I originally purchased a big deal with Angie's List with this company. I was satisfied with their work so I hired them to come to my home and clean bi-weekly.

They provided 4 cleaners and we're done in no time. I think they did a good job particularly since the house was very dirty.

They have been very prompt, very responsive and they do a good job. They are in and out without any issues.

The crew was prompt and did an excellent job. I was interested in having them come back on a regular basis, but no one ever came back to m with an estimate, so I am now looking for another provider.

As cleaners go, none of them that would do it the way you do it. They are good to work with, they are responsive, their price is great when you get the big deal. Everything was perfect, they have been punctual. Actually the very best cleaning I got I wasn't here, I left them a note and they got everything on that note, I was astounded, it was better than if I was here so I think am going to try that the next time.

Great! We had a small hiccup with the address (the wrong address was stored in Angie's List, and that's where they ended up going) but the sign of great customer service is how they react to a hiccup. Becht was extremely responsive, flexible, and accommodating, even though the mistake was mine. Highly recommended!

They arrived about 9:00am. I wasn't exactly expecting them as they did not call in advance. There was a crew of 4 lady's and they got right to work. All cleaning supplies and vacuums were supplied by them. They completed high and low dusting, cleaned 2 1/2 bathrooms, cleaned kitchen counters and appliances, swept and moped hardwood floors, vacuumed carpeted areas. Was very satisfied with their work and will use them again.

The initial contact and scheduling was a breeze. Great communication. The day of the cleaning, the crew arrived earlier than expected so I had to manage my schedule accordingly and that was difficult. The staff was very nice and very eager to please. I found a couple spots they missed, but we very pleased with the overall experience both times I have used them and will be back.

The quality of the cleaning was average. There was still some stains on the countertops and some foods things on the hardwood floors. I do have a fairly large home but I am very particular about details. It appears that they were looking to finish up as quickly as possible without placing quality of service at the top of their list. My other pet peeve is that no one gave me a call to confirm a time. Although I utilized the calendar schedule on Angie's list and requested an morning appointment I did not get a call until the afternoon after leaving a message on their voicemail, which someone did give me a call back and said they were running behind and would not arrive until 3 PM on Friday.

It went very well, she was very happy with it. They came in, I think 3 or 4 people and they were done in an hour and a half. She was real happy with the way things were done.

We couldn't t be more disappointed. I have pictures of a tissue with the remains of dirt left on the bathroom floor and the corners that were not touched. At one point my daughter heard a worker say that she had never cleaned bathrooms before and didn't know what to do. 6 hours of work is a long time for a condo this size. I was hoping that, like the ad said, the baseboards would be wiped and cleaned. The women left early because they said there wasn't anything left to do. I hope this gets posted because I wouldn't want anyone else have an experience like this.

I explained to Heather, the woman who scheduled for me, that I was having surgery June 23. I had cancer and my home needed a through cleaning. I had to call them back once because they neglected to clean my dining table pedestal and the blinds at my bay window. The woman who was in charge, her name was Heather also, said they finished everything in 2 hours and cut the cost to $179. When I got up and around several obvious things were not even dusted. Besides mopping floors and dusting blinds not much else was done. The woman who cleaned my middle bathroom did an excellent job. The rest was haphazard. I can't tell you how disappointed I was, especially since I cannot clean myself.

They came and did their job on time. I told them that the kitchen floor needed attention, because another housecleaning company had cleaned it with something sticky. They did a good job cleaning it , so I appreciated that. One woman even went out of her way to come out on the back porch where I was sitting and ask if there was anything she could do for me out there, so she vacuumed the outdoor carpet for me. They could have done a little better job on the kitchen cleaning, but I would I have them again.

Showed up on time, were very efficient and professional, and the place looked great when they left.

Crew did a fantastic job! Came out to my house for a move-out clean, cleaned the floors, kitchen, appliances (additional $15), bathrooms, carpets. Came in and was very impressed by the work that was performed. I definitely would recommend to anyone. Not to mention, very easy to communicate with!

Contractor did a fair job. Covered everything requested.

Prompt, responsive, made sure I was pleased with everything they did Office gave me regular weekly price if I wished to use them in the future. I believe the price is very reasonable and I will likely do that in the future. Excellent follow up by owner.

It was OK. This was a Christmas gift from my mother-in-law. I had my house deep cleaned in the past with another provider so I knew what to expect. I had asked them to "deep clean" my 2.5 bathrooms and if there was time left over to do dusting and get the cob webs around the house starting with the master bedroom. They did not spend nearly enough time in the bathrooms as I thought they would to "deep clean" and during the "check" I pointed out the very obvious cob webs in the master bedroom, one of the tasks I had asked to be done and they said was done, but it wasn't. They ended up doing mostly general cleaning like vacuuming and mopping the floors as if they were following a routine. I guess this was OK if you are looking for a quick general clean at a cheap price but I would hesitate on hiring them for a deep thorough cleaning of my entire house.

Great, they were punctual and cleaned the house well. They brought a team of three and were very methodical in how they covered the home. They did the work in a timely manner. We were very pleased and recommend this cleaning company.

I was hoping for a more detailed job. I requested a complete detailed cleaning of the kitchen and two bathrooms... and then floors in other rooms only if time allowed. I was not home when they arrived so my husband got them started with the list (they arrived a couple hours early due to cancellations). I got home mid-way through and stayed outside because they were mopping floors etc. Later that evening I went to the upstairs bathroom and it was not apparent if they had even touched it. I wound up going over the bathrooms and kitchen cabinets again myself. It was good for if you just want a quick run through of your home like before company comes or something... but not the detail I was looking for. Also 4 people for 1 hour didn't seem as thorough as 1 person for 4 hours would have been. It was basically the quality you would get if you would hire your teenagers to do it... and you could probably get a teenager cheaper than $25 an hour. This was my first ever housecleaning purchase. The house was still empty, so my expectations were high because nothing was in the way of cleaning. I will probably not purchase housecleaning again... from this provider or any other.

The job was to clean an empty condo before I moved in. There was no furniture to work around so the job should have been easy, however the service was terrible. I expected more from $99 worth of cleaning. Please instruct your staff to listen to their customer's when they point out things to clean. They did not dust any blinds or window sills, which was the only thing I specifically asked them to do...

Three young women came to clean the house in preparation for a party we hosted. They were friendly and cheerful and worked well together. They were at ease around our two dogs. They were accommodating and seemed to be efficient. When they finished, the supervisor took me around and showed me what they had cleaned. I was happy with their work, but discovered later what they had missed: dusting many picture frames in the hallway, cobwebs on the chandelier, etc. I would hire them again but would keep closer tabs on what I wanted to be cleaned.

Purchased a special for 4 hour cleaning session and they did a great job. They sent 4 women over to clean for an hour. My master shower was a mess and they did a great job deep cleaning it. The rest of the areas were given a more basic cleaning given the size and amount of time available to clean. I was very happy wiht the results.
