ALLCHECK INSPECTIONS

Everything went extremely well.

Everything was great. The company provided a thorough inspection and report.

AllCheck did a very thorough job and went through everything in the report. They even found some major issues that needed to be fixed before we moved into the house.

They were very prompt and provided a good, thorough report. Also, the inspector took the extra time to explain the maintenance aspects of the house.

The inspector arrived prior to scheduled appointment Called to notify us of issues regarding access to the home Spent a great deal of time explaining to us the things he discovered Described how to take care of the minor defienciences Pointed out things that went unnoticed to us Showed us where the emergency shut off valves were located Instructed us on how to care for things like the sump pump Kept us updated on his progress even after we had left the house Called us and explained his findings Returned several days later to inspect an area where he wasn't able to get to previously

They did a great job. I will continue to use them in the future.

Scheduled a pre-sale inspection with Jason, they sent Eric he was 30 min. early which was great. Website said inspection would last 2 1/2 to 3hrs. He took 4 1/2 hours. Website said I would receive report at end of inspection, when he had finished the outside of house he told me that he would not be able to give me report that day he wanted to go over it with Jason but would send it to me the first thing the following morning which would have been Thursday. When I had not received it by 1 pm on Thursday I called the company office got a voicemail, left a message, got a call back later in the day from Stacy, she said she was trying to get into contact with Eric to find out why I had not received the report, I called again at 5;15 to see where report was, got voicemail again, Stacy called back said that I would have report first thing on Friday morning, I voiced my displeasure and she suggested I call the owner of company. I waited until the following morning nothing, called the office again spoke to Pam she suggested I talk to John, I called John (at 11:30 A.M.)he more or less called me a liar, said that Eric told me he would not have report to me until Friday A.M. and that he was finishing it up as we spoke. I had not received the report by 5:15 P.M. so I phoned John again, he said he would check into it and get back to me. I never heard back from John but did finally get report at 7:15P.M. on Friday 2 days after promised. When I went over report it was full of items that "could be a problem" and suggested that I hire a professional licensed in this area to inspect for problems.. I thought that was what I had done. Since then I have hired other professionals to inspect area Eric indicated where probl;ems only to find out they were perfectly fine. It seemed to me that he did not know what he was doing and since they say they will cover anything they inspect for a period of 90 days that he just marked things as having a problem so they would be covered "if" there was a problem. I feel as thought I have completely wasted the $300 they charged for this inspection.

The whole house inspection was completed within about 3 hours - approximately 1.5 to 2 hours was dedicated to the inspection process and the remainder was dedicated to writing the report and communicating the results. All areas that were to be inspected were not inspected due to the inspector stating his unwillingness to move obstructions such as the existing homeowner's furniture and clothes that blocked attic access - this limitation was not communicated prior to the time of the appointment. The wood eating insect inspection consisted of the inspector poking at some window sills and concluding that there were no obvious signs of infestation. The radon inspection was conducted by a lab in accordance with certification procedures. In all, the time taken to inspect the home with the limitation of not inspecting the attic was not commensurate with the price charged for the inspection. The inspector was a licensed electrician and as a result the report focused on electrical issues in absence of other mechanical or structural issues - little or no mention was given to the remaining useful life of such items as the roof or siding, ect.

We were very impressed with the inspection. Jason arrived early, and even though my husband was not able to be there personally, Jason talked to him on the phone several times during the inspection to advise him of specific major issues. My realtor was also present, and Jason was very thorough with what he did, and made sure that both of us understood everything. He was extremely knowledgeable and even made several suggestions to correct issues or problems that would help us stay within our budget without compromising the safety and integrity of the home. We were presented with a binder that included not only our inspection, but also several other tabbed sections full of information about home repairs, maintenance tips, and much more. We will definitely refer them to everyone we know who needs an inspection, and my Realtor feels the same way!!!

Inspector showed up on time and even printed results at the table and put everything in a binder. If we were listing with a realtor, the binder is a nice perk to show during home showings. The binder is well organized, so that any repairs that need to be done can be checked off and everything was labeled. This inspection was slightly less costly than another we had done, but I felt that a couple things were missed on this inspection. All questions were answered and the inspector made suggestions, but it wasn't as thorough as another inspection we had. This is definitely a learning process and both this inspector and another company's inspector were great at answering questions I had about the home.

Very well. Initial telephone conversations were informative and pleasant. Office staff called when Jason and his trainee were running late at a previous inspection. She also called my Realtor and took care of notifying the homeowner of the change. Once the appointed time came, Jason and company arrived on time. Throughout the inspection both were professional, thorough and informative. Inspection report thoroughly documented concerns and is conveniently available online.

AllCheck has always been very prompt and professional. Their ability to access the home inspection, for up to five years, is a wonderful service feature to offer. Appreciate their attention to detail and knowledge, which has enabled a positive experience of the home inspection process. Jason arrived on time and we walked through the home. When he found an issue, he explained why it was an issue and what needed to be done to correct it. Upon completion of the inspection, he provided both a hard copy (binder) and an electronically version of his report the same day. Very impressive. I would recommend Jason.

Went pretty well. We weren't happy to get the results back as they did confirm our suspicions but we thought they did a good job for the price.

Jason was on time during every inspection and was always available to contact by phone if I had any questions during the process. I would highly recommend Jason and AllCheck Inspections. They did a wonderful job and completely put my mind at ease regarding the construction of my new home.

HE TOOK PHOTOS OF ALL IDENTIFIED ISSUES (WHERE APPLICABLE) TO HELP US CLEARLY SEE THE ITEM BEING REFERENCED. WE WERE PROVIDED WITH THE BINDER THE SAME DAY AS THE INSPECTION WAS COMPLETED, THEN WERE SENT AN EMAIL MESSAGE WITH A LINK TO THE ELECTRONIC VERSION THAT HAD BEEN PUBLISHED THE FOLLOWING DAY. HE OFFERED TO GO OVER THE ENTIRE REPORT WITH US TO ENSURE WE UNDERSTOOD WHAT THE ISSUES OR POTENTIAL ISSUES WERE. WE HAD A FEW QUESTIONS AFTER REVIEWING THE REPORT AT HOME AND WERE ABLE TO REACH JASON TO GET OUR QUESTIONS ANSWERED WITHIN ONE BUSINESS DAY. WE ARE VERY SATISFIED WITH ALL CHECK INSPECTIONS SERVICES AND PRODUCTS. WE WILL DEFINITELY BE DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN.

Even though Jason was only there to advise on the structural issue, he was able to provide a very complete home inspection and alerted me to other issues that should be taken care of first. Jason was very informative about what could be safety issues and also explained maintenance issues that I hadn't even thought of. What impressed me most was the binder Jason gave me at the end of the inspection with the inspection report and lots of maintenance information.
