Description of Work: I did use this company for cleaning after purchasing the Big Deal but felt that they could have done more during the time that they were here. I was slightly disappointed. However, I do not routinely use cleaning services, and it is possible that I had greater expectations than I should have.

Description of Work: The team arrived on time and were very polite and professional. My only criticism is that again, there were some misses. For example, not cleaning behind Items on The kitchen counter and the master bath shower was not cleaned - at least not the shower door

Description of Work: We saw that Angie's List had a Big Deal which offered four hours of heavy cleaning for $99.00. The service provider was Bech's Cleaning; they sent out a four person crew approximately on the date indicated (1/15/2011. NB: this is only an approximate date) The crew leader enteed our house, inspected the kitchen quickly and then told my husband that they couldn't do the work. She did not tell me why they couldn't do the work, although I asked her why several time. want to make it very clear that no services wee performed - the encounter only lasted 10-15 minutes.

Description of Work: The Becht cleaning team came in and cleaned my entire house- all 3 floors. They accomplished everything on my list, including deep dusting the entire house. I only noticed one spot that didn't get a thorough dusting. Overall, I was very pleased. I will be using them again in the future.

Description of Work: After I paid for the "big deal", I called Ben Becht to schedule a date to have service before the Indy 500. I asked him for May 22nd. It was arranged for that date. I called him this morning (5/20/13) and he said he didn't have me on his schedule for the 22nd. Now I'm stuck! I spoke to him twice to verify I didn't have the wrong day (Tuesday instead of Wednesday). The answer was the same, he didn't have me down at all. He said he could do it next week. That doesn't help me at all considering I'm having a houseful of guests for the race weekend.
