It was fine. They were on time. There were four of them and they cleaned for an hour. They cleaned the bathrooms as I requested. They did an okay job. The bathrooms look better when they left than when they got there but it wasn't anything special.

Great. Looked and smelled great. They did well with my big dog and would love to have them come again.

Prior to moving they cleaned several walls, closets, bedrooms, and two bathrooms of our three bedroom two bath ~1500 square foot ranch home in Marion County. We were pleased with their service and would use them again.

Very thorough and professional job. Followed my priorities and finished in the time frame agreed upon. Our home was shining for our holiday company. The only thing I would have changed is a phone call to tell me they were running behind and would be an hour late.

The three ladies did an excellent job. I am a very picky cleaner and I was impressed with their cleaning.

While the overall clean of the house was good, we were left wanting just a tad bit more. Like corners cleaned and appliances wiped down. They definitely pace themselves to cursory cleaning in one hour. Never used a cleaning service before so it is hard to explain why it felt like it just missed a little. Did not feel A+.

They came around the t ime they were supposed to. There were four women in the crew. All very nice. They went right to work and did what I wanted them to. A very good job by all.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was good. They cleaned the house they way they were supposed to. I didn't pay any additional.

I left a message and received a call back almost immediately. Unfortunately, I was unable to use this cleaning service because they were booked and I needed service right away.

Everything went well there were a few spots that I thought may have been overlooked, but other than that it was what I wanted. Thank you.

Four workers came and cleaned everything I requested to be cleaned within the 1 hour cleaning time. Very professional and friendly. The even made two beds which wasn't part of the deal.

Really impressed with the service and results- 4 housecleaners came exactly on time and were friendly and professional. Got right to work and got all the areas that I really needed. The team leader showed me around to check the work and gave me some helpful hints on how to do some cleaning a bit easier and faster myself. Having this service relieved alot of stress and I will recommend them highly- an A rating from me!

I bought a Deal on Angie's List for 4 hours of housecleaning, which was provided by four housecleaners for one hour total. I knew I'd get one collective hour of their time, so I planned for the work I wanted done in that timeframe. I had them clean the kitchen -- sink, countertops, appliance wipe-downs, floor, etc. -- 2.5 baths, and and some dusting/vaccuming. I wanted a thorough cleaning of these spaces rather than a surface cleaning of the whole house. Becht did a very nice job. The kitchen and all bathrooms were done very well, including baseboards wiped down, vents and registers dusted, and a lot of hard water build-up removed. I was pleased with the work and appreciated that it was all completed within one hour. As the ladies finished their jobs, they collected in the kitchen to help finish that work or did some additional dusting and wiping down of banisters, door handles, etc. I felt like I got exactly what I paid for. I give one B rating because I wasn't able to schedule the actual time of the visit until the morning of -- I had to call Becht that morning to find out the exact time slot so I could make sure to be home to let them in. I wish I could have scheduled the time of the appointment at the same time that I scheduled the actual date of the visit, which would have worked a little better with my work schedule . This was simply an inconvenience, however, and I would certainly use Becht again.

I bought a big deal for $99 and was happy with the service the crew provided. The company quickly responded to all of my requests and I was easily able to schedule an appointment. I called the week they were coming for an exact time. There was a slight misunderstanding regarding the crew's arrival time. I thought they were going to be there from 2pm-3pm, but really they were going to arrive any time between 2pm and 3pm. They arrived a little after 3pm and quickly went to work. They did a fantastic job cleaning both the master and guest bathrooms. I was also happy with the cleaning of my hardwood floors and the kitchen. I've never seen my sink look so clean and shiny! My house was not super dirty to begin with - I'm sort of a clean freak - but I'm happy I don't have to worry about doing a thorough cleaning right before company arrives for the holidays. I would definitely hire Becht Pride again!

The work was not good. The kitchen floor still had dirt in it & the wood flooring was streaked. Also, they did not do a good job vacuuming. When I contacted them about the issues all I was told was they could give me a discount if I wanted to purchase additional hours.

This was a Big Deal purchase of 4 hours of "deep professional cleaning". I had a prioritized list of what I wanted them to do. The crew chief didn't take the time to really listen to the fact I wanted only the things on the list done. I found them doing things that I had already done myself. I was also told that if I wanted a couple of things on the list done, they would eat up most of my time. Later I was told they had time to do those things after all. Then I was told they had done everything and I could add some additional things for them to do, which I did. However, I felt that if they had done a thorough job of "deep cleaning", they would have used all the time for things on the list.

My husband was the one who interacted with the employees of the service - but he gave them a positive evalution and I liked the result.

There were 3 women. Kara, Katie, and Heather. They arrived on time, checked the time - they had 1:20 min. I gave them a quick run thru of the home, and pointed out the especially important things that needed to be done. They worked consistently and were very thorough. They even had a swifter that dusted the tops of fan blades! They basically did a very good job. In one area, the lead woman wasn't sure mirrors were cleaned well, and went up to see if it could be better. It was just a fault in the mirror. Next time, and I will likely use them again - I would either have the cleaning done sooner, or would ask for a little more time They were prepared and professional, and I was pleased!

I purchased the Angie's Deal, 4 hours of housecleaning for 99.00. Four cleaners came to my elderly parent's home on time and ready to work. They listened to my instructions and cleaned everything as requested-and more! They were done in an hour, which is exactly what I wanted. I appreciated the hard work they did and will definitely use their services again.

They were thorough and professional! Would use them again. I just wish I had them for another hour to finish cleaning every nook and cranny in the house. But for the time that I did have them, they did a very nice job.

The cleaning people arrived and got right to work. I was skeptical they could get everything I wanted done in the time allotted. My tile and wood floors, bathrooms, and kitchen have never looked this good. They did an absolutely beautiful job. Highly recommend.

They tried to get to everything on my list, and did a great job. I would recommend this for anyone that needs general cleaning throughout the house.

It went great. 4 ladies arrived to clean, I had a 4 hour deep cleaning package. I showed them around, they got started, I got out of their way. They were very good, I have 4 cats, all indoor, they were very good with them. I came home and everything sparkled and smelled great.
