The plumbers on both ocaasion went the extra effort to comple the work and preform in a very professional manner and were a pleasure to talk too.

Everything went very well. They were able to identify the problem and fix it quickly.

I really like them. He was polite and did whatever I asked. He did what I needed done. He was on time, thorough and knowledgeable.

He came and checked the problem, calibrated it and changed the part. He was personable and kept me informed about what he was doing. He went to get the part and answered all my questions. He also explained things in details and did a good job. He finished it within the required time and the price was worth the job done. I liked his services and will use the same in future.

Called on Tuesday afternoon and they were able to send someone out Wednesday morning. Tom was very friendly and did a great job! Put in a new kitchen faucet for me and unclogged a bathtub and bathroom sink, and fixed a running toilet.

Person arrived on time for estimate of plumbing work. Then never called back with quote. I called the office and they promised to get back with me and they never did. No explanation - just blown off. Several days later, they phoned with apologies. I changed my ratings. Mistakes do happen and I feel this estimate just got lost in the shuffle.

Immediate objective was to stop a leaking toilet in the Master bath. My husband and I had already pulled the toilet, quarter round trim and vinyl flooring to discover a wet subfloor. We dried the subfloor out completely and already had a wax ring, but upon closer inspection we discovered the flange that holds the toilet in place was cracked in two places. Not knowing what it would take to repair this problem, we decided to call for professional services. Kellie's Plumbing was offering a "Big Deal" discount for 2 man hours of labor @ $119.00. We read the reviews and chose to have them come out. We called on Tuesday afternoon and were scheduled for the very next morning. Our serviceman called before coming, arrived on time, was very professional and went to work right away. He used a flange repair kit, replaced the intake line, used our wax ring and reset the toilet. Problem solved. At this point, there was about a half hour of time left on our pre-paid 2 hours of labor and I asked if he might have the necessary parts and equipment on the truck to install a new outdoor water faucet. He said he did and he explained that it would probably take about 90 minutes of labor to install @ $95 per hour. Without asking what the parts portion might cost ( BIG,BIG MISTAKE), I told him to proceed with the installation. Two hours later and $369.18 additional ($190 labor, $179 parts), we now have a new outdoor water faucet. It's very nice, it works well and I'm glad we have it, but I believe it turned out to be a very expensive water faucet. Lesson learned, ask more questions and do some comparative shopping first. (i.e., 2 spanner flange repair kits @ Lowes = $10.44, Kellie Plumbing = $35.64.) After re-reading the reviews on Kellie Plumbing, one common theme appears, A's on everything but Price. I liked them and would recommend them for the quality of their work, but I do believe they are pricey. I might use them again, but not before doing my homework on parts pricing. Total bill for the day $473.00 ($488 minus $15 senior discount).

Purchased the Big Deal for $119 for 2 hours of plumbing work. Came out the same day and replaced the S trap under our sink with the proper P trap and removed debris from the master but supply lines/faucet to get water back running to the master tub. Very nice company to work with and very fast, friendly and competent plumber who was able to get the work done in less than 2 hours. Without the Big Deal price the company let me know that their usual rates are $160 for the first hour and I think $80 each additional hour and since they are out of Franklin Indiana, I would have also been charged an additional $15 trip fee to going to downtown Indiana. Not sure if I can afford them over another plumbing to add that bathroom our new house as I planned since I would have to pay their normal rates but if I could afford it, I would definitely go with Kellie Plumbing.

I wasn't home but my son showed them what needed done. Said there weren't any replacement parts for the leaky bathroom faucet. Suggested it would be cheaper for me to purchase a new faucet and then schedule another service call for replacement. He did slow the leak by turning down the water pressure to the cold tap. Cleaned drain but it is still slow. Gave an estimate of $750 to fix leaky shower but said there was no urgency to it since we've stopped using it due to the leak.

I had a great experience with them. They weren't able to finish the job the first time because the parts that were sent to us were broken and had nothing to do with them. They were prompt to come back and fixed it as soon as they came in.

I would highly recommend Kellie Plumbing. they have been great to deal with and I would hire them again.

We received a call that morning when the tech was on his way. He worked with my wife throughout this project as I was at work. He was polite, he explained everything very well and showed a detailed invoice as to each piece of equipment he used. When he ran the line for the sump pump he even took the time to dig up and transplant a rose that was in the way. We were very happy to get this much work done for less than $500. Will definitely call again when we need any plumbing work done. If I had to find something to complain about it would be that we paid $90/hour for him to sit in the truck for 15 minutes to write up the invoice. I understand paying a premium for the service, but not for paperwork. Not a big deal, just seems a bit out of line to pay $22.50 to have someone write up their paperwork.

I bought an Angie's List Big Deal for this service, and was very pleased with the entire process. My first Big Deal to be used. When I scheduled the service, they were very professional and easy to deal with. The serviceman was prompt, clean, kind, and also very professional. He explained what he did to fix the problem, and was very non-judgemental about the huge hair clog in the pipe!! My drain is faster than it's ever been since we have lived here. Life's little luxuries!

They called first, arrived on time and did a very professional job. They were very friendly and personable. The price charged was less than I expected. Will definitely use them again.

Most recently I had a problem with my kitchen sink. The spray part did not work. They had repaired it approximately a year before. They came out, and fixed the problem. They didn't want to charge me, but I felt they were due for something for their work and time.

The man doing the estimate came the day after the company was contacted and arranged for the work to be done on the next day. On the day after the work was completed a problem arose (unrelated the the work completed) and Kellie was called. Someone showed up that morning, fixed the problem and completed an estimate for additional work. The work was completed the next day. The workers sent were pleasant, cleaned up after the jobs were completed, and were punctual.

The work turned out very well. The technician was quick and efficient, which I appreciated. Overall, I was happy with their service.

They are always on time, pleasant, and knowledgeable. They are clean both coming in and leaving. Basically, they are the type of people you?d want to hire. Most importantly, their employees are able to answer a wide variety of questions.

They are always timely, friendly, and get the job done; that?s why we keep going back to them.
