I would definitely use Becht Pride again. We had a team of 3 very professional, thorough house cleaners who worked quickly through my priority list and cleaned my house from top to bottom! My 2 bathtubs actually glistened in the light!! Price is very reasonable and service is excellent. Do not hesitate to ask to ask for Sarah and her team - they were terrific - and Ben, the owner, was extremely responsive to all of my inquiries.

They were nice. The company has rules on no dishes and no cluttered areas.

It went very well. There was a crew of 4 ladies and they were very fast and thorough. The house looked great and nothing was broken. (the last 2 services we hired each broke at least one item in the house)

Cleaning was good. We got rescheduled twice. That is my only complaint

Great experience! I called the owner on Friday and we were able to schedule the cleaning for the following Tuesday. They arrived when expected and were very friendly over the phone. I thought the price was fair and the quality of work was what I hoped for. Thanks for the great work!

The cleaning experience was average at best on this occasion. I had used this service prior and had a satisfactory experience, but this time around unfortunately the crew was 3 hours late. This started us off on a bad note. The cleaning was completed to our liking, but we had originally gotten a quote for a spring "deep cleaning". I would not describe the completed job as a deep cleaning but rather more of a regular cleaning with a few things skipped over. I would consider using them again but also look into various other services to compare. In closing I think because this was a Friday afternoon appointment and the crew was running behind are the reasons this experience was less than we had hoped for... Hope this helps anyone looking for cleaning services in the Indianapolis area.

Had to call on day of service to make sure they were coming and find out eta. I asked that the baseboards be cleaned. Some were cleaned but not all and not completely, was kind of hit and miss. Bathrooms were cleaned ok but they used something on the counters that left the surface gritty, which I had to remove.

Their service has been excellent. It was a discount special.

I took advantage of one of Becht Pride's offers on Angie's List. It turned out to be a great value. They called the morning of the appointment and said they'd had a cancellation, could they come a couple hours early. It was convenient for me. Three neat, friendly, intelligent women arrived, unloaded the car and had all the gear they needed. The team leader explained how they would like to work. I agreed, but told them a couple things we didn't need done and asked for substitutions. She was fine with the trade off and they set to work. They were here nearly three hours, started at the top and worked their way down. House sparkled when they left. They deserved the tip and more. I guess it was an okay deal for Becht because we'll definitely use them again.

We are using them on a regular two weeks basis. Very pleased with their work. Timing can be difficult to know exactly when to expect them so we can get dogs out of the way.

4 individuals sent For about an hour. However not everything was completed. Of 2.5 baths only 1.5 completed dusting was haphazard and vacuuming of stairs was poor. that was the only carpeted area in house. The team talked the entire time even bad mouthing a teammate in front of my adult daughter. Not sure that is the last impression to be left with customers.

They are always prompt, work fast and do a good job. They ask if you need anything special or additional done that day. I have been using their service for over 2 months now, biweekly.A team of 3 or 4 women clean my 2010 sq. ft. Home in about 1 1/2 hours. They work hard and are polite. They leave a report of what they have done every time. They use their own products and equipment. I am satisfied with their work!

Quick and pretty thorough. One area rug could have been vacuumed better.

I would not hire this company or recommend them to anyone. However, the one member of the crew did a very good job, and she was not the one in charge.

I was able to schedule the appointment the day I needed it, and the staff did a good job.

I cancelled my service yesterday because the crew didn't even touch my toilet or my bathroom sink when they came to clean in the afternoon. The owner also promised that he would have a better crew come, and he failed to follow through on that promise. These are just two issues that I had with them. After 3 months of addressing service issues, I couldn't justify paying them anymore. The worst experience that I had was when one of the crews left most of my lights on( it wasted electricity, as no one was home) and left the filthy towels they had used to clean the bathroom all over my hallway. I gave Becht Pride ample opportunity to "clean up their act", but they failed miserably.

They can not do the work in the time frame that I am needin

When I scheduled a date I was told I couldn't get an ETA until the day before the cleaners were supposed to come out. As someone who has a pretty strict schedule usually, this was quite annoying, but I do understand not everyone works the way I do! Side-note/Suggestion, if you're going to run your business that way, I feel a courtesy call the night before would be appreciated instead of the customer having to contact the company and ask. A minor annoyance really, but an annoyance nonetheless. When I called, I was given a window of 3-4PM, when I told the owner that I was supposed to pick up my daughter by 4PM so those time frames wouldn't work with my schedule, he moved me up to 1-2 time slot which I did appreciate. 2:10/15 rolled around and nobody had showed up yet. I shot him a text and was informed that a team was on their way and that they would be at my house in about 20 mins. Again, I'm on a pretty tight schedule so being told a time frame just to have them show up 30 mins after the latest time given, I was extremely put off. The team of cleaners arrived, introduced themselves and asked me to walk them through and show them what all I wanted done. They were amazing, got to work right away, they were quick and very professional. They even tackled areas I didn't expect them to. They were done in less than an hour and the place looked amazing. All and all, I would definitely hire again, next time I would just make sure I had more time to sit and wait around.

For house cleaning I used a company through group on a while back and I think their name is Becht Pride Cleaning Services. I think the cost was a discounted thing because I got it like a group on and you pay like so much for so many hours. I thought they did a good job. I don't get my house cleaned very often so it was nice to get my house cleaned by somebody else other than me. They did a good job. The price was an offer and I don't know what their standard rates are. I would use them again in the future, probably if I see another offer from them. I think I will try them another time.

They were professional and did a good job.

Purchased a total of 10 hours of cleaning time for $299. Service arrived at 245 pm with 3 cleaners who were on site until 5:15 Most parts of the cleaning were exceptional. some were completely missed. I contacted the service and they offer to send someone out to do the missed work did not have another afternoon to commit to that. They then offered $50 my next service. While most of the service was exceptional some dusting; bedroom furniture, corners, behind items were completely missed. I am uncertain at this point if I would reuse the service. I would not consider this deep cleaning as listed. The cleaning professional did do a walk through with me before leaving. I did not notice the missed places until later in the evening. I am sure they would have tended to them at the time if I had noticed then.

Service went great! Becht Pride was very professional, and did a great job. Very punctual, and even did a few extra items of cleaning for us that we weren't expecting. Very good overall.
