I also had my car done there and I and my husband both had to pay an extra $50 on top of the big deal. They took my car and my husband's a month apart because then I had his van and then the same thing happened. We paid another $50. I said, "I do not understand it." And my husband said the same thing, "Why are we paying an extra $50?" I was like, "Because the guy there said that our cars were trucks."

It went great. It was easy to set an appointment and they went through extra trouble because of my schedule. I had to pick up my car in the evening after they were closed. But when I first saw the vehicle I said to my my wife, "that's not my car, is it?" Well it was and I'd not hesitate to let them do it again. A fine business to do work with.

It was done very well. I felt it was well worth the money.

The detail did a great job. Paint was fading and they were able to buff & wax to restore the shine. Headlamps restore to clear from discoloration.

What details can I give. He washed and cleaned every inch of the exterior and interior of my car.

Removing the rust spots and painting was excellent - I couldn't be more happy! I had a car accident last year and took my car to a collision center and had to refuse it twice because of the poor paint work (fish eyes, etc.) If I needed any kind of body work, I wouldn't hesitate to use All-n-1 again. The detailing was a disappointment - I did not get a better detail than I have experienced at other detail companies and this was over $300 compared to $100. Although I brought some things to their attention when I picked up the car and they acted right away, I keep finding things that weren't touched even a week later. For example, I filled the car up with gas and inside the cover had not been touched. It was dirty and also had 6 lines of white car wax that had dripped down in it. I don't expect to pay for a service and have to go back and redo things.

I had given my vehicle for interior and exterior detailing. They did a good job cleaning the vehicle and were quite professional, however, there was one issue that I had encountered. On the day they had cleaned my vehicle, their blower/dryer was in an inoperable condition. So, my mats and interior carpets were dripping wet. They told me that I could take my vehicle and that if I left the doors open with the mats out in my garage overnight, it should solve the moisture problem. However, that did not happen in spite of it being a hot day. The next day I threw all the mats in and started driving as usual but I had to withstand the musty smell for over a week as the carpets under the vinyl mats were still wet. I hope they do a better job scheduling the requests in the future and have a backup to blow/dry.

All round excellent job. They even managed to get my cream colored floor mats back to cream colored. I thought for sure I would have to replace them, which would have cost more than the detailing service. The car looks great, inside and out!

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was just okay. I don't think they did a very good job on the inside. They basically swept it out but I wouldn't take it back. They didn't really clean it. On the outside they seemed to do a very good job but they did not clean my bottom board for some reason. I will give them a poor rating. I wouldn't go back. It was $125 and since I had a van, I had to pay maybe $75 or $100 more. They had it done really quickly. I've used detailers before and it seems to be the same outcome. I think they probably have several to do, they do them very quickly and they just don't do a good job. I had some areas that just weren't done. I guess I just have to do it myself.

My car looks amazing! I purchased a Big Deal through Angie's List and I am so glad I did! I have always wanted my car cleaned really well but have been too cheap to try it in the past. I dropped my car off the night before and picked it up the next evening after work and it was like picking up a new car. Wonderful! It's probably something I will have done bi-annually going forward.

It was great. They got my car and they detailed it, and I picked it up. They did a really good job.

Scheduling was flexible Service was prompt and thorough Techs seemed to really care about their work; showed pride Very polite Truck was cleaner than it has been in years They helped schedule some services by another shop and that work was also great. THey said they would remove a dent and do some paint restoration (extra charge) but were not able to schedule it and did not notify me until I arrived to pick it up.

This was excellent. I did not pay more than the price I paid for the big deal purchase. They came in and did exactly what they were supposed to do. It was great, they did what they said they were going to do. The guy was very helpful and very informative and did a good job.

We contacted this business for pricing and it took over a week to receive a response. We were told to bring our boat to their place of business on the following Monday and they would give us a quote on some buffing and compound work. My husband dropped off the boat and was told they would call him with the quote so we could decide if we wanted more than just the detailing of the interior. At 5 pm I drove to the business as we still had not received a quote. I was told that the manager knew we were waiting for a quote. We received a quote at that time. However their employee tried to talk us out of having the interior buffed and compounded. We agreed to the quote and told the company to proceed. When we picked up the boat it was not clean like one would expect after spending nearly 300 dollars. The ski wells and cup holders and storage compartments had not been touched. I contacted the owner and they sent someone out to our house to reclean it. However they still did not clean the storage compartments other than wiping the floor. While it was better it was not what one would expect for paying this kind of money. And no one contacted us after their employee left to see if the job had been done to our satisfaction. We would not return to this business.

I got the appointment very quickly when I called. I thought they did a good job until later on today when I looked at my windows and they were in really bad shape. I wasn't really happy about that. They did a good job it was just the windows, they didn't do a decent job there. But the car itself was alright.

Scheduling was simple, the job done was fantastic. Better than I hoped.

Set up appointment with no problem. Was performed as promised, and did an amazing job cleaning and detailing the car. Was able to do a great job and took feedback very humbly. They went over my concerns and addressed my issues right on the spot. Would recommend them to anyone looking for quality cleaning and detailing.

Great service. The detail was excellent. They even redid same spots i asked them to redo.

I didn't get called back to scheduled when I left my shop. ( a couple of times) so stayed by and scheduled car looks great.

The vehicle looks like new, service was a reasonable price, very attentive to detail. Was able to get the car in next day I called. Very convenient.

They did a tremendous job on our cars. My car needed a lot of repair, but they made it look brand new. I can't believe how much better my car looks now before it went in. The price we paid was worth it.
