It was okay. I have used them for many years. What I like about them is they are reliable. I don't have any dislikes.

It was absolutely great. We started with them with one of Angie’s List super deals and we have continued to use them. They come every other week with a team of three or four. In an hour, my house is sparkling and the girls are pleasant to deal with. We’ve been very satisfied. They did four hours of cleaning. We had an issue when one of the girls snapped over a picture that was standing up against the couch. This was quite some time ago. We notified this to Becht and he was very courteous. He took care of the repair charge and no questions asked. That was the only incident. It was just a simple accident. Nobody was hurt. We have been very, very pleased. We have a standing date with them every other Monday.

I've been using them for a couple of years. They do a thorough job and they're in and out quickly.

For the most part, it was good but they didn't follow one of my directions so I cleaned out the freezer. I told them very specifically when they were ready to clean out the freezer to come and get me because I have to pull the fridge out so they can open the door properly to get everything out and they didn't so by the time they were done, I didn't realize they didn't do it until I opened it up so I ended up cleaning the freezer side of my fridge.

It turned out well. They were on time and thorough. Their work was great.

Arrived on time with a team of three ladies with their own supplies and equipment.. Very friendly and professional team of 3 ladies. They did a very good job and cleaned thoroughly for 1 1/2 hours. Unfortunately they were not able to get to everything on my spring cleaning list; so I am booking them for future appointment. Excellent service overall and my house was shining and smelled great.

a I purchased a discounted service through Angie's list for 4 man hours of housecleaning for $99. Service purchased mid May 2014, completed early June 2014. The communication with the company was easy, they replied in a timely manner-everything via Angie's list messages. They were able to provide the service in a relatively quick time frame considering I'm sure they were booked due to the discounted service. I was overall disappointed with the service however. Four women showed up. They smelled like cigarette smoke and which is very unprofessional in my opinion. Also, I feel that 4 people could have easily completed more work than they did. I do have a two story house and a 3/4 finished basement. Two of the 4 people went into the basement-probably the cleanest part of my house since it is a guest room and and guest bathroom with an open living area. There is no way that it required two people cleaning it for 1 whole hour. My master bathroom was cleaned and my master bedroom but nothing else on the second floor (there is another bathroom and 3 bedrooms). On the main floor a 1/2 bathroom was cleaned and some of the main floor was vacuumed. I have a regular person cleaning for us weekly now and she completes bathrooms, vacuuming, mopping, windows, and light dusting (concentrating on one main room/area for more deep cleaning each week) and she gets our whole house completed in about 3 hours. The areas they did clean were cleaned well.

Great job! I came home briefly to let them in the house and when I returned several hours later I could smell how clean everything was even before I opened the door. Very thorough job. My place looks amazing. I gave them a priority list and they got everything done. Some of the crew could have been dressed more professionally but it was late in the day and they had probably been to several houses prior. Will definitely use them in the future.

I received an email the next business day following my purchase through Angie's list. Email communication was fast but it was difficult to schedule while trading emails so I requested a phone call. It took about a day to get a call back but I was quickly scheduled for afternoon service. All my questions regarding the services were answered. I did have to trade a text the Friday before the service to get an estimated time of arrival. My appointment was for 2:00pm the following Monday and the cleaners arrived early at 1:45pm. The group was Annette, Angel, Kerry and Amanda. They were very pleasant and had their supplies ready to go. I had them clean bathrooms and the kitchen. They did an excellent job even paying attention to use the correct cleaner on a hardwood floor. They were there just a little over an hour and completed all the work I requested. I would hire them again in the future.

They arrived on time and covered everything on our cleaning list plus were able to do some extras. We were very happy with the quality and quantity of jobs that they were able to accomplish.

It went fairly well. Some of the staff seemed more qualified and willing to work on tough spots than others, though they did provide suggestions for cleaning supplies to use in the future.

I absolutely could not be happier with the services provided by Becht Pride. Two professional cleaners came to my home, Sue & Heather, and they were friendly and worked quickly and efficiently and took care of all of my move in cleaning for me. They brought all of their supplies with them. Everything was sparkling clean, smelled wonderful, and it was obvious that they took pride in their work. It took about 3 hours and then my home was completely ready! I highly recommend this service and would use them again. This was the best $300 I have spent in a very long time. Thank you, Sue & Heather for making my move in so wonderful!

I just sold my condo and they did a deep clean. They were excellent. They showed up on time and were very thorough. The owner of the company contacted me because I had to change the dates a couple of times because of the closing date. They were very accommodating and had very good communication. I give them an A+ for professionalism.

I am so pleased with the work this team did in getting my house sparkling clean. They were friendly, professional, thorough and even asked if they could come earlier than scheduled! I highly recommend their service and I definitely will use them again. One of the team asked me if would be OK if she played some music while she worked. I didn't have any problem with that. However, when she saw that I was working from my phone, she did not turn it on. I really appreciated her consideration and thoughtfulness. Thank you for getting my house clean and in shape for the Spring!

It was a good experience. We were very pleased with almost everything - I walked into a beautifully clean kitchen! They didn't get the hard water stains removed completely but they did other things I wasn't expecting, which looked GREAT! We have a troublesome copper kitchen sink and it shined. Our stainless steel appliances were super clean as well.

Four cleaners arrived at my house well within the time quoted and they tackled all the tasks I outlined. They got some stains out that we have never been able to and left our house in great shape. I definitely hope to use them again in the future!

Four women arrived and worked for the hour I purchased. They were VERY thorough and communicated well with me about getting what I wanted done accomplished. I will likely have them back regularly. They were friendly with my very talkative 6yo daughter who was home at the time. Price is right in line with other companies but they are very good about responsiveness. Every time I sent something I heard back within 24hours.

Ladies came in with thier own cleaning supplies and immediately set to work at the tasks I had for them. Friendly, professional, sourteous. Windows and oven were sepaate but that was OK. They did an excellent job and I was greatful for the quick and efficient help.

I bought a coupon on Angie's list for 4 hours of cleaning for $99. I was skeptical with regard to how this would work, but, it was perfect. The entire experience from beginning to end was easy and flawless. I got a response within 24 hours of buying the coupon and requesting scheduling. Scheduling was completed within 48 hours and 2 emails for a date that was convenient for me. Sue and her crew (3 people all together) showed up within the quoted time window (12-4) and called 15 min before they got here with all the cleaning supplies needed. They were incredibly professional, friendly, and organized. They cleaned for 1 hour and 20 minutes. I have an approximately 3300 sf home with 2 full baths and 2 half baths. They did a fantastic job. I consider myself to be picky where the cleanliness of my home is concerned. But, they left no stone unturned, even re-made beds, dusted for cobwebs, took out trash, and cleaned the microwave inside and out (which is a kind of test to me!). They were in and out in an hour and a half, and my house was thoroughly cleaned from top to bottom. I was thoroughly impressed and have requested to start monthly routine cleanings. Don't hesitate!

It was good. I didn't pay more than the Big Deal price. I wasn't that impressed where I would use them again but I wasn't upset either. It was mediocre I guess.

It was very nice. I like that. They came out right away. They did a wonderful job. Four of them came out, four girls and so it ended up being 2 hours. I even gave them tips. They were best.
