Description of Work: I received information from the Company in a timely manner, and filled out the required paperwork for my table pad. In addition, I ordered 2 table placemats for my buffet, and a protective bag for my table leaf (at a reduced "Angie's List" price). It took about 5 weeks to receive my table pads (probably due to the holidays), and they are perfect! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone else.

Description of Work: We ordered table pads for our 54" round table with one leaf during a Big Deal sale before the holidays and just received them, right on time. It was an easy process and the company answered a question we had immediately, so that we could proceed without delay. The finished product is all we hoped for and fits beautifully. We spent a bit extra for the bag to house the pads and are glad we did. We would definitely recommend doing business with Berger.

Description of Work: Very pleased. The only issue is a slight bit of wrinkling on the surface near a spot where the pad folds.

Description of Work: I took advantage of the Angies List offer to order a table pad from Bergers. I received the measurement package in the mail; it was easy to use and return to Berger's. It took about 5 weeks for the table pad (the time frame indicated on the instructions). It was a perfect fit for our dining room table. I was also impressed with the quality of the table cover. It was definitely a terrific purchase and purchasing experience. I would use this company again!!!

Description of Work: I wasn't able to order the table cover right away, because of health reasons, but when contacting the company, they couldn't have been more obliging. |When I did order the table cover, I knew it would be too late to get it by Thanksgiving, but I thought for sure I would have it by Christmas, but it didn't arrive until a few days after Christmas. |I like the pad. The only thing I find is that it slides very easily when sitting at the table. You barely touch it, and it slides. That is the only thing I don't like about it. Maybe they're all like that, I don't know. |And there is another thing. I'm not crazy about the color. You would definitely need to keep a tablecloth on the table. |On whole, it supplies it's purpose. |

Description of Work: I am very pleased with the fit and quality of the table pads. They could have been packed more securely for shipping, though. There was nothing between the pads and the taped box, so when I cut the packing tape I accidently scored the back of one of the pads. Fortunately the cut did not go all the way through.

Description of Work: Made pads for a dining room table with 3 extension leaves. Product was as expected; faithfully reproduced shapes at corners; pads fit table well.

Description of Work: They contacted me to send out a customizing package. After I sent back the information, a representative called me to clarify a few points on my measurements. They gave me a time frame for completion and stuck to it. My table pad fits perfect and included the leaf pads as well so no matter how many I'm feeding, my table is protected. It even looks pretty when it's not in use because I chose the wood grain pattern. I'm very pleased and would recommend them highly.
