Aaron York's Quality Air

We’ve been using them for years. They are always very responsive and helpful. Karen and her team make you feel like family.

This company is the what all companies should strive for regardless of the service they provide. In this case they showed up exactly when they said they would with four professional technicians and immediately got to work. The entire process took about six hours and has performed beautifully. They cleaned up after themselves and in fact my garage looked better then when they arrived.

I've used Aaron York for years, starting with my first house. I have used them religiously since '95. I've been on contract with them ever since '95.

Everything went well. We will continue to use & recommend.

York's does not keep their agreements. I offered to pay up front and settle the disagreement in small claims court, but instead they decided to refer me to their attorney and refused to honor the signed agreements we had in place.

Our HVAC system went out and I scheduled an appointment to have them repair it. Our system was over 25years old and they recommended that I replace it. They did a fantastic job the staff was friendly, clean and on time and had us up and running in no time.

We use them every six months. They are punctual. They are good. Everything is good. I like the personal service from the family that owns the company. Their gentlemen are always clean and prompt. As long as they don't raise whatever we are paying now to a higher rate then they are fine. So, don't raise the rate. I don't give anybody A's.

They installation was done about a year ago. That went very well. However, with all the high humidity we have had this summer, I called them to see if they could check to see if I was getting the maximum humidity reduction possible from the product. They came out with a rep from the manufacturer and suggested several alternatives. I tried one for a week and then had them return to set it back up the way it was originally. They were very responsive to my concerns and did not charge me for the two extra service calls a year later!

They confirmed what their competitor had told me was fair and accurate, and that they'd be glad to provide the service but it would cause me a delay during hot weather so I should probably just stick with the competitor that had already come out.

I didn't have a problem with them. They did a fine job. The interactions were fine with them.

On Sunday, January 18 our furnace stopped working. We called Aaron York's Quality Air with whom we have done business over 25 years. Once again I was not disappointed with their service. My call was immediately answered by the owner and a tech was at our house within the hour. I have worked with this technician for over 25 years so I knew we were in good hands. He quickly evaluated the problem and we were not surprised to learn that our 15 year old furnace needed to be replaced. On top of that we had a carbon monoxide leak that the tech quickly diagnosed and resolved. Within the next hour the owner was at our home and brought with him 3 electric heaters for us to use until our new furnace was installed. The owner and his technicians, althoug, their schedule was booked, worked us in the next day for an install. They said they would be there at 9 AM. They were there at 8:45 AM (they are always on time). They quickly went to work and by that evening we had a warm home once again and the satisfaction knowing that it had been done by highly skilled individuals. As I mentioned I have worked with Quality both on commercial and residential basis. They are honest - uphold the highest ethical standards - keep to their commitments and they have never disappointed me. Their employees are responsive, professional and skilled. The owners are amazing in their commitment to their customers and to their community. I would highly recommend Quality - I wish I could find a company with their high standards in other industries.

Excellent! We had an issue and a plumber had to come out during the installation. They even picked up the cost of the repair.

Our furnace problem started on Nov. 21 when we realized early in the morning that the house was 65 degrees and the temperature control was set at 71 degrees. In another hour it was down to 61. We called York and the person we talked to was able to walk us through a 'hard re-set' of the system. That brought the temperature back up most of the day but by evening it was again not registering the desired temperature. Early in the morning on Nov. 22 we called and arranged for an on-site repair. The repair man arrived as scheduled in the mid-afternoon and quickly assessed the problem and fixed it. He also noticed a couple of other small problems and fixed them. We have been using York for a number of years with two visits per year on an annual maintenance contract (one in the spring, one in the fall) and have always been extremely satisfied with the service, promptness and professionalism of the repairmen. Today's repair put our minds at rest as we're going to be out of town next week and didn't want to leave with the furnace not working properly. Being able to get on the schedule today (a Saturday) was terrific. Thanks, York!

They are very personable, they have high integrity, they are honest, they are clean, they are prompt, and they are just a great company.

I have used Aaron Yorks Quality Air for over 20 years both at home and at a business. I have never been disappointed in their service or expertise. I have always found that they go above and beyond to satisfy the customer. Over the past couple years at my home I have had them on service calls 3 times for issues after hours and on weekends. They are prompt to answer calls and their service people are prompt as well. I have worked with many of the employees - most recently David who ALWAYS does an OUTSTANDING JOB. He is professional and knows his business. They are an outstanding company with great employees. And even more importantly I know they are a company that takes great pride in integrity and honesty. I would highly recommend them.

Randy, the technician who did the diagnostic, explained the issues and recommended that we replace our system based on its age (16 years). Kris Conover took very good care of me and took the time to explain the differences between the systems. They were able to schedule the replacement for the next day. They arrived on time and patiently answered every question I asked. They also showed me how to change the air filter, how to program the thermostat and cleaned up after themseves. Jody, Matt and Kris were absolutely wonderful and I would highly recommend Aaron York's Quality Air to anyone!

They are always on time. They do an excellent job. We have had a service contract with them for twelve years.

Prior to selecting York I had a total of 3 estimates done. York was the only company to get into the crawl space to check the duct work to be sure there were no problems there. Their price was in-line with both other companies, but I just felt they did a much better job inspecting everything to be sure there weren't going to be any additional problems or surprises on the installation day. Kris, the president of the company, was who I dealt with during the estimate. He got into the crawl space himself and checked out everything thoroughly. On the day of installation, they arrived on time, did the installation, and every time they needed to enter the house they covered their shoes so as to not drag in any snow or mud. They cleaned up all of the materials from the installation completely and left everything nice and clean. They returned the next day to finish a few minor items of the install and then returned that evening once my wife and I were both home to go through the operation of the new system. (In 30 days, there is another meeting to answer any questions that we may have over the operation and to be sure everything is functioning correctly.) I felt very comfortable working with Kris and he was very informative during the explanation of the operation of the new system. I am very impressed and satisfied with their work.

I had mentioned to a friend that I needed someone to come out and do an inspection / tune up of my furnace. My friend recommended York Quality Air. I was able to call and schedule a 8:30 a.m. appointment on my day off from work. David arrived promptly and put shoe covers on to wear in my house. The entire tune up took about an hour. He also inspected my heat pump. Other than cleaning the coil on the heat pump, no issues were found. We also talked about installing a humidifier on my furnace. When I had my furnace replaced in 2008, the company that did the installation said they could not install a humidifier on the furnace. David indicated that my prior humidifier could be installed on my furnace, but the installation would be tricky as it would need to be low to the ground and that installation would likely take four hours. He provided me with a quote to install that I am pondering - at this time I am leaning to see if I can get by the new portable whole house humidifier I purchased about a month ago. I ended up purchasing a service plan to cover today's trip and one in the spring to check out my air conditioning. Total cost was $180, with $90 being applied today. I would gladly use York's again.

They do great work. They were professional, efficient, and cleaned up the nicely. They will come out the same day if there is any issue. They are very friendly and they have great customer service.

Quick response, knowledgeable on system, provided all requested information & did not oversell. New unit installed on time & is functioning without flaw.

I was faced with having to replace the orginal equipment in my home. My home was built in 1991 and the heat and ac units were definitely passed their service life. Facing the reality that we had to make a huge investment, I reached out to York's and all my worries and concerns were addressed. My wife and i felt very confident in our decision after we sat down with their representative who came to our house. He thoroghly explained all the options and answered every question we had. I did not feel pressured in anyway. Not knowing the industry of heating and air can tough when making such a big decision. The York technicians were amazing! I have a family of four and mornings are a little crazy trying to get kids off to school or to childcare. They were very professional and we felt very comfortable having them in our home. They were polite and talked to our children and dealt with our crazy dog. He loved having other people petting him and showing him some attention. They were efficent and explained what they were doing in and around the house. After the work was done, they explained the operations of the heating and ac units and honestly left the place in our basement cleaner than they found it. I would highly recommend York's to anyone. You can't put a price tag for peace of mind. Thank you Yorks!
