This was my first time using them. The workers were friendly and the quality was good. They did what they said they were going to do.

The owner seems like a great guy. He seemed to really care and gave a great presentation. The technicians also worked hard while they were here. The first visit was for lawn aeration. We set up an appointment, and arranged schedules to make sure somebody was at home, but they never showed up. I called the next morning, and the person told me the technicians are on their way now. I asked them why they hadn't come as scheduled last night, and he explained to me that they got tied up. However, a phone call would've been nice, which I never received. Once they did come out, the technician advised me to do lawn winterization, so we set up another appointment. I had also purchased a Big Deal for landscaping clean-up, which involved 8 man hours, and he said he'd send out a technician to do the seeding along with the winterizing, but I wanted to have those done separately, since they were two separate payments. Also, in the fine print, a trip charge was going to be charged but I didn't realize this. This isn't a bad company, but I just don't think I had the best experience. He told me he was taking the charge of the fertilizer off, since I brought up a concern that I had about the winterzation, but I haven't received a bill, so I'm not sure yet if this has happened.

Very professional, very knowledgeable. I was pleased with Mr. Springer's professionalism as well as the mutual respect. I will use them again and, as a matter of fact, I already set up a mulch delivery and edging of all of the flower beds for early spring with the same company.

The experience was really good. The technicians did the job without me having to be there, so it was convenient. I'm happy with their services.

I called them to schedule the work on 9-11-11. I was told by Josh Springer that they were waiting until the Big Deal time frame was over before scheduling anyone. I waited one week when I was told it would be time to schedule. I was told again that they were still not scheduling them right now but planned on getting them all done by 10-3-11. I continue to keep calling them without getting a clear answer on when they would be there to do the work. I went on vacation and when I got back the work was still not done. I called on 9-29-11 to see when they were going to be there and Josh stated that they were going to be there the next day. They did not arrive. I called them again on 10-5-11 really mad about the whole situation. Josh and I proceeded to have a text conversation regarding this issue. He stated that his people had me marked off as completed. I asked him several questions like "when were they here", "did they do the right house" etc and he could not answer the questions. I was reallly getting mad and he finally stated that he did not know what happened and was sorry. He promised a refund and that they would be out as soon as possible. They finally showed up on 10-10-11 and did the work. No refund was issued but I am not going to talk to them again about it because they have no clue as to what they are doing. Never going to use them again and maybe never do a Big Deal with Angies List again. Not recommending either.

The hedges the crew trimmed look nice. The total work the crew got done was quite a bit less than we expected for "8hrs of service". About 1/2 of our hedges got trimmed. The crew's truck also left a ~4 ft diameter oil stain in front of our house.

PropertyPros actually came a bit early, but gladly agreed to come back later. Once they started the job, the 4-man crew worked rapidly and effectively. Faced with a veritable jungle of overgrowth, hedges growing like kudzu, dying trees, and other evidence of poorly-maintained landscaping, the crew managed to make the front of the house look remarkably well-kept in short order. They actually provided a bit more time than agreed through Angie's Big Deal in order to complete the job, and they cleaned up completely and well (taking away all clippings, etc. after their work was finished). They also agreed to honor the Big Deal pricing if we wanted to have the back yard done at a later date. Through it all, the crew chief - an obviously-knowledgable IU graduate - and his workers were courteous and friendly. All in all a job very well done, on time, and at an excellent price. We have recommended them to our neighbors.

We got the big deal and we paid a little bit more. I think the price was a total of $350. Their communication wasn’t awesome. The big deal was for two guys to come and they said that they were going to bring four guys, but they brought six. Then they were confused about how many hours they would really be here, but it all got worked out in the end. The job done by them was okay. They need to have better communication. They went above and beyond with their speed since they brought so many people.

It was a Big Deal that I purchased. They did a great job and they were very responsive. I would use them again.

I used the coupon from Angie’s list for this service. I thought it was a good deal. They did a good job. They did not really hold a schedule about when they were coming out. I just had to find out when they were showing up but they did a fine job. I don’t know about their punctuality because I was not here when they came. I might use their services again in the future.

I got a special from Angie's list to use them. I was very pleased with them. The service went great and I had no problems at all. I would recommend them. It is a small company; so we get a lot of personal attention. The owner actually came with the crew.

I bought a Big Deal for Yard Service. They were able to come immediately when I called -- I had assumed that I'd have to wait a while. Since they had a big team, they were able to swarm my yard, quickly cleaning up overgrown shrubs and weeds and spreading mulch. I was very happy with their performance and plan to use them again in the future.

On 09/10/2011 we signed up for the special through Angie's list. We called the number listed for owner Josh Springer of Property Pros Land Management. The mailbox was full, so we couldn't leave a message, but chose the option to leave our number. We didn't hear from anyone, so on 9/12/2011 late afternoon, we sent a detailed email to [email protected] stating our order no., what we wanted, and included our home phone and my cell phone numbers. We didn't expect to get the service immediately, but we did expect a return call within a reasonable time. We didn't get any response from the email either . I called Josh's number again on 09/19/2011 and left a detailed message again. Finally, a few days later, we got a call from Josh. He said there was a number wrong on our phone number or something and they had to contact someone to get it. I told him we had also emailed him, and he said they don't answer emails, because they want to talk to you in person. I don't know how they didn't have the right phone number when we had called twice and listed two phone numbers in our email. Josh told me they would be over to do our aeration on Wednesday, Sept. 28, between 3 and 6:30 p.m. On the 28th I made sure I was home and waited and no one ever showed up. The next morning (Thurs. the 29th) I got up and heard a motor outside, looked out the window, and they were doing the lawn. No phone call or knock on the door. I got dressed and went outside, they were finished and had the equipment loaded already. I don't know if they would have communicated anything if I hadn't gone outside. The man who spoke to me commented that they had made it early. I mentioned that they were supposed to be here the day before between 3-6:30, but no one showed up or called. He looked at me funny and then said it was supposed to be Wed. or Thurs. No, I was specifically told Wed. between 3-6:30 p.m. Well, he gave me a receipt and it was dated 09/28/11, which was Wednesday's date, and he had signed it Josh Springer, the same person I had talked to on the phone when the appointment was set. They did the work, and he gave us a couple of quotes on other work we had requested, but we won't be using them again with this type of communication. It was too much trouble for an $85 "deal".

It was good. There was a Big Deal on it and that is how we first got to know them. I think that they are pretty average. It is good company but nothing was above and beyond. They were good. I may possibly use their services again.

Josh has been absolutely wonderful. He is coming back to finish up on Sunday. He has done a good job of getting the ivy and weeds out of my yard. It looks so much better now. It look like it did many years ago when I could care for my yard myself.

I got a big deal for them from Angie’s List. I was supposed to leave with them before they actually did the work to tell them what I needed to be done. They were late so I had to leave and so when I got home they had done work which was perfectly fine but wasn’t exactly the work that I wanted to be done. The work they did was fine but wasn’t exactly what I needed. They were very responsive and that was good. They were late but they were fine.

It was good. I was satisfied with the results as well as the price.

I have used these guys before. They do a great job at a reasonable price.

They were excellent. They worked really hard and I was very satisfied. I would use them again in the future if needed.

Everything went great. The yard looks great and the crew leader, Cody, had a good suggestion for protecting our pond during the fall season!

Property Pros have Exceeded My Expectations! Josh Springer is an excellent example of a company owner who takes pride in his Team and their work. I took advantage of a Angie's List Bid Deal hoping that my parents would have some assistance with the landscaping around their home. Josh contacted me and when I explained the situation he assured me that he understood the need and we picked a mutually agreeable date. When I pinged Josh the week before - he immediately responded that he would be at my parents home with a full crew. When the Team arrived they immediately got to work - they tackled overgrown beds, shrubs and plants that needed serious shaping. I was really pleased when Josh asked me if we could run over to Home Depot and pick up mulch to finish off the beds. Due to the neglect of this landscaping Josh and I agreed that the Team would come back in two weeks and tackle the problem of the poison ivy around the driveway. My parents neighbor also noticed the work being done and came out to ask Josh for a estimate to clear her weeds and beds. Josh and his Team went above and beyond my expectations! My Parents are thrilled! Josh is smart, knowledgeable, and a true Leader - I will ask him to come back again and refer him to my Family and Friends.

It took more than one call to get scheduled. I bought materials reported that they needed. When they arrived I walked them through the process and requested that if they needed more materials to let me know and I would go and purchase. They waited until they ran out and asked me for money and they went to purchase the materials-2 men went instead of having me go or just one man going and the other staying and weeding. They spent 1 hour of time(actually 2 as 2 men went) shopping. They did not complete the job well or complete the job at all. They left 30 minutes early on top of that. Within 24 hours the weed barrier they put was blowing off.

They were very prompt and I thought the price was good. We had a good interaction with them.

They did a fine job. It was a Big Deal, they came and gave you 7 man hours for $200. It was a good deal and it helped us out a lot. They did exactly what we wanted them to do and we were very pleased. They were pleasant, efficient, listened to what we said and did what we asked. They came with the right equipment, they didn't have to leave. They had 7 guys so they were here for an hour and 15 minutes so that was our 7 hours of man work. They divided up the chores and things we pointed out and worked to get everything done. They were great, they got everything done that we wanted. They cleaned everything up, they even took some of my stuff that I asked them to take. They were here when they said they would be. I didn't hear anyone cussing which is nice in the this day and age. They were very respectful, Joshua is a very nice and personable young men. I didn't met the whole crew but the ones I meet were nice guys. They didn't stand around and talk, they worked hard.
