Description of Work: Great initial response. went over in detail all areas to be addressed and what areas to eliminate. Actual work done beautifully. New bill arrived, overal cost 250.00 higher than originally quoted. Difficulty with communication on their part. Finally bill was discussed and cost brought down to actual work done. Company representative apologised for all the mistakes, I accepted. Again the actual yard work was excellent.

Description of Work: They remove several bushes and moved some of them to a new area down the side of the house. They arrived with the correct number of plants but only 1/2 of the stone ordered. When this was pointed out they made another trip to pick up the rest of the stone. This in addition to the fact they wanted an additional 5% for the use of a credit card is the reason for the B rating.

Description of Work: This was a $45.00 consultation fee to assess my back yard to prepare landscape work to put my house on the market. Consultation and punctuality of Property pros was excellent but I did not choose them simply because I found someone else for much cheaper for the same amount of work. I am sure they are professional and know what they doing and their reviews continue to be great. I moved out of Indiana so I can't really consider them any more but I recommend them if a home owner wants a guaranteed high end landscape service done; just be prepared to pay a high end price for the work also.

Description of Work: I needed help with heavy yard work. They moved several bushes, dug out some over established beds and separated and planted the irises and other plants. They cleaned up, bagged trash and left the yard looking very neat. I highly recommend.

Description of Work: Contracted with Property Pros to do a large amount of mulching (35 cubic yards), plus trimming bushes, and replacing bushes with other plants. In addition they removed 6 dying/dead trees infected with the emerald ash borer, and immunized another one to save it. The owner of Property Pros was very professional and responsive to my questions and requests, and the arborist was very knowledgeable. They helped me prioritize my projects and worked to minimize my costs on mulch. There was a problem with some of the workers spreading mulch in unwanted areas and skipping others, but this was resolved and corrected. Overall I was satisfied and I would hire this company again.
