I purchased an Angie’s List Big Deal for this service and it was fine. They sent four people to my house and they were there for about an hour. They certainly fulfilled their end of the deal, but I was disappointed that the four hours really was not enough to do a fantastic job cleaning the house so my experience was kind of blah.

The services provded were excellent. Becht reached out to schedule the cleaning. Once we found a date, they accomodated their schedule accordinly..and on short notice. They brought all their cleaning supplies and were very efficient. They did a good job and we continued to use their services after the Big Deal experience. We would recommend them to others.

Everything was fine and there were no problems. I would hire them again if there was an additional Big Deal offered.

Since I already have a cleaning service, I chose to have the ladies clean baseboards, doors and light switches, things that do not get done on a regular basis. They showed up on time and did a great job, and I have set up a time with the owner to give me an estimate on cleaning my house on a regular basis.

They did a very good job. We will use them again in the future.

I thought the 4 man team were pleasant, professional and responsive. I thought I was paying for a deep clean but this seemed like a regular cleaning of the house. I thought the bathrooms could have been cleaned better since there was still soap scum in the master bathroom. I expected baseboards, window sills, and fans to be cleaned. Overall, I thought the team was good and I would consider using them again. However, the cleaning service is pricey.

The staff showed up on time. In 2 hours, 3 people stated that they dusted my house, including blinds, because I indicated that I am not good about dusting. This left only 1 hour to quickly clean 1 bathroom. No floors vacuumed, only 1 bathroom cleaned. Upon inspection, there was still dust in 2 bedrooms. My house is not that big. I could definitely have dusted the whole house myself in about 40 minutes. This was very disappointing. I did report my concern and was offered discounted service next time, but it is just not worth it to me.

The crew showed up on time and were friendly enough. It was a four person crew that stayed for one hour. Some of the rooms were cleaned very well, some not so much - just depended upon which worker was in which room.

When I called to make the appointment, the owner was very nice and I could tell that this was a small, locallly owned business, which I like to use. As for the cleaning, the quality was good, but not great, and this was a Big Deal for "deep cleaning" - when the cleaners came, the supervisors said that it wouldn't be a "deep clean" unless I paid extra, which I did. I was fairly happy with the quality of the cleaning, but felt that there was some disconnect about the terms of the deal.

Four cleaners spent 1 hour at my house and provided a thorough cleaning. The cleaners were professional, punctual and efficient. My house looked much better after they finished.

1) I bought an Angie's List Big Deal. The provider emailed immediately and we set the date. 2) The cleaning crew of 3 women showed up on time, were pleasant and professional, and got right to work. They clarified the amount of time they would be at my house and asked it there was anything special that I wanted done. 3) They got right to work and worked consistently until their time was up. They seemed to have a pretty good system of who was doing what to maximize their efficiency. I was impressed, and I would hire them again. As a PS: the service I purchased was for deep professional cleaning. I did not really feel like the cleaning was deep, but maybe I am the neat freak and to me, 'deep cleaning' means 'on my hands and knees.' That being said, I was very pleased with the number of rooms they were able to clean, their knowledge of cleaning products, and the fact that they brought all their own supplies. I would definitely recommend Becht Pride.

The service went well. There were two or three of them and they came. They worked with the allotted time. They did a good job. I think that they will be a little pricey for me for full time, for what their regular charge would be, but for a big deal it was good. I would certainly recommend them to other people who are looking for a cleaning person. I just paid the $99 big deal. I did not have them stay over.

Cleaning went very well. Three ladies were here for 1 hour and 20 minutes which was a total of 4 hours of cleaning which was our agreement. I was told to make a priority list of things I wanted done and the girls followed my list and completed all but one of my things which was the last one on my list. They provided all equipment and supplies. I'm planning on continuing their service on a once-a-month schedule.

They arrived on time and seemed like decent folks. They vacuumed (later when I checked the job after they had left, I found an entire french fry on the floor in the living room) and they did a not very good job of cleaning the bathrooms. The shower door had some mineral deposits and/or soap scum on it when they came and it was exactly the same when they left. I called and told the owner that I wasn't pleased with it but that I would not leave negative feedback for them. However, you keep sending me these emails asking me to "clean up" my account and that is what I'm doing.

They were prompt, professional and did an excellent job. I will definitely call them with my next cleaning job!

There was a slight problem. They forgot they made an appointment and about an hour and a half later I called and they said they would send someone else but they apologized. They made another appointment and they were about an hour late. The lady worked in the kitchen and the lady who worked in the living room did very well, they worked hard. The lady in the bedroom didn't clean any of the mirrors and I was a little bit disappointed. Overall, they did nicely but not exceptionally. They were extremely nice people and were extremely friendly. The assistant manager who was here was excellent and the other lady was excellent. They worked hard. They never took breaks, they worked straight through.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was very good. Three of them came out and they were here approximately one hour and twenty minutes. They did a good job.

The cleaning service was average, I would use them again in the future. I was able to maintain good communication with the provider all the time.

4 ladies showed up on time and did a great job. Mirrors in my master bedroom wasn't completely done.

They were great--both professional and friendly. The cost for the amount of work they did was very reasonable. I am happy to recommend them!

It was okay, it wasn't fabulous. It was three women each doing an hour and 20 minutes. They didn't wow me.

I purchased a big deal from Angie's List and their services turned out fine. They did a really good job. They did not charge us anything extra other than the big deal. They were very thorough and professional. Their price was good.

It was “F’s” all the way down. I tried to use it shortly after I purchased. They never returned my phone calls to set up an appointment. They said that there was something wrong with their emails. When I did finally get a hold of them set up an appointment, they said that they could not provide service in the time I needed. They just said that they could not do it. I did get reimbursed for the big deal. I would not use them again nor would I recommend them.
