Ladies were nice and did an OK job. Closer inspection after they left found multiple cobwebs remaining and other minor issues. They didn't vacuum under or behind furniture. Pace could have been quicker. It was easy to set appointment and thy showed up on time. Should have had a more detailed discussion of what was going to be done in advance.

I hired Becht to help with dusting and floor cleaning after a couple house remodeling projects. Four Becht personnel arrived and quickly got to work on dusting, sweeping, and mopping.

The service that they provided me was good and they really impressed me. The price was good. They’re punctual and professional. There were four women that came in and cleaned. They cleaned only a portion of the house and they did it quick and they did a very good job and they’re really personable.

I purchased a Big Deal on Angie's list for 4 hours of deep cleaning for $99 at the end of December anticipating moving in 1 month and needing cleaning at old or new house. Coupon expired in April and unfortunately our closing was delayed until April 30th. Ben, the owner worked with me and extended the coupon so we could use on our old home upon moving out to prep it for selling. It was a little difficult to get on the schedule but I was understanding since they were working with me. They came this past Friday and cleaned my 2 bathrooms and kitchen area and because they had a little extra time also mopped our laminate floors. They did a good job in helping get the place a final good clean so we can put on the market.

Ladies were polite and professional.

Becht Pride sent a team of 4 ladies to clean the house for a total of 4 man hours. The team worked for an hour (4 workers x 1 hour = 4 man hours.) I was very happy with the work, especially the kitchen, where the team cleaned the cabinet fronts and left them shining. My only regret is that my time ran out before they could vacuum the family room and mop the kitchen floor--no fault of theirs, they just ran out of time.

Ladies arrived on time. I was at an appointment so I don't know when they left. Areas I had listed were all completed. I am from a small town and have had a cleaning lady for years. I was a little disappointed that there were things that weren't on the list that could have been easily completed without much effort. There were three ladies that came to the house which means they were to stay over an hour for each. I felt the list could have been completed well under the time frame allotted which would have allowed some time for additional cleaning to be completed.

It was great! I purchased a Bid Deal for $99 to have 4 hours of cleaning. They scheduled 3 cleaners to come out for and hour and 20 minutes, he asked that I make a list of what I wanted done, and they will work their way down until the time was up. They got to everything on my list. Everything was cleaned well, and I can tell they used quality cleaning materials, like what I would use myself. I got a follow up email asking how my experience was, and was given a great price quote if I want to use them again (which I will). I would recommend this company very highly.

Three very professional ladies arrived at appointed time and constantly cleaned for 3 1/2 hours. They were very easy to communicate with and were anxious to please. They cleaned everything I asked them to do, and my house sparkled when they finished. I could not have been more pleased, so I contracted with them to do biweekly cleaning.

Purchased a Big deal for Becht Pride Cleaning Services LLC. We had them come and clean the house for us. They had a 4 person crew that showed up and completed the cleaning in one hour. They did a great job.

Other than being late and not calling, perfect!

We very much appreciated that they accommodated our schedule by coming out on a Saturday morning and that they were very puncutal. They did some extra cleaning by wiping down switchplates. Generally, their surface cleaning was satisfactory. However, they neglected to clean under the inside rim of at least two toilet bowls, which wasn't discovered by the homeowner until after they had left the premises.

Five folks showed up at 9:30 to clean my house and the work was done in an hour. My house was deep cleaned on one entire level and it was fabulous! They did a great job and I would highly recommend them.

Purchased a Big deal for Becht Pride Cleaning Services LLC. Had them clean the house. They had a great attitude and was very flexible with us. We was still finishing up on a remodeling job and they cleaned up very well. They cleaned a bathroom, living room, family room and office. There was alot of dust from remodel work and they got it all.

When they arrived Lisa asked what i wanted done . I told her what areas i wanted clean and what areas I did not want her to clean. I asked what products she would use on my hardwood kitchen floors and it was the same product I used. Which was good. Very professional and efficient.

They were ok. they showed up just a little bit early. Stayed about the amount of time they should have. Three people showed up but I think I could have gotten better service with just two.

They did an excellent job on everything but my 5 year old glass top GE profile range top. Whatever the cleaner was, it left a film that took me 3 cleanings to remove. Everything else was fantastic.

Four ladies showed up and cleaned with vigor for an hour. Each took a room on my list. One in the kitchen, the other three in the bathrooms. We were selling our house and wanted it picture perfect for the showings. The Becht Cleaners gave it that spic and span look and the house sold within the week! coincidence? I don't think so! I'll use them again!

First, I was reluctant to write this review because it is not positive. However, I did successfully sell the house and have relocated. I am now in the process of renovating a new property. I am carefully choosing service providers and am trusting Angie's list to guide me. So, I appreciate the reviews from other members. Therefore, I feel a responsibility to provide honest feedback regarding my experience with Becht Cleaning. This was a Big Deal special and I thought I had signed up for 4 hours of cleaning. It turned out to be 1 hour of cleaning by 4 people and they barely stayed the full hour. The crew was 2 1/2 hours late- the original time to arrive was 12:30, but they actually arrived at 3:10pm. After waiting over 30 min. past the original arrival time, I called Becht and remember being given several excuses. Apparently, my house was the last to be cleaned, etc. So when the crew finally arrived, they all looked tired and rushed. This was reflected in the work they performed. I was very disappointed. The primary thing I wanted cleaned were the blinds covering all the windows, except the patio doors. I remember specifically asking if that was part of the job when I spoke with the owner of Becht and was told blind cleaning was included. I watched as the cleaner barely touched the blinds with a feather duster- that was it. I do not think that qualifies as "cleaning". I was expecting some effort being made to wipe them down, or something. Maybe I should have said something at the time, but the crew was rushing to get the job finished, so they could finish their day. At the time I felt my objection could lead to a conflict and I was already upset about the lateness of their arrival. After they left, I inspected the job and remember seeing areas they had missed, such as untouched cobwebs. We also have 2 cats, which means cat hair on the furniture. I specifically remember having to use the sticky-roller to go over the living room furniture again because of remaining cat hair. (And no, the cats had not just jumped up on the sofa- they were both still hiding under the bed....) I was preparing for an interview with a realtor later that day and wanted to house to look pristine- I was very disappointed and will not use this company again.

No problems. Arrived promptly. Left on time. No breaks. Hard workers

Cleaning crew was very nice, well-organized and stocked with every necessary supply for cleaning. They were just a smidge late because they had my address one-digit "off". The crew itself was made up of three experienced people, dressed neatly for the work they were doing. Each was alert, courteous and no one smelled of 'smoke' They got right to work and there was very little wasted motion. There was a little bit of humor interspersed their work and they were done in their expected time-frame. They worked around valuables, paintings and electronics on table, or counter-tops safely. They cleaned some of the spots that I, er, don't get to often enough. :-) What a pleasure to use each room all tidied up! I look forward to having them come back, soon.

This is a hard working team. They arrived promptly and spent all the time they were contracted for and did a decent job. My only problem was with expectations. This was advertised as deep cleaning service as one of the Angies list deals and they could only perform general cleaning. They didn't have the right cleaning liquids or tools to do the job more effectively so that their work output is better and come close to what it was adverstised for.

My husband was the one who was home at the time. He was very pleased with their professionalism and courtesy. Our cat even liked them. They did an excellent job.

The 4 ladies came in and worked quickly. I had my list of things that I wanted to have clean first: 3 bathrooms, kitchen, baseboards, windowsills. The did a great job and I am pleased with the quality of work! They were done in an hour!

Purchased big deal of 4 hour house cleaning scheduled the appointment to start at 8 AM with either 3 or 4 people. Four of them arrived 10 minutes early, walked through what to clean and mop. They started right away and finished all items I listed within the timeline of the hour a person. Everything looked great and I was very pleased.
