Description of Work: Took the coat for a new zipper in the late fall. Waited two months and realized I had not heard back. Called her, she made excuses why nothing had been done. Her reasons where legit but she acted like she had contacted me and it was vis versa. I said ok let her keep it still did not hear from her. Called again and she still had not done the work. Said someone told her the company would repair it if I sent it back and I could come get the jacket. This time still came up with excuses and cakes like she had called me.

 + -1 moreThey where done in the time frame promised. When I went in, I tried the skirts on and The Sewing Lady did some additional alterations on the spot to give the skirts an even better fit. Very affordable, very nice people!

 + 1 moreHad my wedding dress altered with The Sewing Lady. I had never had anything of that magnitude done before and was a little nervous considering it was my wedding dress! I was immediately put at ease from the very beginning. Not only is the staff extremely effecient and talented, but the owner has such a calming and sweet personality. I felt welcome and the whole experience has been a great one. I feel very lucky to have stumbled onto this wonderful place.
Description of Work: Had my wedding dress altered and taken in. There was quite a bit to do, adding bustle, taking in the shoulders, and of course taking a lot of length out of the bottom of my dress. My mother in law came in with me for a fitting and was so impressed, she brought in her wedding attire to be altered for the big day as well!
