Top notch service. Called on Friday and they were out on Saturday to do the job. Very pleased with the service we received. Even had coloring books for the kids.

The Chimney Doctor was very efficient and wonderful to work with. The came out the same day I contacted him to look at my chimney and serviced it a few days later. I didn't get the run around like I did when I contacted other companies. He's very personable and knowledgeable about his job and reasonably priced.

Very professional and explained the process as he did the work. Also explained the problem and gave an estimate on cost to repair it. I will call this company when I am in the position to get the issue repaired. Excellent customer service and very reasonable pricing!

Quick call back to set appointment. Arrived on time and fully cleaned up the area - would never know he was there. Also gave a full explanation of proper operation.

Appt. was scheduled quickly. It took less than a week for them to come out and that was during busy season. Technician was courteous and on time. The job seems to have been done really well. Technician took pictures of my chimney to show me repairs that will need to be done. Awaiting a quote for that follow-up work. But overall initial chimney cleaning and inspection went well.

The gentleman was courteous, arrived on time and did a very thorough cleaning and inspection. I expect to call him once the weather gets better to work on the flashing around the chimney. I have already recommended him to a friend.
