They did a great job. They showed up on time and were very professional.

The crew arrived on time, asked what I needed done, and got to work immediately. They were so unobtrusive that I was able to go about my business while they were here and not be disturbed. When they finished with my list there was 7 minutes left and they asked if there was anything else I needed done, but I told them no as they had done it all.

The three young women worked very hard the entire time. They were very professional and did an excellent job.

The ladies showed up and cleaned everything my mom had on a list, including bathrooms, kitchen floor, and dining room floor. They had time left over and went looking for more cleaning to do, which pleased my mother very much. She was extremely happy with the service and the job they did and with their friendliness.

Excellent job. They got right to work, did an excellent job, and were quiet as they went about their work. I found them to be very professional and would certainly recommend them.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service. They were prompt and thorough.

We had purchased a big deal for the service. There were 2 or 3 of them that were very personable, and I didn't have contact with the other two.

I bout this "good deal" as a way to interview a cleaning service. I will not have this company back in my home. They focused on my bathrooms and kitchen. As they were packing up I pointed out Cheerios that were still on my kitchen floor. The corners on my bathroom floors were also dirty. I responded to this vender's satisfaction survey and they offered to provide an additional cleaning at the same cost as the deal cost.. I won't be taking advantage of that offer. The crew were nice and communication went well, but the swifter cleaning is not what I expected from a professional cleaner.

it went really well. they arrived on time and spent the full hour working constantly. they did what i asked them to do...my priority items. it was great. i hired them for ongoing cleaning on a monthly basis.

They arrived on the agreed upon time. There were four (4) gals and they were here for one hour exactly. The Team Leader, Sue, was very professional and friendly. They decided who would do what job and immediately got down to business. It smelled and looked so nice when they left!! I will be having them back for sure. It's not a large house but it was really great to have somebody else clean it for a change! All in one hour, too!

I missed my first appointment, they arrived on time and tried to contact me but I had been called into a meeting and so they had to move on to another job, I felt bad but was told this happens and they graciously rescheduled. Three workers arrived and divided the four hours between them, no problem as that means less time I have to spend waiting for the job to be done and they can get more jobs done in a day. They did a good job, about what I would have done in an entire day of cleaning and for the price I am happy. Next time I will remove more of my personal stuff out of the rooms to be cleaned ahead of time to allow them more time to get a deeper clean.

I originally scheduled the service for a month out. A week prior to services being rendered I contacted the company to get an exact time that they would arrive (prior to that they only confirmed the date, not time). They indicated that they could only confirm a window of their arrival the day prior to the scheduled cleaning. I informed them that I had an appointment on the day scheduled and would be unavailable for a 2 hour block of time again asking for a specific time that they would be coming. The response I got back had them scheduled to arrive during the only 2 hours of the day that I would not be home. They offered to re-schedule, but after having it scheduled for a month and being told initially that they could only tell me the day before the services were scheduled the exact time they would be coming, I did not feel that my business was a priority for them and therefore decided to cancel the services.

The cleaners were polite, pleasant and punctual. We did have to re-mop the floors because they were not cleaned thoroughly. I would consider this to be a surface cleaning as opposed to a deep cleaning. I did mention this to the owner. We don’t use housecleaning services very often.

Three girls were sent, no men or larger women to handle outside window washing. Took swifter to walls and maybe ceiling, closets, etc. then used Murphy's oil soap on most of the wood -- I asked them to use it on wood paneling, and kitchen cabinets (original 1956 WOOD) but they said the product they used was sufficient. There was a lot of construction dust everywhere -- hardwood floors were sanded and refinished. The girls seemed to do a fair job. It took longer than they had planned, and they tried to work through to the end instead of breaking for lunch and coming back. Then one girl's hunger hit and they had to pack up and go. They did the best they could on only two of the eight windows before she demanded they leave. I didn't get to go around to check their work. After they left, I realized they hadn't cleaned above the doors, the refrig outside or behind, the bathroom vanity cabinet, window ceils and left a couple bedroom windows open. If the one worker had not demanded they leave, I would have been much more happy with their work; they do seem to have some idea of what to do to clean properly. So if you hire them, have a cereal bar or fruit juice available to get them to stick until you are satisfied. (Ben did take $25 off the bill when I commented about their work.)

Angie's Deal: 4 ladies arrived at 10:45 and finished at 11:30. They were polite, efficient, quiet and quick. They brought their own supplies. I was asked to check the rooms before they left.

It was good. They basically did whatever they got done in four hours so they didn't get everything done. They did a good job. They did what I asked them to do. It was obvious that they had come in and clean. I was satisfied. I didn't know what time they were coming but they came on the date.

I would use the Becht's service again.

I purchased a big deal from Angie's List and their services turned out very well. They did a good job. I did not pay anything extra other than the big deal purchase. They were very courteous and polite. They were professional. They were delayed, but they called me several times to let me know.

I purchased a Big Deal for 4 hours of housecleaning and they were no joke. They arrived on time, I had a list prepared of what I wanted done and they did it efficiently and it was super clean.

They were great. They were punctual and polite and very fast. I would definitely use their services again.

Three employees of the company came to do the work. They were friendly, professional, pleasant, and immediately made me feel comfortable having them in my home. They wasted no time. One of the women immediately began scrubbing the bathroom---including the sink, tub, toilet and floor. The other two cleaned the kitchen---washing all of the visible surfaces of the counter and appliances, and mopping the floor. In the living room and dining rooms they dusted, ran the vacuum, and washed the window of the front door. They left my home looking and smelling fresh and clean.

They did what we asked for the time allocated.

Overall they did a good job of cleaning the items that I specifically requested (i.e. vacuuming cat fur off the furniture, cleaning ceiling fans, light fixtures, and blinds, etc.). I got a 'big deal' for 4 man hours for $99. Three ladies arrived on time and got right to work. They definitely got in a full 1 hr 20 min work. Everything went well except that there were a few items that definitely should not have been missed that did not get cleaned, like the kitchen counter. However, although that disappointed me, they did do a good job on my specific requests, so I appreciate that.

Came within the agreed time period. I paid for 4 hrs-4 ladies came & worked an hr. They were very professional, ask what I wanted done & went right to it. They were finished before the time was up. She took me in to show me what they had done. They even went ahead, cleaned the ceiling register & did some dusting. The house felt very clean. The next time I will have to have a longer list.
