Description of Work: The technician, Brandon came out promptly and immediately took a look at the pipe in question in the basement and evaluated the cause of the plugged drain. Fix that in minutes. Then cleared my drain. He was careful to not get any water on my floors or in my cabinet. He then made sure that the water from the sink was clearing past the outside drain out. He definitely improved my mood with his courtesy, pleasant, and professional manner. I would highly recommend him.

Description of Work: They came to thaw frozen pipes. They got the water flowing but the tub would not drain. They did not thaw the pea trap. I even mentioned the pea trap might be frozen but he said that would not be the problem. It was a Fri. afternoon and I think the service man wanted to get home. I called them on Sat. but they were not open so I left a message. They said they would get back to me as soon as they could. This was a rental and I had to have this fixed for the renter. I called another plumbing co. and set up them coming out. Afterwards Kelley called me but would not guarantee they would get there that day so I went ahead with the other company which cost me $100.00.Kelley said they would not charge me for the thaw machine of $45.00 but it still cost me an additional $100.00 for the other plumber.

Description of Work: " |replaced the cartridge in my showerhead, fixed the basin stopper in the half-bath, replaced and cleaned the whole house filter. I called and someone was here within the hour. He was very nice and knowledgeable. He worked quickly. The cost was reasonable for the work done."

Description of Work: I thought that two hose outlets outside needed to be replaced but the gentleman found that only one needed to be replaced and he was able to get the other one working without replacing it. The man's name was Casey and I thought he did a good job. He was probably here an hour so I didn't think that the price was unreasonable.
