Description of Work: It took several weeks before the work could be performed and better communication would have helped. However, they did do a good job once the job was scheduled.

Description of Work: Cleaned up trees, cleared out overgrown flower boxes, planted new plants, mulched. Cleaned weedy overgrown patio, cleared unwanted tree growth on fence line.

Description of Work: They buried drainage pipes, trimmed and pruned, removed barberry shrubs, cut low tree limbs, etc. All work, as usual, performed better than expectations. Our favorite people to call for outside help!!

They provide a custom, one of a kind service- I request and stipulate and they do exactly that without complaint or refusal. But they will also offer expert advice when asked! |Rarely is this type of vendor available in today's one stock size must fit all...My yard, my ideas, my requirements--"my guys". None better.

Description of Work: Josh and his crew came out 2 separate days. I had 2 large bushes that needed to be removed, as well as a lot of overgrown parts of my yard that needed to be cleaned up. They also cleared out the flower bed in front of the house, trimmed the bed, and mulched everything. I have already received compliments from neighbors on how good everything looks and a few people asking for the number of the company that did the work. Anyone looking for any kind of lawn work or landscaping work, do not hesitate to call Property Pros. Great experience from start to finish.

Description of Work: Property Pros trimmed, edged, mulched the beds around our front yard, cut back overgrowth between our house and the house on the north, and cut and mulched new beds and expanded existing beds in our back yard and around our new garage. They also had a mason remove old sidewalk and lay new sidewalk up to our new garage. We could not be more pleased with their work. The price was more than fair, the quality of their work was excellent, and they were responsive in quoting the job and completing the work exactly how and when they said they would. In addition, the owner told me that he had overestimated the cost of the mulch on the original quote and would be adjusting the final invoice. I truly appreciated his honesty. Finally, the owner showed incredible sensitivity and kindness to my elderly neighbor, which I know meant a lot to her. It certainly impressed me!

Description of Work: The owner was prompt and gave a professional estimate and was thorough. However, for the extra work that I had done, I thought the price was too high. Two men worked for three hours which was what the "deal" was for. The extra work was done in that time also. I think this company needs more experience with individual homeowners. They are probably fine for the businesses they usually service.

Description of Work: Basically they cleaned up debris from the yard; cut down some fall flowers and gathered leaves that were missed.Did not do a very good job removing leaves from around the chain link fence. Thought price was a little high for what they actually did.

Description of Work: Lawn care and clean up landscaping. Do a great job on lawn care. Felt landscape clean up wasn't handled as perfectly. Felt like it was expensive we really couldn't reconcile the hours to the cost to the result.
