+ -1 moreThey cleaned my tile floors (sweep / mop), cleaned showers and toliets, dusted everything, when they left the house looked refreshed, and smelling nice. I've since hired them to come in on a monthly basis.
Description of Work: Did a pretty good job. Was disapointed that they don't do windows though. In the end, I hired them to come in monthly since initial job and am pleased withi their service, and punctuality. Nice crew, usually 3-4 gals, most times same gals, occasionally one of the team is new or filling in. No complaints.

+ -1 moreI believe I answered this question in the section, above. Ben is responsive and nice to talk with. Basic cleaning of a 5-bedroom house with 2 1/2 baths, family room, living room, dining room and kitchen. Living room and dining room are seldom used. Two of the bedrooms are seldom used, and two are used as an office. I tried numerous times to work with Ben, because I did not want to give a bad review. On the other hand, I do depend on Angie's List to provide honest appraisals of service, before I buy.
Description of Work: Every since I first found Becht cleaning on Angie's List, I've tried working with Ben - the owner, to get the girls to dust and clean floors well. We have a Labradoodle dog, so there is no pet hair, and my husband and I are retired and don't leave messes for the girls to clean up. I've had two spinal surgeries in the past year, so dusting and cleaning floors is difficult for me. The kitchen, laundry and powder room floors are tumbled limestone. I have a very nice new Shark, to make the job easy for the girls and a 3-year old Oreck vacuum. Three of the bedrooms are hardwood floors - two of the rooms are just used when grandchildren come. The family-room floor is also hardwood, but we have a fine large rug covering it. Dining room, living room and large master bedroom and dressing room are carpet, as are the stairs and hallway. We have 2 1/2 baths - mosaic tiles in two. New large shower - tile and granite. Everything in our house is upgraded, so there is absolutely no excuse for the house to be so poorly cleaned. I even supply all of the cleaning supplies - supplies specific to task, granite cleaner for granite, dust wipes for furniture, Shark for tile and stone floors, etc. I'm sure you get the picture. I've even gone so far as to take photos of large globs of dust under a table in the family room and sent the photo to Ben, to show him why I am so disgusted. Today, was the last straw. I asked a crew to be sent today, as we are having company Thursday evening. I left a note for the ladies, prioritizing the tasks. My husband was home, if any questions or issues came up. When I got home, the house smelled clean - like furniture polish....until looking around. When I went to my office to contact Ben, I began looking around it - one thing after another. I called Ben and was really angry. Ben agreed that I've been more than patient. I cancelled the servicer for the rest of the year

Description of Work: I purchased the Angie's list deal from this company and they cleaned my daughter's house. They did a good job on bathrooms and kitchen and she had them back for another cleaning. With just 4 hours of service, they got to the essentials (kitchen, bathrooms) and with the return visit, they got to finish the full house cleaning.

Description of Work: They were a no show. I had no issues calling and scheduling the clean. Three girls were scheduled for an hour and a half. I bought the Big Deal. I did not have high expectations after reading the other reviews, but decided to go ahead with scheduling them since it was a deal. They were to be here between 10-10:30am. I have contacted Angie's List to get my money back.

+ -1 moreWhen they got there they were only able to do a light clean due to the fact that there were time constraints and the coupon we had was only for a light clean instead of the deep clean that the owner said we could have. The girl was very nice about it and apologetic about the fact that her hands were tied. They did a good job in the bathrooms but they only used a feather duster for dusting instead of a wet cloth.
Description of Work: They told us it would be a deep clean over the phone.

+ -1 moreBecht Pride arrived on time with a 4-person cleaning crew and spent about 1 hour 15 mins. cleaning our house. We tried them through a "Big Deal" promo to compare with our 1-person cleaner that we have used for some time. I believe they were a bit overwhelmed at the size of our house. They did not clean as much of the house as our regular cleaner does in a 4-hour time period and skipped cleaning the kitchen floor, wiping down the counters, dusting in several rooms, etc. To be fair, they were not familiar with the house and may have done better if they had been, but I do not think they were as efficient as they could have been.

+ -1 moreIt’s been frustrating from the beginning. We e-mailed about a week after we purchased the coupon. We didn’t hear anything from 2 weeks so we called. Benjamin stated that he e-mailed both of us back but neither of us received an e-mail. There were different scheduling mishaps. We were finally told they were scheduled for 1/10/13 for 9:00 a.m. They didn’t arrive until 9:30. We received no notification that they were running behind and they just said that they got lost. When we scheduled the service, we scheduled for 2 cleaners for 2 hours and instead they sent 3 people which I didn’t agree to have. I told them that I could reschedule when I could have 2 people and they left. After thinking about it, we have decided to go in another direction.

+ -1 moreThis was a great experience! I was preparing my home for a holiday party and certain parts of the house carried priority of others. Three ladies came on time and did a great job cleaning what I wanted to have cleaned first. I was really impressed with their honesty and willingness to work when they went above and beyond to clean the rest of the house within the time I had purchased. Some companies would just clean slower so they only had to take care of the parts that I requested, but they did not. I would definitely use this company in the future.

+ -1 moreI did not feel the cleaning was any different than just a regular cleaning. I only recevied 1 1/2 hours of cleaning time because the 4 hours was based on the number of workers (I had 3). Because of that I had to choose the most important rooms to concentrate on and did not get a lot of my house cleaned. The workers were professional and very nice but I would not purchase a deep cleaning again and just do a regular cleaning for more hours so my entire house could get cleaned.

+ -1 moreThey arrived. discussed my expectations. 2 worked, 1 did minimum workers left. I checked what was done to see where I need to continue. My expectation was for them to take an area and thoroughly clean it in the 1 hour and 20 min they had. They were to move on to another area if time. The master bath was wiped down not cleaned. I told them clean what you can and I will clean the areas you did not have time to get to.
Description of Work: 3 ladies came 2 of the 3 worked like they should. The third did not. She did alot of what I consider "looking Busy" but did not perform to the extent that the other 2 ladies worked. She was incharge of the master bath and did a wipe down. I could not tell the shower had been touched and that is what I showed her to clean. She did alot of back and forth to the car. The other two ladies were attentive and thorough. I should have gotten 4 hours of cleaning. In the 1 hour and 20 min they were here, in my opinion the third girl did not have the area cleaned the way it should have. She seemed tired and preoccupied.

+ -1 moreI bought this for my parents house. I was able to get in touch with Ben pretty easily. He explained the process and said he would give me a 1 hour time range in which they would show up. I asked for them to give me a heads up as I would be at work but wanted to be there for the job. The crew called me 30 minutes before they thought they would get to the house. I was grateful and pleasantly surprised. I would say 3 out of 5 times I've asked a company to call me so I don't have to hang around all day at home waiting for a service person to show up and can work - they have said they would call and then they didn't or didn't give me enough time. The crew of 3 ladies would spend an hour and 20 minutes to make up the 4 hours deal. They went thru the house with us and we told them what was priority. They were very nice and patient with us. They cleaned all the floors of the rooms we asked them to, the 2 bathrooms, the stove, did a lot of dusting. When they were done I went thru to inspect their work and if I saw something still dirty Sue (the leader) would then clean it or explain what she had tried to clean it with and why it couldn't be cleaned all the way. The stove was the most improved, it looked brand new again! My parents were nervous about letting strangers in their house but the overall experience was good for them and they were put at ease by the friendliness of the ladies. Ben the owner of the company followed up with me that day by email to make sure we were satisfied. My parents and I were pleased with the results and would be open to having the service done again. Considering it took me several months to convince them that they needed this I was very happy!

+ -1 moreI purchased the Big Deal for 4 hours of deep house cleaning. They were a little backed up in scheduling so it took a while to find a date that worked for both of us. I've had another company do "deep cleaning" and they provided much more comprehensive cleaning (it was more expensive but they did a whole lot more such as baseboard cleaning and polishing all the woodwork). Becht sent 4 cleaners so I got 1 hour of cleaning (1x4=4 hrs). They asked me to prioritize what I wanted done because they weren't sure they could complete the whole house. I told them that dusting was my #1 priority because I hate to dust. I was there when they started and I heard them "mark" the time. They knew to the minute when they started and finished exactly 1 hour later. At the end of the hour they packed up and moved out. They didn't do a walk through with me. The house was clean when they finished, but I did find dust on the dressers (remember I hired them because I hate to dust). They didn't leave a list of what they completed and what they didn't or give me a verbal summary of what they did. I think I got an ok job, but nothing to overally impress. I got 1 hour of cleaning - not deep cleaning, just a regular house cleaning, with a couple of missed dusting places.
