Cragen Lawn Care

We've used them for a long time now. When they first started coming we had a dog who didn't like people to be in the backyard so they would always call to let me know when they were coming. They've always been very prompt and usually send the same guy out. They do what they are here to do and don't bother anything. They clean up behind themselves and have always been polite. If we've had weeds pop up after they've been here then they will come back and spray again. I think the price is reasonable, too.

They did good work. They are a family-run lawn care service, but I canceled them out because after about 4 or 5 years I didn't see enough results in my yard to satisfy the amount of money that I was paying them. I can't remember the cost. Their professionalism and their punctuality were very good. It's just that I didn't see good enough results in what I was paying for. I wouldn't have them back.

They are always prompt. They have always been responsive if I call back because of weeds coming up. The owner has even come out. I am not happy with the way our lawn looks, but we don?t have very good soil. Their company is fine.

I like them very much. They do a good job.

Cragen came out gave an estimate and was able to schedule service that week.

These guys are great. Make applications when they say they will and leave bill. Have had no troubles, just a beautiful yard.

They are very quick and very thorough. They always come when they are supposed to. They call ahead to let us know they are coming. The workers are always very helpful, polite, and courteous when they come out.

They come when they are needed, and let you know what their going to do and they do it! Its a very good service. We've used them for several years, and I've never had any complaints. My lawn looks great!

Their prices are competitive, but a little pricey. I feel that you get what you pay for. Price is per application. I do plan to continue using them.

The lawn looks so much better than when I bought the house a couple of years ago. They have been doing this forever & are a very good source of knowledge about anything related to lawns.

Bill Cragen came out an gave me an estimate, and I had him come out for spraying. My lawn is now much greener than the neighbors, and virtually weed free.

Overall they do a good job; Bill Cragen addressed concerns with weeds from neighbors yard coming into ours personally and sprayed accordingly at no extra charge. HONEST AND RELIABLE! A little pricy...but you get what you pay for!!! Been with Cragen for years...quit a little while...and went right back because they are the best! $78/spray on large corner lot...X 5-6 treatments a year.

They do a great job. They cost a little more, but are worth it.

Seemed very knowledgeable. The square footage estimate of our lawn was very realistic. We had some companies that way over estimated. They were friendly, and great to work with. We won't know for awhile if lawn is improved. We would definitely recommend.

CRAGEN'S CALL THE DAY BEFORE THEY COME TO MAKE SURE THE PETS A OFF THE LAWN. I HAVE A SECTION OF THE LAWN TREATED AND THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN RIGHT ON TARGET. THEY EVEN CHECK TO SEE IF THE LEAVES ARE RAKED BEFORE THE TREATMENT AND SCHEDULE THE TREATMENT TO BE SURE THE LAWN IS READY.

THEY COMPLETED BOTH THE QUOTE AND SUBSEQUENT WORK IN A TIMELY MANNER. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR SERVICES.

WE HAVE USED CRAGEN'S OVER THE PAST 3 YEARS AND HAVE BEEN VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR SERVICE. WE PAY $45 PER TREATMENT (4 TIMES A YEAR). THE ONE TIME WE DID HAVE A PROBLEM, THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY CAME TO OUR HOUSE AND PERSONALLY TOOK CARE OF THE PROBLEM. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND CRAGEN LAWN SERVICE!
