Purchased Groupon 3 weeks ago, company has been poor with communication and I've had to reach out proactively. The cancelled the first appointment due to "truck failure" and pushed my appointment back two weeks. I had to reach out to get a time for service and I informed them I had an appointment during that window and I would only be able to meet in person 12-1, the tech called me at 1255 and said he was 20 minutes away, I explained that I would not be there but he could go inside and do what he needed to do and bill me. The tech (Alan) was quite rude and told me that he would need to reschedule since I didn't appear to understand how the Groupon worked. I told him that I understood the fine print and was ok with it but I could not talk on the phone at that time and needed to go but to please proceed as planned. Alan did not show up and texted me to tell me that he was too busy and that I'd have to reschedule. I called the office twice, left a voicemail, and no one has returned my call. They expect me to take initiative and reschedule a third time?? Very poor service & unprofessional. I would avoid working with this company. Will be reporting to Groupon as well.

Jeff Stoll and Integrity were great. He explained everything, was super friendly, and was quick getting the work completed. I appreciate him and Integrity on helping us out!
