After checking the breaker box, which was OK, Tom noticed that an electrical panel on the wall hooked up to our water pressure tank was loose. Tom placed the panel back in proper position, and the water pressure came back. He made some suggestions about how to protect the panel from being bumped and gave me some safety tips. Life has returned to normal in our household.

It was good. They were very easy to work with and they completed the job we needed them to do. I think we had to have some more work done from them but it all worked out really good. I know that it was a good experience.

Tom showed up promptly, was very clean, efficient and quick in his repair work. Although he worked quickly, he took the time to very carefully check the entire system after each repair and thus found an additional non-obvious problem. There is still additional work from the unexpected problem to complete, so I haven't seen the bill yet and will rate the quality & price at a later date. Annie H. (office manger/scheduler) was very helpful and efficient and demonstrated excellent communication skills and follow through. Unless something changes drastically though, I am very happy with the service, communication & responsiveness that I've experienced thus far from everyone that I've dealt with at Kellies' Plumbing and expect to use them for any future plumbing needs.

We were selling our house and inspection found a leak in our master shower. I know we got our fixtures from Kellie when we were building our house. I think they also installed them. The man they sent out was very nice, he arrived on time and determined the leak was from water getting behind the knob plate on the shower wall. He charged me less than a service call since he didn't actually fix anything. What bothers me is that it wasn't until we had a tile person come out that we found out the reason the knob had a leak was because when it was installed they didn't put the rubber gasket behind the shower knobs! I think Kellie installed it but even if they didn't, the guy they sent should have been able to identify that at as the source of the problem. I wouldn't use them again.

Very well; serviceman was nice guy.

Good, he tried the plunger first then had to use the machine to clear the drain of the clog because it was so far down in the line. He was very nice, gave me info on how to clean the drain from time to time.

We came home from being gone for a week to a water heater that was leaking all over the finished basement. I discovered the problem on a Saturday, called Kellie Monday and even though they were booked for the day I was scheduled for the afternoon. It was great, no more leaks and plenty of hot water.

It was a flat rate no matter what they have to do. We only needed them for one thing, and they charged us the full price for the hour of service. That is what I did not like about them.

Not well at all and we are still having problems. Pipes were installed wrong at initial install. first water heater lasted less than a year, we have had 4 plumbing leaks since the home was built. Three of those were in the concrete slab We are now going to have to have the entire house replumbed So needless the say, we are not at all happy with Kellie Plumbing. We will never have them do anything for us again and if we had had a choice when we built our home, we would not have used them then.

They are super responsive, professional and personable. They get the work done with little disruption possible. I am really happy with them.

The gutters were replaced with excellent craftmenship, on schedule and have worked perfectly since.

The techician arrived very promptly, and the diagnosis was thorough. My options were explained well, and the replacement water heater was installed the same day. I was very appreciative of the timeliness of the work. An hour after the technician left I noticed a leak from an improperly installed fitting. I called and the technician made a followup visit on the same day to correct the issue.

They scheduled the appointment the same day I called and the job was done professionally. I was very satisfied with their work. I will call them again for my plumbing issues.

Kellie plumbing was immediately responsive. We were quite impressed by how quickly they got a plumber to our house. I called at 8 am and the plumber was there around 2-3 pm. He was very professional with a smile and a great attitude, even after he saw the pipe was in the wet clay crawl space. He fixed the pipe quickly and we had water that day. Their service was quick, efficient and professional.

Called to have a burst spigot replaced at a 2nd home. They came next day, looked at job, informed me they would need to cut a hole in the wall and how big it would be, called me with an estimate and completed the job, then sent me a bill in the mail. Very efficient and EASY.

We had a sewer smell in our home yesterday and could not figure out where it was coming from. We called Kellie Plumbing of Greenwood, IN this morning, and they came right out to help! After a nice professional conversation, the plumber went to our crawl space and saw what the problem was. He came back and proceeded to tell us what was wrong. He tried fixing it the most cost effective way first, and it was successful! WOW! We would definitely recommend Kellie Plumbing of Greenwood! :)

Kellie plumbing had installed a bathroom in the basement. The toilet started backing up (rubber boots needed) and would not drain. The suggestion was to locate an ole septic tank (we have two systems) which involved Powers Septic and Bloodhound to locate the unmarked system. The tank was pumped and all is well. Kellie did not bill me for the call. In the above bathroom there is a sump pump that was supposedly replaced by Brian Flanagan of Basement Solutions. It turns out I paid for a pump and it was not replaced. As an aside there is a new owner for Basement Solutions who has been very cooperative in settling issues from Brian Flanagan.

We've had them come out twice - a couple years ago & in Nov 2012. We called them again because they did such a good job first time. Both times we called they came out the same day & did the fix. They seemed honest & concerned about any mess. They cleaned up after themselves as well.

It went fine. Leak was fixed.

The technician arrived on time and was very friendly. It took him a long time to figure out how to reconnect the ROS which is probably why it cost so much.

Execellent expierence. I would definetly recommend this company.

All went very well. The Kellie plumber installed the toilet in the time estimated, ensured it was working with no leaks, removed the old toilet and cleaned up after himself. Although Kellie Plumbing may be more costly than some plumbing services, the responsiveness, quality and professionalism provided are well worth the cost.

Drain hasn't clogged and it's been a year. I don't go down there as it truly is a trip thru dusty webby h*** to get there. I assume the job was done. No extra charges for a trip into h***. I like that. I never want to go in there again.....Unless that's what I've earned for a dissolute life. Eternity in the crawl space. "I'm not the man I was..I'm not the man I was, oh spirit..."

Overall, Kellie Plumbing was very professional, friendly, and informative. They fixed the leak in a reasonable time and I have never used a professional plumber before, so a far as price, I felt is was fair. After talking with my brother, he said that is was very comparable to other companies.

I purchased a "Big Deal" coupon from Angie's List for two hours of plumbing services. I contacted them and described my desire to have a gas line run across the basement to a gas dryer. They indicated they would need to send someone out to inspect the site and see what they would need to do the job. While Ken (the estimator) was there I asked him to also estimate the replacement of an older outside faucet with a newer anti-syphon head. A day or two later I received this email from Ken: "Attached you will find the estimate for the gas pipe installation and the hose spigot replacement. If you should have any questions regarding the estimate, you may contact me either by phone or email.My email address is: kellieplumbingservice@yahoo.com" and this estimate for the work: Cost Breakdown: Materials Cost: $286.10 Tax on Materials: 20.03 Threader machine: 45.00 Labor: 680.00 (2 men-4hours= 8man hours) Total Balance of Job: $1031.13 Angie?s List purchase: -119.00 ( 2 hours on job time deducted) Balance Due: $ 912.13 Here is the full text of my email reply: "Ken: Thanks for working this up and sending it to me. I have to tell you that I was certainly surprised after what we talked about at the house, where you indicated that you saw maybe 2 additional man hours of work. Here in this job estimate you say the job could be a total of 8 man hours. That seems like a lot to me. I'm sure you understand your business in ways that I do not, but I am not interested in having that job done for that type of money. So, here is what I want to do instead. With the 2 man hours of plumbing work that I've already paid for, I want a person to come out and replace only the 90 degree bend in the 1 inch gas pipe with a 1 inch t-connector with a nipple and cap. I will supply those parts. I would think that job could be done in less than two man hours and will not involve any cutting or refitting of pipes. If I have any time left on the two man hours for which I have paid, I will ask the plumber to check a toilet that does not flush as well as I think it should. I will not be asking for any other work. We will be leaving this week, so hopefully we can get this work scheduled for early November. Mondays anytime and Wednesday afternoons are better for me, but we can try to be flexible.Please let me know when you want to schedule this work" Ken, nor anyone else from Kelly Plumbing, has ever responded to my reply nor contacted me about scheduling the requested work. To date the services I received for my Big Deal Coupon for 2 hours of plumbing work was having Ken come to the house and tell me that I would need to pay $912 dollars more to have work done.
