They did a good job.

The main thing I was interested in was leaf removal. Our yard/tress are 16 years old. our largest tree is a 16 year old slow growing Oak. So we don't have a ton of leaves, but I did want them out of my bushes, including rose bushes. I met with them in the AM, then we had to leave. They finished while we were gone. When I left, they were getting out all of their blowers to blow the leaves out. I am sure they removed a lot of "stuff". However, my expectations were higher. I have a gas powered blower, too. I could have blow out the leaves, too, but I was looking for someone who would use their hands and get the leaves out from around the base of our bushes - hollies, rose bushes, etc..... I am sure they saved me a lot of time by getting out the main debris, but, again, I was looking for a bit more detail around the base of the plants.

We have hired them to replace another crew to take care of our yard permanently. Jeff is smart and has a lot of knowledge about landscaping, which we will be taking advantage of. He is also organized and works hard. We're very impressed and look forward to a long relationship with this company

They did a fair job but it looked rushed.

My experience with Property Pros Land Management LLC Company was good. My property looks better after their service. The workers who came out were very professional. They did an excellent job. They were punctual and very responsive. I would use them again in the future.

The work itself went extremely well, but a combination of things - weather, communications and confusion by both parties made the project somewhat frustrating. josh was truly a joy to work with, had the team of workers well organized to be prompt in getting the work done, and I will likely have them bid on doing yardwork in the future. A note about the cost. This was an Angie's List special. Otherwise, the price would have been much higher.

Having purchased the ANGIE'S LIST BIG DEAL for lawn spring cleanup from PROPERTY PROS, i was pleased with all I was to receive for the price--and am even MORE amazed at how much above and beyond that the crew delivered!! Having a few different needs than the package offered and not needing some it did, Josh Springer easily customized my job to meet all my properties special requirements--doing what i wanted but also recommending different approaches and solutions- listening to my ideas and giving his expert advise until we found the best solutions. This really gave me custom lawn maintenance and not just a fast once over clean up---hand work not machine, care not to damage emerging spring plants and several extra chores completed without me asking-- to really give my place a perfect start to the growing season!! Using ANGIE'S LIST providers I expect competent and complete services--but PROPERTY PROS is one of the best I have employed and will continue to use even without the incentive of a BIG DEAL..

They did a good job. They made sure everything was clean before they leave. They blew all the grass off the driveway. I have been using them for a long time to clean the debris, cut my lawn, and help me keep my grass mowed. They were supposed to come to do some lawn work today, but since it is raining here, they didn't come. I will obviously use their service again in the future too. As of May 8, 2011 I can upgrade their responsiveness to an A because it finally stopped raining and they were here doing their job. My lawn looks beautiful.

Jeff Harvey, President of Property Pros, is an extremely nice and patient individual who communicates with the customer well. Not to be deterred by the rain, Property Pros arrived at my home later in the day vs. many weeks later and completed all requested tasks. When I returned home, the appearance of my property was considerably better. I look forward to working with this company again on other landscaping projects.

Normal 0 I had hired them to do several jobs, one of which of the Big Deal of a Spring Cleanup. They did a great on the spring cleanup. Instead of mowing the lawn, they reseeded parts of my lawn as part of the big deal. I did not need my lawn to be aerated because the lawn had recovered enough from last years drought. They also pressured washed the stamped concrete surrounding my pool at no cost. They will be coming back to reseal the concrete at a future date.

They did a fine job. We paid them just $300 because there was some special offer going on. I thought they were professional and quick. They listened to what I asked them to do. They were flexible. They had a programme that they normally would sell but I didn’t need certain parts of that and I needed other things so they were flexible to change the offering. They did a good job. I thought they were fine and the price was good. They were responsive. When they scheduled the work for one particular day, there was flooding and so they couldn’t do the work on that day. They rescheduled it to another day, so I think that was fair. I would use their services again in the future.

They did really well. They cleaned up the property really good and did a good job with the mulch and everything.

From the estimate to the end of the work I could not have been more pleased. The work was done in a very timely manner. The quality of the work in every respect was outstanding. The entire yard, driveway, sidwalks, and even the road in front of the house were immaculate when they finished. A true class act!

I responded to your Spring Yard Clean-Up"Deal". I called Property Pros and they immediately made an appointment to clean my yard. They arrived on thme this morning and I was very impressed from the start; Jeff and Josh are the type of guys you would want to have as neighbors. I walked around the property with Jeff and pointed out what I wanted to have done. They went to work and removed leaves, even from a large area I thought would be too much for them. They trimmed all the ornamental grasses which was no easy task since we have a very large stand of Chinese grass (bamboo). They took away all the leaves and grasses. They did in two hours what it would have taken me a month to accomplish. We are extremely pleased with the job Property Pros did. I would hire them again in a New York minute !

Josh and his helper did an excellent job blowing leaves from my ground cover beds, raking the leaves into large tarps, and hauling them away via trailer. Josh was very professional about explaining the work they would do when I made the appointment. I purchased their service through an Angie's List Big Deal. When they arrived, Josh and I walked around my yard and reviewed exactly what they would do. They arrived on time and worked continuously for three hours. My yard has four very large trees including two oaks; the leaves were thick and compacted by sitting all winter. I was happy to pay a very reasonable additional fee which we discussed in advance since the amount of leaves exceeded the specifics of the Big Deal. When they finished, Josh had me walk the yard with him again to be sure I was satisifed with their work. I definitely plan to call them in the fall for leaf removal.

I was referred to them by a family friend, I called and had a great conversation with Josh, one of the owners, about what we whanted to have done. They worked with our schedule to set a time for an estimate. Both owners, Josh and Jeff arrived a few minutes early of our scheduled time. They did a thorough walk through with us making sure they understood our needs and wants for the project. They also made some needed and educated recommendations for the best results. They were upfront on their entire process so we knew what to expect. They ordered all the supplies for us and arrived on the scheduled time and date to start the project, we felt so comfortable that we actually left the house to run errands while they were working. They stayed consistent and had little conversation, they were simply there to do the work and do it efficiently. At the end of the project they did a thorough walk through and checklist with us. I will use PropertyPros again and I have in fact already refered them to some of my coworkers who already had estimates for work. I'm confident they will be taken care of.
