This was a great experience. The group from Becht's did a great job. We had four ladies for 1 hour. They arrived promptly took my to do list, chatted with me about the things they might not be able to get to and got to work. It was very nice to have a 3 floor house clean in one hour! This wasn't a deep clean just basic cleaning, but with full time jobs and a toddler we needed help getting our house ready to go on the market to sell.

They came to the door and introduced themselves, then started right to work. They never paused for a minute and cleaned thoroughly and completely. They knew exactly what they were doing and how to do it. I am extremely satisfied.

Three ladies came, ask what i wanted done just and completed all that i asked doing an excellent job.

The deal was for 4 hours of deep cleaning. I got 4 ladies for 1 hour. I suppose that's ok but I didn't feel like they worked very hard. First, they were a half hour late. When they came in they asked for instructions and got right to work. However, 2 ladies spend most of the time on a small bathroom, one lady spent 15 minutes on a glass door. Then the door was still dirty after all that. I got the feeling, since they were late, they were behind and were trying to make it up. They were out the door in exactly one hour. My wife, asked about a certain task and was told we had to get the deep cleaning deal to have that done. I thought we had the deep cleaning deal. At least that was the way it was described when I bought it. I thought they spent a lot of time talking to each other instead of performing the work.

Responsiveness was greaet. Cleaning was good. Only complaint was taht items were not moved when dusted. Did a great job in kitchen and bathrooms.

The lead cleaner was courteous and concerned with my priorities. However, the end result was nowhere near what the promotion advertised. Floors weren't done, cabinets weren't done, etc. They vacuumed and wiped some surfaces...that was it.

They arrived promptly, clarified the work, asked my preference for floor care products to use on laminate flooring and got down to business immediately. They were thorough in completing the upstairs first then the downstairs. They had about 5 minutes left and asked if there was any last touch I wanted. I had 3 people for 1 hour and 20 minutes (4 hour cleaning) and they gave me every minute of that time. It went very well overall.

They were very professional and efficient. Their cleaning was well done and made a noticeable difference, especially the kitchen cabinet fronts. I asked what they used on the cabinets because it was such a noticeable improvement. I was very pleased and impressed with all their work.

They were very professional and friendly. My house looks and smells sparkling clean! I will definitely use them again in the future.

The ladies came on time . They were very pleasant and went right to work. Making sure I got done what I wanted. Later, I had an e- message to make sure I was happy. I was!

They got here on time. Started right away. Cleaned the blinds. Did an excelent job..

3 ladies came to my Dad's house. 2 ladies cleaned the bathrooms. I hate to say it but my Dad's bathrooms were horrible. The 2 ladies did a good job. The 3rd lady who mopped the floors did not clean the bathroom floors thoroughly. They were still sticky and I had to go back over them myself. All 3 ladies finished early and were standing around talking to each other so I gave them additional tasks since I was paying for their time. I asked the lady who did the floors to dust off all furniture. She dusted all off the funiture using a duster verses a cloth and the furniture did not get clean. Dust still remained. She also, dusted crumbs and such on to the floor that she just vacummed. I was not happy about that at all and I asked her to put the crumbs in the trash versus on the floor. Unfortunately, I had to supervise them, and that was not something that I wanted to do.

Three young women showed up and promptly unloaded all of the supplies required to do the job. They introduced themselves at the door, as they showed up in an unmarked vehicle, and stated their intentions clearly. Upon entering my home, the crew slipped into protective foot covers to protect the carpet from debris they might have brought in. I felt this was a considerate touch. I then showed the trio the rooms that required cleaning, and they sped to work. Two women cleaned our master bath. The shower in this room has seen better days, but the woman cleaning the shower quickly removed 99% of the grime and hard water build-up that had been collecting there. They swept, dusted, washed, and mopped the bathroom with the efficiency of a machine! The master bathroom took the most time, but easily met my expectations. Another woman was busy cleaning another bathroom, where we keep two litter boxes. Needless to say, upon checking in on her, the bathroom was spotless when she was finished. This young woman also took care of a half bathroom on our main floor, and I can honestly say that the room has not looked that good ever, not even on move in day. Upon finishing the bathrooms, the ladies asked if we needed anything else cleaned, as they still had a half hour left. I was amazed at how quickly they were able to get the rooms cleaned, and how sparkling clean they were. I let them know that they could do some light vacuuming, and they promptly swept through the master bedroom and down the stairs to the main entry where I had initially let the trio in. The team was considerate of my pets, two cats, and of our property. It's always a little scary opening the door to new faces, but I would gladly invite the crew from Becht Pride Cleaning Services back into my home for another round robin cleaning spree.

I can not say enough good things about Becht. I called, they were able to fit me in that day. A lady called me and let me know they were at my house- I work close so I was able to run home and let them in. I explained what I wanted to them to do left them a key and went back to work. I came home and could litterly smell the clean from outside the door. This is rather embarrasing as I am starting to wonder what the h*** the house smelled like before. When I walked in I was amazed. The floors shined- the base boards were clean and the windows were clearer than ever. I walked in to the kitchen and noticed that even the top of the fridge and the space b/t the oven and walls were also spotless. The sink shined like a new stainless steel sink. I checked the bathrooms and more of the same- they even cleaned the ceiling fans and swept the basement steps, its like they started cleaning and couldnt stop. I would like to highlight- I felt comfortable enough to leave this company in my home alone and gave the owner my cc # to charge and asked him to send me the text of the reciept, this truly helped save me stress and time. Great people all around.

It was an awesome experience.

They were quick and agile. They adjusted on the spot to areas we preferred to be cleaned. Very professional. We have a clean house, but I could tell the difference when they were gone.

They broke something and they reimbursed me for it.

All aspects of this effort were good. Including the follow up by the company.

They were right on time and the crew is very professional. The work was wonderful. In fact, we have asked them to do regular cleaning for us.

They were on time and got right to work. The ladies were friendly and did a great job. Unfortunately the price for biweekly cleaning is more than I would have imagined given what my friends pay for similar sized homes, so I did not hire them for routine service. Overall, given the deal I purchased, I was very happy with the services performed.

Ordered through Big Deal. There's only so much that can be accomplished in "4 man hours," but the crew accomplished a good amount. Would gladly use again. Thanks!

The women were wonderful! They scrubbed until things sparkled and the house looked fantastic. I can easily see now why it might take longer to deep clean a house my size since they were so thorough. I would definitely consider using them in the future (this was originally a one-time thing to get our house ready to put on the market.)

I bought an Angie's list Big Deal special for this service. I was supposed to be for deep cleaning and they sent four ladies out for an hour; that made it four hours of service for $99. Some of the work they did was deep cleaning and some of it they did was just routine. They did a good job and they were very nice and efficient. I was surprised at how much they did in a short time. When I was scheduling I had to go by their schedule but they were right on time for our appointment.

Their team arrived on time and ready to go. The job was completed as requested and I think they took a little more time past what they expected. Afterword my wife asked for a detailed explanation and to show her what they did and (sorry I forgot her name but she was so nice) pointed out all the work performed. Great job and hope to use their service on a regular basis. The Scroughams

My house is currently for sale and I needed a cleaning done. I purchased one of their Storefront deals and contacted them. Benjamin immediately called me back to set up a time and what to expect. His crew was there 10 minutes early and did a great job. The house is in great shape now. I will definitely call them back if I need anything in the future.
