was an additional charge for removal.

Description of Work: I took this new Giant TCX frame to have it built up. They took the parts from an older bike and moved them to this frame. I dropped it off on a Friday and had the bike by Tuesday. I dropped it off during their big fall sale and was surprised at how quickly it was done. Every bike that they sell has to be tuned up so I didn't think it would be done as fast. I have been going to BGI for many years and will continue for many more. The sales and service teams are very friendly and really know what they are doing.

We each had differen criteria concerning what we were looking for in a bike. We had been to several places prior to going to the Bicycle Garage and were more confused than ever. We happened to go on one of their busiest weekends, a big annual sale.. We had to wait just a few minutes for a sales assistant considering their crowd. He was polite and knowledgable, did not talk down to us but clearly explained the different options available and helped us find the perfect bike to fit each our needs in the price range we requested. There were never any hard sell techniques and his passion, knowledge and enthusiasm for the sport was refreshing. While the Bicycle Garage is not the least expensive place to purchase a bike I learned a long time ago that it pays to consult an expert on anything that you want done right. Our experience here convinced me that this place is owned and run by experts in the field of cycling. They stock a wide gamut of inventory to fit a range of skill and prices. The options are screened for quality and value. They are passionate about what they do and want to be sure that you leave with the best product to fit your needs.

Description of Work: I purchased a Yakima Rocket Box and a bike rack for the back of my car. The staff installed the roof rails and rocket box while I waited. Both products perform up to specs and my experience was great.

Description of Work: I took my bike to The Bicycle Garage because I believed that it needed a new bottom bracket. The gentleman who greeted me took a look at it immediately. He took it apart, determined that the repair was much more minor that I had thought it was, repaired it, put it back together, tuned a few things and charged me $8.00. I appreciated that he looked at it on the spot, rather than having me come back for it. I also appreciated his honesty and his pleasant manner.

Description of Work: TWO YEARS AGO I PURCHASED A BIKE. I FOUND IT TO BE TOO BIG FOR ME. I RETURNED IT ON 07/04/01 HOPING THEY WOULD REPLACE THE SEAT. TO MY SURPRISE THEY REPLACED THE WHOLE BIKE. THEY GAVE ME FULL CREDIT ON THE OLD ONE. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THEIR EAGERNESS TO MAKE SURE I WAS COMFORTABLE WITH WHAT I HAD PURCHASED.
