It was okay. I'm most disappointed about the kitchen floor. I know the person in the kitchen spent a lot of time on the top of the stove, but she didn't mop in front of the dishwasher or in front of the refrigerator. She didn't even clean the area between the stove and the fridge. I thought this was going to be a deep cleaning. It really was pretty superficial, and I was underwhelmed.

It went fairly well. My requested coverage was the kitchen and the two full baths upstairs. Two ladies worked in the kitchen, one in the master bath and the other in the 2nd full bath. The main area that I really requested a deep clean (the Master bath) was a bit disappointing - it did not get the deep clean that asked for. The counter top still had dry wall dust on it in the corners and the shower still had hair in the drain. The the trough of sliding shower doors was not cleaned and and drywall dust was still evident. It doesn't appear that the floor was moped and the corners were still with hair.

The crew arrived early and did an excellent job in the time allowed. They even went over about 10-15 minutes. There were a few areas that they didn't get to. However, I have no doubt they would have done an even deeper cleaning had this been a regular scheduled service. It also seemed that there were a couple of new crew members in training. All were very professional and hard working.

I was moving out of a house. Becht's crew came on the day and time that we agreed. Great job. I was there doing other cleaning, so it was great to have the help. I took advantage of the Big Deal $99 for 4 hours of cleaning. I would use again. Make sure you know what needs to be done. The time gets away from you if you're not on it.

Bathrooms were ok - could not tell if blinds were done - baseboards were not dusted. Hardwood floors looked good. I know it was a quick cleaning - I did not expect any deep cleaning - I did think the baseboards would be dusted - all white. I would try them again - but I would be more specific next time. I would have a list ready.

It went well. 4 cleaners spent an hour cleaning. I would use them in the future, though I would prefer 2 cleaners for 2 hours. It seems like 2 cleaners do a more thorough job than 4 at once.

BEWARE THIS OWNER'S IDEA OF DEEP CLEANING. The house was cleaned but not DEEP cleaned. Contacted owner several times about his definition of deep cleaning. My priority was wet cleaning blinds and window sills. Second was cleaning 2 bathrooms and kitchen. My home is always pretty clean so no scrubbing was necessary and I had just had carpet cleaned the previous Friday. I had 4 women cleaning my home. They were finished in 50 minutes. I did have to ask them to vacuum the area rug in living room. In all discussions with owner, his only response was to thank me for feedback and he would use it to do better in the future. While that is good, what about the things in my home that weren't deep cleaned. When they arrived they told me there was no way they could wet clean blinds due to time restriction. They weren't even told about blinds. The owner specifically asked for priority list. One of the ladies said the owner of the house they cleaned before mine, was upset over same deep cleaning issue. I don't mind paying the money for the job they did. It was good. While I would probably use them again, it would have to be clear that they do the work that I hired them to do.

Three of the cleaners were there 1 hour 20 minutes totaling 4 hours. When I first walked in after the cleaning, I thought the house looked pretty good, but after closer inspection, I discovered the job performed was substandard. There were areas of the house that weren't touched, and there were areas that were given a lick and a promise. This was a relatively small job in as much as we had specified areas of the house that we asked them not to clean. Still with the small area to be cleaned, a poor job was done. The owner of the company emailed me asking how they performed, I told him how disappointed I was in the job. He offered to discount my next cleaning by $25.00. I told him I would have appreciated a $25.00 refund, but under the circumstances, I would have no use for a discount toward another cleaning.

I purchased the Big Deal for my mother's birthday. The company was very quick to respond and schedule the service date. Two ladies came to my mother's house and worked for two hours. They called before coming to let me know they were a little lost - I appreciated that because my mom was expecting them at a specific time. When I got home, I noticed the areas they cleaned looked very nice and smelled "clean" with a subtle flower scent. That scent lasted a few days - which was especially welcome in the kitchen. I would definitely hire them again to do larger jobs.

4 ladies came to clean my house, they did a really good job. I would hire this company again.

That went well! They did what they were supposed to do. They came and cleaned. We didn't have any issues with them.

workers stayed busy...didn't listen completely to our requests...weren't quite as flexible with light cleaning...seemed to want to thoroughly clean each area they got to rather than more lightly cleaning some areas in order to have time to at least touch all areas we wanted cleaned

The team arrived slightly late (I had a 9:00-9:30am arrival estimate and they arrived at 9:50). Shortly after 9:30, I called the number and Mr. Brecht contacted them. He called me back promptly and apologized saying they were en route. Apparently they had encountered traffic. They got right to work (details below) but they left promptly at 11:00 -- thereby leaving 10 full minutes early from what I paid for which is 30 minutes short of the "big deal" time. (10 minutes x 3 people equals 30 minutes of work time.) I contacted Mr. Brecht and let him know. He responded quickly, apologized that they had shorted me on time, and offered have a team come back for 2-hours or a discount on future cleaning. I declined this offer but appreciate it. The 3 women were courteous and nice. I explained my top priorities (kitchen, 1 half-bath room and 2 full bathrooms.) I said that if they finished with those, we could discuss the next priorities. The team went right to work with one person in each bathroom. The person who did the half-bath moved onto the kitchen when done. Another woman later joined her doing the kitchen and the third woman vacuumed the hallway and stairwell. They seemed to work consistently and did a fair job in those spaces. I should note this was NOT a "professional deep clean." I did notice a few oversights (chandelier in kitchen nook only partially dusted, bottom of shower door not cleaned, two throw rugs left thrown aside even after floor dried, window sill over kitchen sink had some spots from a candle that were ignored, and other minor details.) My complaints center around the late arrival, shortened time (I paid for four hours and got 3 hr 30 min), and the description "deep cleaning." This was NOT a "deep cleaning." It was an adequate, quick cleaning. I am thankful for the cleanliness of the kitchen and bathrooms (they are cleaner than before today for sure), but the description in the "big deal" was not accurate. I am in my third trimester of pregnancy and had neglected housework lately so I do appreciate what they did, however I felt the description for the Big Deal was not accurate. I don't think I would purchase it again. To his credit, Mr Brecht has been responsive and attempted to "right" the situation. He has shown good customer service, however I wish the cleaning team were more professional and better/more thorough at the actual cleaning.

Everything went well. Job was well done and workwers were professional.

They arrived on time, went right to work and cleaned whole house. The Big Deal add said that it was "Deep Professional Housecleaning." I would not consider it "deep" cleaning. They did general cleaning, were pleasant, and did good job. I was satisfied with the cleaning even though I would not consider it "deep."

Since I have been hurt and unable to clean at all, we took advantage of their big deal and had them do the work for me. I'm so glad that we did and we plan to setup for regular visits. Fast, quality, friendly service and I just couldn't be happier.

Three ladies arrived at the appointed time. They were thorough and professional. We were pleased with their work.

Becht Pride Cleaning Services LLC did a good job. There were three of them that came. They worked a combined four hours. They just kind of took their time, so they really didn't get much done, but they did a good job at what they did get done.

The things that we wanted them to pay special attention to were handled and then some.

It was acceptable, but not outstanding. The advertisement was for "deep cleaning" and I asked for my shower to be cleaned. There were two individuals and the job was okay, but not great....maybe my expectations were too high. Although I paid for 4 hours, they were very willing to quit early instead of continuing to work on the shower. I could have done the same job myself. For these reasons, I would not hire them again.

I purchased coupon special for $99 for four hours of deep cleaning, as advertised. Speaking with owner, I couldn't use coupon by due date but he said no problem, he was 10 days out so call when ready. For that, I appreciated greatly. Good business. When I did call back and for services 10 days out, they couldn't fit me in. They were completely booked, due to another promo offer.Therefore, I used the services 2 days after my company left. 4 girls showed up, including a lead person. They walked through my list with me and instructions.(Usually I clean myself, and this house is fairly large. )The house was not in bad shape, most of the cleaning was already done, but bathrooms and floors, especially the carpet on stairs, needed a good cleaning, as I mentioned to the crew. They did a whirlwind, which was nice, but the workmanship was not done to my preference. I could have done that myself. Needed help due to hand injury. Not having used these services, I was unfamiliar with procedure. One section had to be re-vacuumed, as there was still debris on carpet. As mentioned to the crew, we were going to shampoo so pay special attention and do in the grooves of the stairs next to trim. (If I say one thing, USE your own vacuum. I really didn't have time to orchestrate vacuuming preferences and later, regret that we used their vacuums.) it smelled a little "not fresh" as if the vacuum was used in a dirty house or where there was dogs? Immediately after the visit, we had a slew of flies. not sure where or how they "appeared".??? We did not have one fly in the house up to the AM of service. Mostly concerned if we end up with fleas because I'm now not sure how that works with using someone else's vacuum and where it has been....? We have indoor cats that have not had any fleas ever, in this house. Still monitoring that concern. It would be a very costly and very inconvenient process, if we had to eradicate fleas. One of the chores given, for my own reasons to check out the company, is to make one bed. I'm sorry to say, between the vacuuming and the bed making(was sloppy and I had to remake it)....that left little to be desired overall. The bathrooms were not up to par either, waste basket not emptied, bathtub in master was not cleaned properly and I had to go behind to make sure it was all acceptable. And, clean it myself. We HAD to re-vacuum before shampooing. We pulled a lot more from our vacuum . My husband was very upset over the flies and having to redo the work we paid for. It was not worth the special. I will not use this service again. We were trying to establish a monthly service but will forego this company. ....I had asked for a phone call to be returned Monday AM, since the work was done on Friday. The owner did write back and said "vacuums are thoroughly cleaned anytime they leave a home that is bad at all." Also, said" they did not go into home with fleas prior to ours so shouldnt be a problem." I was asked if there was anything else they could do for me, to let them know.

It was an Angie's list Big Deal that I purchased. It went very well. They arrived a little late.

It was OK but it wasn't great. I wasn't able to get an appointment for a long time. There were no additional charges. It was my first time using them. For $99 I don't feel like it was anything special.
