Walter's did a good job. They did everything they were supposed to do. I was very pleased with my interactions with them.

Door is smooth. No bend or ripple in the body work is visible. Newly painted area and existing painted area blend very well. Paint matches perfectly.

Excellent customer service! A full explanation was given of what needed to be done and why during the estimation process, as well as how long it would take and when it could be done. The work was done within 1 week, and they removed my tailgate so that I was still able to use my vehicle. They had no issues with me asking questions. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the pricing was very reasonable.

Went great!! Did not want to spend a lot on an old car but hood was not in a safe position. They realigned the hood and put the bumper back together., as I opted not to buy a new bumper cover. They called me the same day with an estimate, completed the work when they said they would, and it looks better than I expected!!

Services went great.   They did what I asked.   They were willing to store the vehicle while I was on vacation.   We did have a minor issue where my reverse parking sensor was not reconnected.   However, they fixed in about 20 minutes and were very apologetic.

I have a 1996 cargo van which was rusted badly on both underside rocker panels. I visited 2 large and 1 small body shops and none performed rust repair due to the liability of the rust reappearing.  The receptionist of one of the shops suggested I try Walters.  I dealt with Dwayne the owner whom was quite knowledgeable and personable as were the rest of the employees I had contact with.  The estimate was very detailed and understandable.  Both underside rocker panels were repaired (several metal patches had to be welded into place) and a hole in the left quarter behind the wheel, the outside edges of the roof were brush touched, and the inside edges of the doors were cleaned and brush touched.  A faulty airbag control module which took some extra effort on their part to locate was also replaced.  I'm very satisfied with Walters and the work they performed.

What we did not know, they did not provide the service for the hail damage, they subcontracted that out to a third party without our knowledge. Had we known we would not have had the service done there.  On top of that, we find out the car was taken from Greenwood to Carmel without our knowledge, driven by who know who, and left for who knows how long.  Additional damage was found and before we could have insurance reinspect they had already fixed the damage so we will never know if there was truly more to be fixed or if we were taken for another $2800.

They were able to do the work immediately and did a good job. They got it done 1 day early. The only complaint is that our car still smells like paint inside, which I'm sure will air out.

I know several other friends who have used them as well. I have been very pleased with their service and prices. I would recommend them.

Process went extremely well. They were the first place I visited. Watching the business grow thru the years helped me decide to give them a shot. The owner came out and talked with me and put together a quote. Made me feel After going to 3 other body shops, went back to Walters. Staff was extremely nice, helpful and understanding. Trying to help me save money but still get a the proper repairs. This was evident in the quotes from other body shops. Family owned center, which also helped my decision. They were also the lowest priced repair while even doing more labor. Did a great job.

I think their price was good. It was the mid price. They did painting as well. It's not the best work I've ever had done, but it was in the top 15%. I would use them again in the future.

Super! Friendy, honest folks and still professional. Price was below expected, the time to do this job was under 24 hours and my car was only out of service for 2 hours! These guys are the find of the year!

Brian gave me an estimate and said if I left the car that evening (Tuesday), it would be ready on Thursday. I left it mid-afternoon on Tuesday, and he called me the next day around noon and told me it was ready to go. They did a very good job on matching the paint and repairing the visual damage. I did have a rattle in the bumper reinforcement that was there since the initial damage was done several years ago. The rattle was not as severe, but still there, even though they had welded the reinforcement. I took it back and Brian tried to get the rattle taken care of by adding some screws. It did help some, but the rattle was still there. I called him a couple of weeks later, after I tried myself to find the rattle. He made arrangements for me to bring it in again so he could try to fix the rattle. When I arrived, Brian took off the bumper cover and after a few minutes was able to determine that the rattle was due to the reinforcement being bent and there was metal to metal contact, causing the rattle on rough roads. He welded numerous areas, working toward eliminating the rattle. This was a tedious process, but finally most of the rattle was eliminated, or minimized. He determined that to totally get rid of the rattle, a new reinforcement would have to be installed. I do not believe the cost would be worth it on a 6 year old SUV, so I opted not do that. Brian went to extreme measures to try to rectify the problem to my satisfaction.

It is a long way from the northside of Indianapolis to Smith Valley Road but worth the road trip. Walter's did a wonderful job on my car and were wonderful to work with. I dropped my car off the day I left on vacation and picked it up when I returned. The day I returned was a Saturday and they are closed on Saturday. Knowing what a trek it is for me to get down there and what a hassle it is to try and find someone to drive me down there on a work day, Denver offered to to go in on his day off to accommodate my schedule! When I arrived, there was a minor problem with the back tail light and they spent an hour trying to fix it ON THEIR DAY OFF! They were great, Denver was wonderful to work with and the owner was helpful too.

Walter's had my car for almost a month. When my car was returned to me, the steering wheel was not entirely put back together, wiring from my speakers was exposed on the driver side floor board, the interior was filthy with dirty footprints, my driver side window tint did not match the rest of the car, and the interior of my door looked sloppy. They fixed my wheel and wiring, however I was told that the door was going to stay the way it looked because that is how it came in. They also cleaned out my car the second time it was worked on. They paid to have my window re tinted as well. I started having electrical problems soon after this and finally the lights just quit working. They attempted to solve this problem at least 4 times before taking it elsewhere. In the meantime, my driver side lock was broken and they attempted to fix this FIVE different times, to no avail. They finally addressed this issue, although it is not fixed properly at all, the lock is visibly lower than the passenger side.

This was about the middle price of all the estimates I obtained. It was going to cost 3900 and take 2 weeks. After I dropped off the vehicle I got a call from the shop saying they found additional problems and it was going to increase the cost of repair. After the 2 weeks I called and was told it was going to take 2 to 3 more days. Eighteen days later I got my car back and it still wasn't complete. I had to take it back on the following Monday to get the last fender flare installed. The paint job looks good and I can't tell which parts were new and which were repaired. The inside of the door panel has a plastic pin which holds the panel on and it is broken and won't stay in place. I can probably fix that myself since I don't want to go back there again.

Polite and gave detailed estimate. Able to get the car in quickly to fix it. Results seem to be good. Took care of payment through insurance company. Only complaint is that I did not receive a call at time expected to pick up car when additional work was needed.
