The ladies arrived promptly,started to work and finished on time. They were very professional,polite and friendly. It was easy to see that they knew what they were doing. When they got here they asked one time what I wanted done. I told them and they went right to work. A pleasant experience and will have this company again with I need something cleaned.

They came out two or three weeks after I purchased the "Big Deal' because they were too busy and they were okay. It was a really good deal but we could only get a limited number of things done in that one hour because four people came at the same time and we have a big house so the allocated time was not enough.

The speed with which they worked somewhat compromised the quality of the cleaning. However their efforts did provide us with a clean home in the areas completed.

It worked out fine. We could have probably used a little bit more time. Everything turned out fine. There were no additional costs. They were pretty thorough. The only thing that I didn't realize at the time I did it was that I had my bathroom washed out when it got completely tiled. They said that they don't do ceilings. That's the only thing I wasn't aware of when I purchased it. Otherwise, they did what I paid for. I felt pretty good about the experience. I would use them again in the future.

I had a big deal purchase coupon. They did a good job. They did a very thorough job of cleaning everything. I really liked what they did. They were a little slow but they got everything. They couldn't do the forth floor. They couldn't do the second floor that because they did a total cleaning. I really liked what they did. But I found a better company actually to clean my house so I went with them. But they did a good job.

I am very satisfied. The workers called ahead because they needed a bit of direction in finding the house. They were prompt and efficient and friendly. I had prepared a list which they accomplished within the 4 hours I purchased. I would definitely use them again, especially if I could be assured of some continuity in the people sent. I prefer not to have different cleaners every time and, for me, that would be the primary drawback to using a service.

They did a wonderful job. The house just sparkled after they completed their work.

Great-they had 4 workers at once and each concentrated on certain areas. Very thorough and easy to tell what I wanted done.

They were prompt in their response and did a thorough cleaning. No complaints at all! Unfortunately, my previous house keeper who was retiring became "unretired" and so I stuck with her out of loyalty.

They came yesterday. FABULOUS! Ben the owner was kind professional and helpful. We had to reschedule this like 6 times - really-- as my father had passed away. He was great. The ladies that came blew us away! Delightful, personable, but above all very professional and masters at what they do and how they work together. There were here for a little over an hour and the result was ten fold better than when I have had a company for 3 hours same size crew. I was so impressed-- we will never hire others than them again! :D

The only way he would come out and clean the house is if he could send out 4 people. I would not go for that. I feel as though it is unsafe. I cannot keep my eye on and direct four people on what to do. I canceled the service

I was given an arrival time of 1pm-2pm. I received a call earlier saying they were on their way. It was nice to not have to sit around waiting for them to show up. They were very friendly and efficient. I was comfortable with them from the beginning. I had been asked at the time of scheduling to create a list of priorities. I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to accomplish everything on my list!

I have used a few other cleaning services and would rate my experience with Becht Pride Cleaning Services as average. Four cleaners arrived while I was away and clean for a little under an hour (a total of about 3.5 man hours of cleaning). The house was clean at the end, but some of the smaller details were a bit bothersome. A lot of my items were moved when dusting and wiping down areas, and were not moved back into place (e.g. trash cans, blinds, kitchen appliances, coasters, etc). My bed comforter had a pretty visible hand print in the middle of it - I'm guessing when the cleaner was doing the blinds they must have had to lean on my bed. Regardless, the comforter probably should have been straightened out after they were through. Couches were not vacuumed - which has always been a part of general cleaning standards when I've used other services. None of these are major complaints, but the the level of professionalism and over all services were average.

They thoroughly cleaned the areas I designated to my satisfaction. They were extremely accommodating to me and my mother, who was visiting at the time. They were very efficient and respectful.

it went fine--no complaints

I emailed with someone from the company via the Angie's List message center about setting up an appointment. I initially listed preferences, and was told they were booked through October. I tried to set up an appointment in October but they told me that they did not schedule that far in advance because it would have to be scheduled around cancellations and availability. I was confused at this since I thought scheduling an appointment would be based on availability. They stated that I needed to call them a week of to see if they'd be available. I responded asking them to call me with openings once they knew when they may be able to do my cleaning. I never heard anything from them and then got a voice mail from an employee saying they were at my house and needed in to clean. I never confirmed that time or date with them. I found the situation very unprofessional and feel uncomfortable following up to have them in my home.

Everything went very well.. The appointment was for anytime after 1100.. Sue and 2 other ladies arrived ~1215. I reviewed with Sue what I wanted done.. she had a couple of possible suggestions regarding what they could use on the wood floors throughout the house. I explained to her that it was just me and my wife... and that my main concerns were dusting in general and a thorough cleaning of the 2 bathrooms in particular. When finished, Sue reviewed with me what had been done,.. Everything looked great, I was very pleased... and would definitely consider using this company in the future..

We had them come right before my son's graduation party. It helped free up time for me to get the party preparation done. Good decision!

After providing Bechts my time frame, they said that they could not do the job in that short of. Turn time. They asked me to give other dates, which I did. They couldn't do those either, so they asked me to provide dates

The people were very nice. They took extra care in the master shower floor for me. It only took 1 1/2 hours to do everything. I think it was listed as a four hour cleaning. I will call them again if I need them.

I've had them twice and they are pretty good. I just love them - they do a good job. They are probably the best I’ve ever had.

Four workers came to our house for one hour. They swooped through our house working fast and efficiently. We were satisfied.

4 cleaners came and immediately got to work on an exhaustive list that included bathrooms, kitchen, stairs, different types of floors and several rooms. The ladies brought all the necessary cleaning supplies and tools, such as vacuums, mops, etc. They were literally working as they left the house after the cleaning was completed and even emptied the dirty cleaning solution in the street. We were very pleased with how they managed their timeand accomplished everything.

3-4 women in house for an hour. Cleaned 2.5 baths and kitchen. One worker finished early and took time to complain to lead about another on the job. Cleaning job was professional.

I wouldn't use them again; They didn't do what I thought they were going to do, they didn't spend the time on it that I thought they would. They were in a rush and were not very thorough. I had to redirect a couple of times and after that,I decided it is not worth it.
