They did an excellent job, including buffing off the hard-water buildup around the faucets. They were prompt, and arrived for the work as scheduled.

They were on time. They did exactly what they said they would do. They did a good job. We were very pleased. I thought that the price was a little high. They were really good.

He was good. Scheduled quickly, showed up when he said he would. He completed it in less than 2 hours. We used him again for some more.

It went fine, and they did a good job. They had to dig a part of it out front by hand, it was winter, and they did it anyway. I was really happy that they did the work. They dug up the main drive, first outside and then through the wall. Later on, they had to come and replace ten foot under the house. Their price was acceptable. For the work they did, I thought that I would end up paying more. They came right out, and they were always on time.

The Kellie employee showed up on time. He was courteous and friendly and went about his work professionally. When he was finished he cleaned up after himself and hauled away the old toilets.

Water was backing up from the floor drain in our basement, and moving toward the newly remodeled finished area of basement where there was new carpeting. Discovered this early in the morning. Called Kellie Plumbing because we had used them in the past for major work that had to be done to replace pipe running through basement floor, as well as for replacement of outside faucets, and we had been very happy with them. This time was no exception. Tom S. called before coming to the house so that he could make sure that he had all of the equipment that he might need for our job already on his truck. He was here before 8:30 a.m. and quickly checked out everything and got the line cleared. He even helped mop up the water during the time that he was testing the line to make sure that every thing was working properly. He could not have been more efficient, professional or pleasant. We are extremely happy with Kellie Plumbing, and will continue to be very loyal customers. From the time that the call is made to the time that the job is complete, it is a pleasure to do business with them.

I have used Kellie Plumbing for 20+ years and have always received excellent service. This last time Tom fixed what my kitchen contractor did not in approximately two hours time. They are the ones to call when you are in need of assistance with plumbing issues.

As I said before, a great experience and I plan on calling this summer for a job.

My experience with Kellie's plumbing was extremely pleasant. They came out to fix my problems in a very prompt and professional manner.

We always use them for any plumbing services. They are always really good about coming right away. Usually they can come later the same day that you call.

Both times, a Kellie plumber showed up on time. Did the work asked. Suggested reasonable plan of action. Performed ONLY the needed repairs, and did not spend a lot of time in my home making those repairs. The repairman was polite and clean both times. The only thing I might say "bad" about Kellie is that they charge a full price, but I choose to see that as "getting what you pay for". I feel this is a firm I can trust, and I will go back to them every time.

My experience was excellent! The technician who arrived was able to identify the problem quickly. It turns out the issue was just a loose bolt. When I asked how much he needed to charge, I was told nothing. He said since his work was so minimal, I didn’t need to pay. I was really impressed by this.

I was not thrilled with the service. The first plumber did a horrible job and they had to have someone return to complete the work. I would not hire this company.

I called at 4 AM and left a message. They called back right at 8AM. They always do a tremendous job. Casey came out today and worked hard and fast. He was honest and had a great sense of humor. I have used them five or six times over the years.

We noticed a small channel of water running through our garage, away from the wall it shares with our laundry room. Because our home has had issues with leaking pipes before, we immediately called Kellie Plumbing, who did an outstanding job for us about 2 years before when we had a similar issue. We noticed the leak on Sunday; on Monday morning we called Kellie and they responded immediately; they had someone out the next day to check it with a scope to determine the location of the leak. Since the leak was in the slab, and underneath the wall between the laundry room and garage, we knew that there would be some mess. However, Matt, who came out to do the repair, did an outstanding job of keeping the damage to our walls and floors to a minimum, and when he was finished, he replaced the concrete so well, our tile man didn't have to do any levelling work before replacing the two tiles that Matt had to remove to do the work. We have used other plumbers in the past, and I know they wouldn't have done nearly as good a job as Kellie. They have our plumbing business from now on.

Kellie replaced a faucet that was leaking badly. He was prompt, fair and reasonable. He came when he was suppose to come, did what he was suppose to do, and then left. We were happy with his work and would use him again.

A mixed experience, they were an hour late. Very bad attitude but the work was performed.

We have used them for a very long time. They are the people who did the plumbing originally in this house when it was built and we continued to use them because we got very good service. They usually tell you about when they would be there and then they call you on the way there, on the way to the appointment to say that they are on their way. That is really helpful as opposed to some company who would say between 8:00 and 12:00 and then they just show up. They are very competent. I do know that I feel that we got very good value for what we got. I would use their services again in the future if needed.

I had an excellent experience with Casey of Kellie Plumbing today. We purchased a new refrigerator and needed a water line put in for the ice maker. With generally the high cost of a plumber, we opted to include some other work to be completed as well. We received an estimation of work last week, promptly after I made my call to Kellie Plumbing of Franklin. Casey arrived on time today and did a masterful job with several tasks on our list. He also identified a very small propane leak by our water heater while doing his plumbing work. I can't explain how pleased I was with not only Casey's attention to detail, but his absolute commitment to making sure I was pleased with his work effort. He tackled the tasks and remained very calm when items were challenging.In the 22+ years we have lived at Cordry Sweetware Lake, we have had an occassional need for a plumber and have used a few: AO Smith, Early Gray & Sons, Dunhams and now Kellie Plumbing. It was one and done with AO Smith and Earl Gray & Sons. While Dunhams out of Nashville is excellent they are small and cannot routinely get to you quickly for an unplanned event. After the experience today, we will be committed to Kellie Plumbing as our professional plumbing service, a great experience.

They are great people. They are extremely nice. They were very cooperative. They are very honest.

They were punctual, and did a good job.
