Description of Work: They made a table pad for my 200 yr old round oak pedestal table that has 5 leafs. It is just beautiful and has magnets in it so the pads stay together and don't slip all around. I also ordered a sleeve to hold all the table leafs and a bag for the pads that are not in use.

Description of Work: Very easy instructions as to how to measure my dining room table and provided the necessary materials to make the pattern of my table. Sent off the pattern with the choices that I provided. ie..color of table pads (back & front) and any additional item I wanted to purchase and I received the pads back within a reasonable amount of time. The box was damaged upon arrival and one of the pads had a small dent on it but I was willing to live with it as it was the holidays and didn't want to hassle returning it for a new one. |Overall very happy with my purchase and the price that I paid.

Description of Work: Custom table pad order. Everything through traditional mail, we never spoke to anyone. When there is issue, one phone call, rest are emails, and were extremely unresponsive. Sent order by their instruction in December. Emailed us back in January saying need us to draw half of the table using tracing paper. We ask them to mail us another tracing paper since we discard the one provided. Almost a month later we haven't receive the tracing paper, so we email back to the company saying we no longer interested and want refund. They replied saying they never receive our request for tracing paper ( they lost our email), and that we can just email them picture of our table corner with a credit card near the edge as reference. We were like why didn't you let us do that in the first place? Poor communication, price is not the lowest, NOT recommended! Stay Away!!

Description of Work: I bought a custom table pad through them and it fit perfectly. I called them to inquire about the storage bags I had purchased as well that were not shipped. They looked at my order, apologized for not including them and shipped them overnight to me.

Description of Work: They cut the pattern for or dining room table incorrectly and it doesn't fit our table, As per the instructions that we received form them, we made a pattern and sent it to them. We also paid extra to have it shipped so that we would receive by Christmas. We did get it on time, however, not usable. They have been very cooperative on the subject and we are expecting to receive the new ones soon.

Description of Work: I purchased a table pad for my dining room table. Berger Pads sent me a template and detailed instructions on how to measure. I was initially a bit troubled, as I thought they would send someone out to do that. Once I got up the nerve to tackle the project, it was very simple. I mailed the completed template back, and about a month later received the table pad. It fits perfectly! I'm very pleased with the look, and quality of the pad. Wish I'd done this 2 years ago, when I first got my table.

Description of Work: Produced table pads. The kit they sent to draw the pattern of the dining room table was simple. The instructions were simple. The pads fit perfectly. The quality was excellent. They were delivered on time (actually a little earlier than expected. Correspondence with Jackie always produced a response within 24 hours. This worked out great.

Description of Work: They claimed to have not received the original order sent in August, so they had to reissue the ordering packet so I could reorder the pads. I had hoped to receive the pads by Thanksgiving, but due to the delay in reordering, I didn't receive them until January 14. The price and the fit of the pads was very good, but the quality of the manufacturing process is not as good as I have received from other table pads suppliers (gluing is uneven, there are bumps along the edges, etc.). The agents were responsive in resolving the missing order, and the timeliness of receiving the pads after the second order was acceptable.

He said it would take 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. The pads were delivered as promised. The quality of the pads is excellent. Each pad has magnets which hold the individual pads together. I would highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: I received information from the Company in a timely manner, and filled out the required paperwork for my table pad. In addition, I ordered 2 table placemats for my buffet, and a protective bag for my table leaf (at a reduced "Angie's List" price). It took about 5 weeks to receive my table pads (probably due to the holidays), and they are perfect! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone else.
