Description of Work: Despite lots of rainy days, we only had a one day delay in getting work done which was pretty amazing. The crew showed up when promised and worked very hard all day with only a lunch break. They did lots of pruning, weeding, cleaning up of flower/landscape areas from past winter, edged everything by hand, mulched it all and hauled away all debris, providing a beautiful front and back view for us to enjoy all summer. We were very pleased from the very beginning with Josh coming to the house to go over work needed, communicating with Keith in the office, and Jeff & crew on workday. Everyone was very courteous, worked hard and seemed to have a great pride in doing their best for our home. While the cost of service was a lot of money, considering all the mulch needed, pickup & delivery, plus labor spreading -- not including the other work, we feel it was very fair.

Description of Work: Extremely Satisfied!! The deal--$199.00 for 6 hours worth of landscaping services. The crew arrived on time, greeted me, reviewed my work order with me, and proceeded to get to work. They weeded, cleaned up flower beds, mulched, trimmed tall grasses, bushes, replaced stones surrounding flower bed, planted petunias, policed the yard, and bundled and carried off a flatbed full of cuttings and weeds! All of this was done within 3 hours! From initial contact with Keith and Josh, to the excellent work that was done, it was a pleasure from start to finish, and a job so well done!! Excellent service! I would highly recommend Property Pros without hesitation, and I would definitely use them again!

Description of Work: Cleaned and edged some beds, trummed shrubs. Shrub trimming was good, but the rest was borderline. It ended up costing a lot more than the initial 6 hours and I wanted them to do it when i was home, but they came while we were not home and left Had to call them back to complete part of the job. Kind of disappointing for the amount of money we ultimately spent.

Description of Work: I purchased a deal from Angie's List to use with this provider. When I first called, I did not tell the company that I had purchased the deal and I asked for some basic information concerning their prices and labor time for supplying and spreading 4 cubic yards of your run of the mill mulch. I was informed it would take no more than two to three hours depending on the size of property (I only needed it directly around my home) and that the actual quote they would provide on site would be based on an hourly rate. Someone from the company came out a few days later to give me a more accurate quote at which time I informed him I had purchased a deal off Angie's list that would cover the entire project assuming it would take the two to three hours to spread the mulch. (I should mention here that my husband and I had spread the exact same amount of mulch around the same home the year before and it only took a total of 4 hours and we are by no means good at landscaping). Upon hearing that I had purchased the deal, the employee said he would have to go back to his car and refigure the quote. Clearly the company did not want to honor the deal because they came back with a ridiculous quote of 8 hours (with 2 men working!) and $1,500 above and beyond the deal I had purchased! Luckily Angie's List reimbursed me for the money I spent on the deal.

Description of Work: We actually did not decide to have the work performed. This was to no fault by the provider. We were going to have some planting done around the perimeter of our enclosed courtyard but as the summer progredded, we found that the heat was just too intense for plants in that area.

Description of Work: Contractor was scheduled to show up at 8:30 AM on Oct 12, 2011. Didn't show and attempts to reschedule were unsuccessful. Joshua Springer told me on the last contact that Angie's List charges companies like his back if the work isn't done so he did not want to do the work now and suggested I get a refund. I spoke to Kevin Becker of Angie's List on 6-27-13 and he said to fill out this form and the money I paid would be refunded.

Description of Work: I can't say enough about properly pros. We had a significant amount of work done landscaping our home. My wife and I are so incredibly impressed with the promptness, professionalism, and the quality of the work they provided. The yard still looks great. Use this company!
