Description of Work: I was ready to purchase new door and opener. He added less than 1 turn to torsion springs, repaired something with the chain gear and lubed everything. Told me my setup was pretty good and no need for replacement at this time. Working fine for two weeks. THANKS!

+ -1 moreCompany rep. showed up promptly even though it was the middle of a snowstorm. He resolved the problem quickly, and also checked out the garage door opener. The GDO is now working much more quietly & smoothly. Some small cracks on the garage door were pointed out to us so we can keep an eye on them for future repairs, as needed. The service rep. was very friendly and thorough. We'll definitely call them again when service is needed!
Description of Work: Garage door would not stay up. New springs had been installed by another company, but they were not properly adjusted. Adjustments were made to correct problem, and then the garage door opener was adjusted/lubricated, and door/sensors were checked overall.

+ -1 moreI called and requested service on Wednesday afternoon. He was here first thing on Thursday morning. He called first before coming. Within seconds he had the problem diagnosed and quoted the price. I was impressed with his efficiency. There was no hesitation. He knew exactly what he was doing. He said he'd been doing this for 27 years, and could do it in his sleep. I believe he probably could. He was finished in under a half an hour. Not having much to go on, I assume the price was fair.
Description of Work: Garage door was not opening properly. He replaced a broken spring, reinstalled a roller and lubricated rollers, hinges and springs.

Description of Work: I requested a quote on replacing my existing garage door. Todd Daniel promptly responded to my inquiry with garage door choices and related cost estimates. Estimate was competitive. Promptly scheduled an installation date. Showed up on time, installed the new door, and hauled away old door. Left area neat and clean.

+ -1 moreBOTH TODD AND HIS ASSISTANT WERE VERY PLEASANT AND DID AN EXCEPTIONAL JOB. CLEANED EVERYTHING AND REMOVED ALL OLD PARTS. VERY POLITE AND I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.
Description of Work: HAD OLD GARAGE DOOR REMOVED, AND INSTALLED A NEW STEEL INSULATED DOOR. ALSO REMOVED OLD DOOR OPENER AND INSTALLED NEW ONE. THE QUALITY OF THE MATERIALS USED IS EXCELLENT.
