I did not remember that I had purchased 6-hr deal and they came in saying I had 4-hr deal. The lead person asked for my priorities and assured me they could be done in the allotted time. They were not. Even the areas that she assured me were fully completed were cleaned poorly. Specific examples: master bath - top frame and base of shower door were dusty as was top of cabinet above toilet. Kitchen - top of refrigerator, top of outside of microwave and counter trim were not even touched. Laminate floors that were washed were left sticky and streaky. Then, to top things off, they dumped their buckets in my driveway and left the debris on my driveway.

They were punctual, friendly and very thorough. We told them that we had been through 3 cleaning services trying to get one that would do a real good job of deep cleaning. They listened to what we wanted done and did a very good job of following through. We will be contracting with them on a monthly basis.

Owner contacted me after purchase to let me know that they did not provide service on evenings or weekends. My fault for failing to verify. I was also notified that they were booked solid the week I had requested. I offered a day that I could be available the following week and was told that they were not available that day and that they could not provide a refund. The owner suggested that they could do the work when I was absent they just needed a way to access the house. I refused and offered a different day that I may be able to adjust my schedule and have have had no response in 4 days.

All of the things that I had on my list were accomplished, along with a few extras that they did. For example . . .all of the switch plates were cleaned, along with all of the blinds dusted throughout the house. I was very pleased with the job that your company completed and would use this company again. Everyone was very professional and friendly.

Tried to schedule the work with the company, I gave them 3 dates. None of them worked for them. Finally agreed on 5/12/2014. Made plans and arrangements to be able to be off work so I could be home to have the cleaning done. came home to an email today stating they could couldn't make it. Didn't even call me, they sent an email an email 1 hour before the work was scheduled to be done.

It went well. They arrived on time, went straight to work. Worked until the hour was up.

Outstanding service. Fast, efficient, very reasonably priced and I will definitely use them again.

I have used this company before a couple times for just general house cleaning. We went to sell our house and I had them do a deep clean before showings and it looked/smelled great. They wiped down everything to the point of me noticing how nice things were supposed to look. We have 3 dogs and they vacuumed everything so there was no hair all over either.

Great! They were beyond efficient. They kept asking if there was more they could do, because they were so fast (with good quality) at their tasks. The only thing I would have liked to see improved was their communication with their scheduling. I was not given a time, but was asked to call the week before to find out the expected time. I would have preferred the convenience of them calling me. Also, I was told they would call on their way and was not called. Other than the communication, the actual cleaning was very good. I would hire them again.

Provider did a great job cleaning the areas that were top priority. I would absolutely have the provider come out again.

Four young ladies arrived on time and my wife gave them a priority cleaning list and they went to work. They were carefull, courteous and maticulous in there work....we are vary happy.

Service was punctual, polite and professional. We were asked what we expected and what was most important to us. The cleaning crew did exactly what we asked and they made sure we were satisfied before leaving. A pleasant experience.

My only slight complaint is that I was not given a clear time in which they would arrive. I called the company in the morning and was told "some time around 2:00pm" at about 2:00pm I called and was told they would be there in about 15 minutes. Aside from that they did a great job! In the 4 man hours they where scheduled the were able to clean all but the 500 sq foot basement. The bathrooms and especially the showers have never been cleaner.

Excellent-- they did a great job and got everything done that we expected. We were so happy that we had them come back out a week or two later to get our house ready for staging; the price was really really good for how professional and courteous they were. Just really nice people that do great work.

four people arrived to clean for one hour. Each person took on a key area; tow people for tow bathrooms, one for the kitchen, and one for general cleaning in main areas of house.

Four ladies arrived on time and completed all of the items on our list in one hour. They cleaned three bathrooms, dusted and mopped one bedroom floor, vacuumed two carpeted bedrooms, mopped kitchen/family room floor, dusted baseboards in the master bedroom , living room, and hallway. In the kitchen they cleaned all counters and appliance surfaces (stove / microwave ... ). We were completely satisfied with their service

They were on time and did everything I asked them to do.

I paid for the special $99.00 for 4 hours of cleaning service. They sent out 4 girls for a 1 hour clean. They did a really good job and were polite.

Terrible!! Entertainment center in living room. Front dusted but sides were not. French doors leading from master bedroom into master bath were not touched (dusty wood and glass not cleaned). Waste of money!!

It wasn?t all that great.

I purchased a coupon through Angie's List for 4 people to spend 1 hour cleaning inside the house. Even though, I purchased the coupon in late 2013, but didn't use it until April 2014, I was able to schedule the clean without issues. I gave them a B for punctuality. I'd like to explain why. They were supposed to arrive between 12 and 1. They had a cancellation, and arrived early. Luckily, I was home---it would have also been just as likely that I'd have been out at that time. I was trying to get several things accomplished before they arrived to make their job as easy as possible. When they arrived, I wasn't as prepared as I wanted. A phone call to verify the change would be helpful. The four women arrived with supplies in hand and ready to work. They asked for my priorities and began working immediately. The goals were the kitchen, three of the bathrooms, and the hardwood floors on the main level. They worked quickly. They communicated often to check progress and move on to the next item. I was very happy with the work they were able to complete. I don't normally use a cleaning service to maintain my house. But it was wonderful to get a jump start on spring cleaning. I stayed in the house and worked on other areas getting even more work accomplished. I would absolutely use this company in the future for a special situation similar to this one.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. The service was really good. They were on time, very thorough and went above and beyond to make sure that everything was clean.

4 member crew performed the work, they're professional and friendly and did a good job doing the work that was requested. I would definitely hire them again in the future.

I went with Becht because I have used many housecleaning companies around town and have never found one that did what I was wanting.They also had many Buy It Now offers to choose from. I picked the $149 for 6 hours offer. Ben called me and I let him know I wanted my ceilings dusted most of all and the walls washed if there was still time. Additionally I warned him of the excessive dog hair (we have two labs). My boyfriend got home first and called me exstatic with the work that was done. He said the house had never looked or smelled cleaner. Coming from him, who wouldn't normally notice if I cleaned or not, that's something. When I came home I did a thorough once over of the entire place. The carpet was really well vacuumed, all surfaces were cleaned and dusted, the kitchen was spotless, the floors were hair free, the shower was impeccable, and best of all the walls were free of their smudges. I am so pleased with the work done that I will continue to use Becht from now on. What a great company.

The team was on time. They asked me what it was I wanted to be able to get completed while they were there and then got to work immediately. I have a very gentle pit bull and the girls were not afraid and very friendly to my curious dog. They did a great job. I am getting married in the next two weeks and have already spoken with Ben to have them come back and help me out again! Ben and his team take pride (pun totally intended) in what they do. I had emailed Ben with a question and he immediately called me. I was surprised at such prompt service.
