They sent 3 people and I had a list they worked from. They worked quickly but thoroughly. They did a really good job! They did everything you would expect and more. They were very pleasant and trustworthy . I would definitely use them again!

We bought a $99.00 deal for an hour of housecleaning. The Becht Team arrived shortly after 1 p.m. with 4 ladies and brought their own cleaning supplies and vacuum cleaners. The Team Leader Sue asked me about what I wanted cleaned, any special instructions then Sue directed her team "you start here, you start there, do this, do that." She and her team got down to business, cleaned our house and wasted NO time on cell phones, going out to smoke, or talking among each other! They were very professional, leaving our house clean and leaving the laminate floor looking the best since it was new! They did lots of work on only 1 hour! We're hired them to return on a regular schedule.

Kitchen floor was a particular problem -- trouble removing marks. They got it pretty clean and the rest of the kitchen sparkled as well.

Very happy with this company! The cleaning crew was very professional and personable. I am immensely satisfied with the job they did. The place looks brand new! I am planning to arrange biweekly service at my new place.

It went well; everything they worked on sparkled. We needed more than 4 total hours however, which was the Angie's deal we purchased. I think $25 a hour is a little high, especially when you add on tip. But I don't regularly work with cleaners so I don't know.

The team of 3 team members worked in different parts of the house. They did an excellent job, as they did the first time I used them.

Four very friendly ladies showed up (on time), and asked what I wanted to be done. They were super friendly and really nice to my cat (Sonnie). They took an hour, and showed me what they had done. I was satisfied with everything, except there were a couple of stains on the floor, but no big deal. I would definitely use them again.

I have used this service for a number of months now and I am very pleased with the job done. The crew of girls is always polite and asks if I have any special requests.

I contracted for six man hours. They sent a four man crew that stayed for 1 hour and a half. I paid $15 extra for being out of their regular service area. The curio cabinets, which I had already emptied, were cleaned, but one corner of a back mirror was completely missed by about 6 inches. They did not touch the floors in the kitchen, side hall, or staircase; did not move furniture; did not go under or behind radiators. The half-bath had only toilet cleaner put into the toilet and left. Nothing else touched. I was not at home, but my husband was. He would have been glad to move the furniture. Perhaps my list was a bit ambitious for six hours of cleaning. However, I did expect that what they were able to complete should have been done well. The owner, Ben, was extremely responsive and apologetic. He offered me two free man hours of cleaning, which I appreciate, but since I am not in their service area, I probably won't take advantage of it.

I recently had my second knee replacement surgery. Four women came to clean my house. They were well-organized and worked quickly. They were professional and personable. I would definitely use them again. Thank goodness I don't have any more knees to replace though!!!!

Making the appointment was fairly easy, and the cleaning team showed up on time. Four man-hours of cleaning was completed in 1 hour by 4 workers. The cleaning job was mediocre -- speed seemed to be of the essence rather than quality. I understand that these people do these tasks daily & probably can go faster than I personally can; while they dusted window blinds quickly, it was a 1/2 done job. Reminded me of my childhood when I'd do a chore I was asked to by my mother and did it in 1/2 the time it should've taken because I didn't do a good job -- and she knew it.

I would use them again the future. We didn't pay any additional amount.

They brought a crew of 5, and were very efficient! They thoroughly dusted the house- even in the places others normally miss. They were friendly and did a wonderful cleaning of my home. The owner always emails me right after to see how I thought the job went. I will use them again in the future!

Becht did a great job and was easy to work with. Ben worked out scheduling with adjustments when I needed it, and was very responsive via phone or texting. Crews consisted of 3 or 4 people who cleaned quickly and thoroughly.

They did what we asked and if they finished early they always did additional work.

A crew of 4 came to my condo with all the equipment and supplies they needed to clean the rooms prior to my furniture arriving. The ladies were professional and efficient. On top of that, they were friendly and wiling to answer questions about the best ways and supplies to use when cleaning (for example) my stainless steel sink. These whirl-winds did a great job. It's a shame that I have to cook in the sparkling kitchen!

They came on time. Lisa, the team leader introduced herself and the team, and asked us what we wanted. We toured the house with them, and Lisa told us what their usual procedure was, and they got to work. One hour later they had done more work than I could have done in a day. We have a big house, so not everything was accomplished, but I was very pleased with how much got done and the thoroughness with which it was done. I will hope to use them again.

Crew of 4 worked steadily and cleaned the designated areas. Good job.

It's been a few months; I'll do my best. First, the three women were on time. I asked the one who seemed to be the leader how long it would take to complete the cleaning. She said that considering there were only three rooms - the kitchen, bathroom, and living room/dining area - that it would take one or two hours. They seemed to be a little rushed. I left and returned in about 50-55 minutes. They were gone. My condo was clean, but I wasn't all that impressed. I know I was receiving the service at a deep discount and there were things they couldn't do. Still, it seemed that it could have been done just a little better for $99. I can't imagine paying the regular price. Perhaps, if my condo was larger or if I had included the two bedrooms, I would have been satisfied. Maybe my expectations were too high.

They did a very good job. The floors, woodwork and bathrooms all looked very well cleaned. The team was friendly and focused on the items I had prioritized. I was very pleased with the work they did and the price was very reasonable.
