THEY GAVE AN ESTIMATE OVER THE PHONE, THE OWNER NEVER CAME TO MY HOUSE. ORIGINALLY I HAD ONE WOMAN WHO CLEANED MY HOUSE FOR A LONG PERIOD OF TIME. I WAS SATISFIED WITH HER. SHE HAD TO LEAVE FOR HEALTH REASONS SINCE THEN THERE SEEMS TO BE A LOT OF TURNOVER AND THEY WERE VERY INCONSISTENT. WHEN I TRIED TO CALL AND LET THEM KNOW THAT I WASN'T HAPPY, SHE WOULD JUST SAY THAT "NO ONE ELSE IS COMPLAINING" OR " I ALWAYS GET GOOD REPORTS" I WOULD ASK FOR THE SAME PERSON EVERY TIME, BUT SHE WOULD NOT LET ME KNOW WHO WAS COMING, NEVER ADDRESS ANY COMPLAINTS AND SEEMED TOTALLY UNCONCERNED.

OUR POLICY FOR 22 YRS. HAS BEEN TO GIVE FREE PHONE ESTIMATES FOR THE CONVENIENCE OF OUR CLIENTS. OUR PRICE WAS FAIR, ACCEPTED BY THE CLIENT & NOT EVER MENTIONED AS A PROBLEM. CLIENT CALLED WITH COMPLAINTS DURING THE 3 YEARS. HER PHONE CALLS WERE RETURNED PROMPTLY. WE DISCUSSED HER CONCERNS & AGREED ON RESOLVING THEM BASED ON THE CLIENT''S WISHES BY CORRECTING THE PROBLEM PROMPTLY OR NOTING IT FOR THE NEXT CLEAN. NO COMPLAINT WAS IGNORED. THE CLIENT HAD THE SAME EMPLOYEE FOR 2.5 YEARS. WHEN THAT EMPLOYEE LEFT FOR HEALTH REASONS, WE SENT OTHER CAPABLE EMPLOYEES TO CLEAN HER HOME. IT IS DIFFICULT TO GUARANTEE THE SAME PERSON EVERY TIME DUE TO SICKNESS, CAR PROBLEMS ETC. WHEN THE CLIENT COMPLAINED THE LAST TIME, WE SAID WE WERE SORRY SHE WAS UNHAPPY WITH OUR EMPLOYEE & THAT WE WERE SURPRISED BECAUSE MANY CLIENTS SAID THAT EMPLOYEE DID A GOOD JOB. WE OFFERED TO SEND A DIFFERENT EMPLOYEE, BUT SHE CANCELLED SERVICE. WE HAVE A REFERENCE LIST OF LONG-TIME CLIENTS (10-22 YEARS) AVAILABLE.
