It was fine and not great. They were average and nothing that stood out or they didn't do.

Scheduling was fine. They were an A+ to work with. The price was a bargain.

They did a thorough job cleaning the house. They were polite and helpful. We had some scheduling challenges.

I had used a Living Social coupon. I was looking forward to having a routine cleaning and if I liked it I would continue their use. 4 cleaning people were here for 1 hr. They were 'finished' in 50 min. I checked the dusting first and found several areas that were missed. I also found windows that were missed. One of the cleaners said 'I should have did a 'walk around '. She offered to come back and do more dusting. I found so many areas that was not done, I took it all as a loss. I will be contacting the company.

cleaning crew showed up on time and rushed through our list of priorities. They did a pretty good job, although the mop job could have used a little more thorough cleaning. They were professional and clean up after all their work.

Our home looks and smells wonderful. They did a fabulous job!

When scheduling, I secured an appt for after 1:00 pm, which was agreed upon by both parties. I was told to call in the morning to get a more specific time for the afternoon. I called in the AM (around 9:30) and was told the crew would be arriving at 10:30. I explained that I had an appt and had made plans and the earliest I could arrive was 11:30 OR we could reschedule. Ben was not open to rescheduling, so I had to travel 40 minutes just to get back in time to meet the crew at 11:30. Ben had a CANCELLATION in the AM, hence my previously agreed to time was not honored. Women were professional. I had a list prepared, as instructed.

Great--got lots done in an hour

Vendor could not do the work in the time frame needed. All is well. Their communication was great, and they understood my need to cancel.

Very superficial cleaning. The people, mainly the cleaning girls, are very nice. However, the customer?s request or concerns were disregarded. I specified that I would prefer only 2 cleaning women and they sent 5. Everything was touched up but nothing was thoroughly cleaned.

They did a fine a job and my wife was very pleased. The place looked great when they were through and they did everything we wanted them to do.

This was fantastic! They came in and asked for a list of things that I would like to get done. She explained that there were four of them so they would be there 1 hour. They brought all the equipment and cleaning supplies needed. I wasn't sure how many things they could get done and they actually got more that what was on my list. They did a wonderful job and the house smelled great when they left. They were all friendly and professional. I would use them again in the future.

Totally hassle-free to set up the service, was all arranged within two days of buying the deal through Angie's List. A crew of 4 showed up and worked like wildfire on my house at the agreed on day. Through my Angie's list messages, the owner had let me know what to expect (a crew of 4 for 1 hr or 3 man crew for 1 hr 20 mins, have a prioritized list of tasks ready, etc). The workers made sure they knew what my main priorities were and if I had special requests about how the floors especially were cleaned. They repeated back to me my preferences and then they split up and wow! Great Job! They even squeezed in extra tasks in the 1 hour they were there (cleaned an extra bathroom and wiped down my kitchen cabinets). Thanks!

Everything went well. They did a good job.

They come with group of 3-4 people and they go right to work. They are in and out of here within an hour. They do general housecleaning, such as vacuuming and dusting in most of the rooms. They do an excellent job in the bathroom and do a good job at getting rid of the lime deposits. We feel good about their pricing and wee used them every other month.

It was fine. They came in and they did the work. They come in with 4 people and clean for an hour. I actually paid for an extra time just because they could not get done in an hour. I bought other services and they're all like that. They weren't anything spectacular but they weren't bad.

The staff were professional and had a "supervisor" which directed the work of the other team members to ensure that most items on our prioritized list were addressed during the alloted time. We were happy with the amount of work they got done in the alloted time. They were prompt in their arrival and were respectful of our home. The supervisor also gave us me a walkthrough of the work completed and did a quality inspection to ensure she was satisfied.

We were putting our house up for sale and it needed a deep cleaning. Becht Pride Cleaning came in on Thursday and the house went on the market the next day and it sold! They obviously did a fantastic job!

This company was very thorough. The stayed until the work was done. They completed the job. Cleaned home top to bottom.

The four ladies were very punctual and after a quick run through started to work. They cleaned for the requisite hour and then mopped their way out. Cleaning someone's house to meet a particular home owner's expectations cannot be easy, so I appreciate the job that was done.

They did an excellent job (although I did go back over one shower wall), and were on time. Sue was the team lead, and she was fantastic. She went back over the other's work to ensure it was done right, and taught them how to do things along the way. I was surprised that they struggled time-wise to finish what needed to be done (our usual cleaning person does the same work and has extra time in 3 hours), but that could be because some of the crew was not quite up to speed. Overall, it was a great experience.

The team that showed up did a great job. They asked that we leave a list of the things we would like done and they accomplished everything on the list. The team leader was very nice and professional. We will definitely use them in the future. The owner always answered my questions quickly.

I was very disapointed in the service first I called two week before I needed the service the day of the service now one showed up. When I called Mr. Becht he said he had it down for the afternoon. I asked for a.m. appointment. So I had to rescedule for the next week. Then when the ladies did come the where on time sent 4 ladies. I have not used a cleaning service in the past, what I found out is that when dusting they just use a swifer they don not use a rag they left dust on the lamps they needed to be damp rag dusted. they did not dust the pictures eiter said it was not company policy. really all they did was swifer vacum and mop the floors that was all. I have to say I could have done that I was hoping for more. In addition I had a last miniute confrence call and they could not clean one of the rooms I had asked to be cleaned. I had to ask that they adjust the price I was surprized that without that one room the price only changed $10.00.

Four women arrived on time and divided the work. They didn't get to 2 bedrooms or the laundry room

I cannot say enough good things. Ben is great to work with. Very professional and responds almost immediately. His team is outstanding and very thorough. I was pleased with the angie's deal for the 4 hours but I was blown away after my first biweekly service. Everything is spotless including the windows. The crew is fabulous. Friendly, thorough, quick and meticulous with the details. I have used different cleaning services over the years but never had my house cleaned this well. I highly recommend them!
